Very unprofessional. Rosa asked us our budget when we went in. She proceeds to give me daughter dresses that was double our budget to try on. Then pressures my daughter into buying the dress that was double the budget. NOW we are struggle to pay bills.

I purchased my Mori Lee wedding dress from Linde's and was really impressed that the associate helping us was the one who picked it out! She observed as I tried on maybe 4-5 other dresses and brought one in she thought I would like - and it was the one! Great intimate experience and reasonable prices.

I worked with Heather and she was amazing! Heather was a great emotional support because she helped me choose the dress that I wanted. Linde's had lots of selection in their wedding gowns and at better prices than I found at other places in the area.

Great little boutique with many options! I had a small budget ($500) for my wedding dress, but this little boutique had a great selection (one rack) of wedding dresses for $250. Needless to say, I grabbed many of them to try on and I found the one on that rack. Great customer service and a great deal! I love my dress and I'm so thankful I checked out this place!

I got my wedding dress at Linde's and I loved it! The staff was kind and helpful and I had many options to choose from. I got my dress in 3 months and had plenty of time to alter it. I brought all my bridesmaids and my parents to try on dresses with me and they were accommodating with so many people there. I however did not use them for alterations because I was recommended to not by a friend.

I came to this shop to look for bridesmaids dresses. I had went to other shops but couldn't find the color I wanted. The consultant at Linde's worked with me and I was able to find the perfect dress for my bridesmaids. They were beautiful and all of my maids loved them. The shop was great with working with everyone's schedule to get them fitted on their own schedule it was wonderful.

I found Linde's online while searching for stores that carried a specific designer and decided to give them a try. I had previously been to a chain (guess which one) and had an awful experience. This was entirely different. The lady who was helping me asked what I was looking for and my budget and went straight to work. She let me choose a few dresses that I wanted to try on to get things started and on our way to the dressing room I saw a dress on a mannequin that I asked about. She said that if I still wanted to try it on after the others I had chosen, she would get it for me. Well, after trying the others I decided that I wanted to try the one from the mannequin and she gladly got it for me. As soon as I put it on, I knew it was THE dress. The consultant was not pushy at all and wanted me to make a decision that I was happy with instead of being concerned about her commission. I am so appreciative of Linde's because of the fact that thay paid attention to me and what I wanted as a bride instead of what they would get out of the sale. The only thing that I wish I could change was the cost of the dress preservation kit. When I asked about it, the lady on the phone was very uninformed and rude and the cost is more than other places that I have priced out. However, I would still recommend Linde's for a gorgeous wedding gown.

Great shop with personalized service. Have to give it 4 stars not 5 because they do not do alterations on sight. That being said they gave me the business cards of two ladies who could fit my dress.all used tiger rags to order our tics. Price was spectacular

I live 3.5 hours away from Linde's, however my family lives near them. Due to a last minute scheduling opportunity, I was able to go home and visit my family, and that meant looking for a wedding dress. I have heard many good things about Linde's, so I was excited to go there and find my dream dress. I was so disappointed. They were extremely rude to my parents and I because we did not have an appointment. My family is from another country and they treated us like we were idiots, asking us to repeat every word. We have excellent English and you could tell that they were talking down to us. They only let me try on 4 dresses before asking us to leave because they had other clients to attend to. In the middle of the fitting, the other assistants kept interrupting and my assistant did end up leaving me so she could answer a phone call. After, my family and were kicked out, we went to Abbots in North Canton, and they were wonderful and I was able to get a wedding dress for my big day. I am in the hospitality and service industry, as well as the wedding industry and I could not believe the treatment I was getting! This is not how you run a business. I will be telling everyone I know about the quality of Linde’s and the rudeness of the staff. I went in with hi hopes and left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

I have been to several other bridal shops in the Northeast Ohio Area, and I had the best experience at Linde's (although I may be biased because we got my dress there!) When my mom and I arrived, staff were waiting to greet us right away. Gail, the manager and also the person who was helping me throughout my appointment, explained a little bit about the set up. I found this helpful because all the places I had been to before kind of just turned you loose. -The organization/set up of Linde's is also the best I have seen in all the dress shops I've been to. They have a section of $299 or under dresses, dresses size 16+, and the rest of the dresses are organized by designer. -They have around 500 dresses to choose from. However, there is only 1 of each dress in stock. I think that this is both an advantage and a disadvantage. It is great because that means there are so many different dresses to choose from! A few places I have been before had dresses so similar it was hard to tell them apart. The downside is that if the dress you really want to try on is not your size, you're out of luck. The dresses were well maintained and in style, but a little steeper on the prices (However, I don't think I saw anything more than 2k! So, nothing outrageous!) I loved Gail! She was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating but also straightforward. She is the only attendant that I have EVER had ask me about a budget. This means a lot to me because no one wants to try on a dress that they can't afford. She was active and vocal in the appointment, which I appreciated (other places the attendant just stood back and basically waited for me to ask them to help take the dress off, if I didn't like it.) I found my dress and started to tear up, and she gave my mom and I some privacy. When she and my mom started talking money, she was very direct but understanding about the pricing/ payment plans. Overall, great experience and I would suggest it to anyone!

