Her thoughtfulness truly stood out when she created a silk flower arrangement for one of our bridesmaids with specific health needs — such a kind and considerate gesture that meant so much to us. On the wedding day, the flowers were everything we dreamed of and more. The centerpieces were absolutely stunning and perfectly captured the romantic aesthetic we were hoping for. We were blown away by the quality, and even more impressed that it was all done at such a reasonable, budget-friendly price compared to other florists we looked at. ached out to, and nothing was compromised in terms of quality. Vivienne was so kind to us during our initial conversations, and created beautiful samples for us about 6 months before our wedding. I had collected some amber-colored glassware to include as bud vases, and Vivienne was so open to that idea and added it to our tablescape. On the day of the wedding, a sweet man came to drop off our bouquets and left us with words of wisdom to take in every moment of the day!! The bouquets and centerpieces were gorgeous.

weet, she only does 2 weddings per day where some other places I had met with do way more than just 2, but Viv only likes to focus on two brides per day which make it that much more special. The costs of everything (and we had a LOT!) was affordable for us, but the QUALITY omg. Everything was absolutely perfect. My girls were also telling me how they had never seen bridesmaid bouquets so full and thick, and she even gave me two types of bridesmaid bouquet options the day of, which is just unheard of!!!! It was just so extremely special. Vivienne executed my vision perfectly, I seriously cannot recommend her enough!!!!! My guests absolutely loved my flowers, they were colorful, tropical, absolutely everything I could ever want. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! Everyone who is reading this review please please do the right thing and use Vivienne, she is truly amazing!!!!

where she made several mistakes & although NO ONE would know of these issues, I did & completely killed my mood. It wasn’t just one thing that went wrong.. several things did. #1- The colors were all wrong. I made it clear to Vivienne that I wanted to steer clear of red. Wanted minimal burgundy with pinks & whites. I didn’t want it looking valentines-y. My mock up 6 months prior was perfect. What I got was 80% bright red. But also, uneven. One bridesmaid had red on one side.. another had red distributed evenly. It didn’t look cohesive. #2- Black dahlias- I wanted black dahlias. She told me during my mock up/trial that this is not the season for dahlias but she put a fake Dahlia in my bouquet and you could not tell it was fake. It was beautiful & perfect. She said she would try to put a real one in there but if she could not get real that she would put one fake per bouquet & no one would know. When I received the bouquets that morning I noticed there were no black dahlias, but instead, a bright red chrysanthemum type of flower. Vivienne said she was not able to get the real and couldn’t find the fake ones. I think she forgot all about ordering the fake ones because after doing a google search after the wedding, you can get them anywhere. I booked her nearly a year ago & needed 21-25 fake dahlias. I’m sure within a year they could have been ordered. #3- When I received my bouquets that morning, I noticed they were filled with these red winter berries that were not in my mock up, and I felt like they looked very Christmasy. When I questioned her about these, she said she thought they looked nice. I don’t believe she should add things to a customers flowers without asking first. She had my cell #, she should have asked me. #4- The shape. It is stated in my contract that I did not want round, tight bouquets. I wanted “organic” & “rustic” looking bouquets. The shape I was shown during my mock up was perfect. The shape I received day of was tucked in/tight round bouquet. #5- I purchased a charm for my bouquet of my uncle who passed away & had told my photographer I wanted to get surprising my mom with the charm. When I went to get my bouquet out of the box, I noticed the picture was not there. I was so livid that I had to have my MOH call Vivienne and she forgot all about it and it was sitting at the Florist. Vivienne had to get her associate to go back to my venue and meet me there with the charm when I arrived. I was embarrassed, especially because I did not get that photo of my mom that I wanted. #6- I rushed to the florist days before the wedding to give my bridesmaids fabric to wrap around the bouquets. I even had out of town bridesmaids pay to ship the fabric to me for the bouquets. She said she had plenty of fabric. What I received was a shiny reddish satin (more red, which I didn’t want!) and didn’t say a word to me about her not wrapping my bouquets in the fabric like we discussed. Bottom line- she is a sweet woman, but it was NOT what I wanted. I know she’s a smaller business, but I felt like this was her first wedding. I am still in shock 8 weeks later that I had an issue with this vendor, out of all vendors. Very weird experience and upsetting. I will not be using her, nor will I recommend her again.

was honestly better than anything I had seen online. She took what inspired me and ran with it. Every time I spoke with her or went to her shop it was amazing. We would spend hours (literally) playing with flowers and rearranging until we felt like it was perfect. I had an idea for the staircase to be a focal point, and I was so worried it would look cheap and barren, but she took my pencil sketches and pinterest photos and turned it into pure art. Vivienne is professional, her flowers are impeccable, her prices are unbeatable, but most importantly - she makes you feel special. You're not rushed, you're not 'just another bride' - she makes sure that you get the attention you deserve, and she brings your vision to life.

Not only did she totally capture my vision, but I always knew I didn't have to worry about anything. It goes without saying that with wedding planning there are many logistics and ultimately becomes some stressful times and things that go wrong, with Vivienne and team I didn't have to lift a finger and I knew everything would turn out perfectly, which it did. I couldn't recommend Lindenhurst Village Florist in any higher regard.

When my wedding got switched from June to October, not only did she help me adjust my colors, she did it no questions asked. Some flowers were out of season but she picked the perfect flowers to fill their spots. I was blown away when my flowers were delivered. Everything was incredibly beautiful and fresh! thank you so much Vivienne and your team for making my flower vision come to life!!! You are the flower goddess!!
