Rev. Tracy Siegman
Officiant
I grew up in a small town in Northeast Ohio. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Walsh University in Canton, OH in 2006. I earned my Master of Divinity from Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, KY in 2010. I was ordained to Christian ministry on June 19, 2010 in Akron, Ohio by High Street Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). I have served churches in Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Lexington Theological Seminary. My area of doctoral study is urban ministry, especially the church’s response to homelessness. I am currently the senior pastor at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Covington, Ky.
In the past, I have served on a school board for schools specializing in education of students with ADHD and on the autism spectrum and the Board of Directors of a Community Action Agency. I coached elementary aged girls for several seasons with Girls on the Run. I have done advocacy work with the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival, the Women’s March and local groups in Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky. I have served on the Mental Health Initiative of the National Benevolent Association. I also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Love Must Win in the role of Director of Addiction Programs with GLAST (Gays and Lesbians Achieving Sobriety Together). I have served as a member of the City of Covington Code Enforcement Hearing Board to work compassionately with community members to remedy home compliance issues so that people have safe homes and are good neighbors.
Currently, I am a member of the Covington Business Council. I serve as a member of the Anti-Racism / Pro-Reconciliation Task Force of the Christian Church in Kentucky.

Tracy and Sam were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my husband and I’s engagement. They met with us in Cincinnati and on Zoom to help us prepare. Tracy was also very helpful when we went to write our vows. She also came to our rehearsal dinner to help us get everyone organized before the big day. My husband’s family and friends are from India, so this was their first American traditional ceremony and Tracy took extra time to explain the ceremony and the meaning behind each part. I also love how she was able to incorporate some of my husband’s traditions into the ceremony as well. We wanted a traditional American Ceremony, but she did offer to learn how to conduct the ceremony using southern Indian tradition. She and Sam were so accepting and kind to both of us and our families and friends and took all of our families traditions in stride. She also was able to include our dogs in the ceremony. My husband and I now look back on our happy day and know she had a big part in making sure that everything went well. Thank you Tracy and Sam!

Tracy was fantastic to work with, and we loved our speech! We were so appreciative that she also helped us write our personal vows. The only downside is that you may have another person actually officiate on the day of who you may or may not meet beforehand. While our speech itself was great and the ceremony went beautifully, it was very obvious that our day-of officiant did not have the same level of care or professionalism as Tracy. Despite this, I would still recommend them as Tracy was fantastic to work with and very flexible.

I cannot thank Tracy and Sam enough for making our wedding day so incredibly special. My fiancé and I live in Las Vegas, but we decided to get married in Columbus, Ohio, during my family reunion and my father's 80th birthday. We were planning a surprise wedding—which, as you can imagine, came with its own unique set of challenges. From the moment we reached out to Tracy and Sam, we knew we were in good hands.
Tracy and Sam were beyond accommodating, especially considering we were coordinating everything from a distance. They took the time to get to know us, and they were genuinely excited to help us pull off this surprise for our families. We worked with Linden Grove to officiate our wedding this year. Prior to the wedding, Tracy and Sam met with us several times to get to know us and to help plan the ceremony so that it would be precisely how we wanted it to be. Both Tracy and Sam are very attentive, and have a strong passion for the work that they do. They helped us write our personal vows in a way that we were able to have a similar length/tone without having to see the other person's vows prior to the ceremony so that it could be a surprise on the day of the wedding. Tracy did a wonderful job officiating our ceremony, and we really enjoyed working with her while planning our wedding.

If I could give more stars, I would. I was so incredibly nervous about reciting vows and wedding planning but the first moment we chatted on zoom Tracy put me at ease and I knew she was right for us and our hurried micro-wedding. Her ring blessing ceremony idea was really meaningful, giving us memories and photos to cherish always. I really feel we were meant to find Tracy and I am so grateful ❤️

We absolutely loved working with Tracy for our wedding! Tracy met with us multiple times throughout our planning process to create the most beautiful, personalized ceremony. She was able to beautifully weave in details of our relationship and our family traditions into a ceremony that was perfect for us.

We booked with Tracy because we really connected with her story and the services she offered. Meeting with her and Sam, we got along so well! They were extremely friendly and fun to talk to. They helped us so much leading up to the wedding with what to expect and helped us in writing our own vows. They were very patient, great with communication and accommodating to what we wanted for our day. On our wedding day Tracy was so professional and friendly with us and our guests! We had our officiant cancel a couple months prior to our big day, and could not have been more thrilled with Tracey and Sam. They were extremely professional and respectful of our vision for our wedding day. We had several zoom meetings to work on different drafts of the ceremony and we were truly blown away with the final result (as were our family and friends). Thank you Tracey and Sam!

Tracy is a treasure! She was amazing to work with and very personable! My husband and I were very comfortable around her and she made everything easy. My husband isnt religious and we come from two different religious backgrounds so we chose a spiritual ceremony. She was so great at the Rehearsal and everyone told us they loved her 😊. Tracy was professional at every step! Her fiance got the flu not long before our wedding and she had a full backup plan ready in case anything prevented her from attending the wedding. Tracy also handled the printing of our vows along with handling mailing in the marriage license after the wedding. She made things seamless!

As an atheist couple, asking a pastor to officiate your wedding can be awkward. But not with Tracy!! She wrote a ceremony that was perfect for us and helped with our vows. She didn't bat an eye at any unconventional thing we wanted and it was perfect!!!! Tracy handled everything afterward with filling for the certificate as well, we got in the mail with no extra effort on our part about a week later.