My bridal consultant knew their collection of dresses inside and out. She was very helpful as she listened to what my Mom and I were looking for in a wedding dress. She was able to pull dresses for us we would have never have thought to pull based on what she knew we wanted and how the dresses were fitting me. My second favorite dress I found here! I did not end up purchasing my dress here, but the service was fantastic and the selection was great. The dresses are well-priced as well. Definitely go there if you are in the area!

Linde's was a nice place. If you go during a sale you can get a great deal! I got my dress and veil for about $400. However, I did not like the service. Rosa was extremely rude and pushy. Her and who I would guess was the owner were having a huge fight right before they opened, therefore delaying them opening the doors. When I tried on the dress and decided it was the best I wanted to put it on hold and she said she couldn't and was extremely rude about it. I do not like being rushed on a decision and she just was concerned with making the sale not with making me happy. After we bought the dress she gave me her card for her to do alterations. I emailed her multiple times and she never could get me in. She wanted me to get it fitted 6 months before my wedding, which bothered me because I could lose or gain weight before the wedding. So needless to say I did not go to her to get alterations and would probably not go back in there if I had to work with her again.

The shopping experience was quite the adventure as a tornado warning took place during the trying on, but that just made for a great memory along the journey and I was just happy to find the perfect dress. The service was fairly good, with someone available to help me in and out of dresses, but not as much with looking and knowing where everything was. They had a good selection, though, which I greatly appreciated, and within my budget- even better! The dress came in very quickly and just as I ordered.

I discovered Lavender bridal from The Knot bridal gown app I had on my phone and saw that a lot of dressed I liked could be found there. I am from Cleveland so the drive was kind of long but TOTALLY worth it!! LuAnn was absoulity fantastic when I went in to look for my bridal gown and spent over 2 hours with us while I pulled gowns and tried them on. They made me feel like I was the only one there and did everything they could to let me feel wonderful. I found my dress that day, and even went back to find my bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress! Every time we went they made me feel special and took all the time we needed without making us feel rushed. I'm so excited to have found my dress there and couldn't be happier with the service I have received so far!!

My experience at Linde's when buying my bridal gown was outstanding! The saleslady (Gail) that worked with me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She stood back and watched me pick dresses and critique other dresses my friends and my mom picked for me. She ultimately picked one dress and it was the dress that I ended up purchasing! The dress was a little over my budget, but a pretty good value for my perfect dress! I received so many compliments on my lace dress being classy and unique because Linde's has a wide variety of dresses that are not all the cookie-cutter style wedding gown.

I Love Linde's! I had gone to the "largest bridal dress store in Ohio" and did not find a single thing in my price range or that I was interested in! We stumbled upon this small town boutique and I fell in love with the first dress I saw. All of the wedding dresses on the third floor are $199. I cannot be more happy. We also bought a beautiful veil there :) The staff was fantastic.

I am not a fan of trying clothes on, so when it came to picking a dress I was not the most enthusiastic bride. Rosa was amazing and knew what looked good on me. We came in on a budget and she listened!

I started at Linde's to pick out my dress, and Rita found two great options for me. The one I ended up choosing was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have been happier. We had a few minor issues with the bridesmaid dresses (one of my BM waited too long to order, and I ended up having to pay a lot of money to get them expedited), but that was kind of everyone's fault. Their accessories are a little on the expensive side, but the dress I bought was a great price, and Rita altered it for me for a great price. Overall, I recommend Linde's!

Fantastic service and amazing selection, combined with affordable prices makes this place the 1st and last place to find a wedding gown.

They don't have alterations anymore making it annoying to get it altered.

Growing up in Massillon, we knew that Lindes was a great choice for prom dresses that weren't what you'd find in a department store. Linde's showroom is fairly small, so if you're looking for the Kleinfeld's experience, you'll be disappointed. You have to be willing to look through the racks a bit. However--the staff was very kind and helpful. We got my gown, my mom's dress, and the bridesmaid dress here. My gown was the sample ($400!) and they gave us a discount, as well as half-off my veil a good two weeks before the veil sale began. The service was friendly and I genuinely felt that they cared about me.

I loved my dress and the prices are good, but would not go back. The service was not good. They were really pushy and kept trying to get me to buy things after I told them several times I did not want it. When we went to pick out bridesmaid dresses we had an appointment but were not helped till an hour after our appointment time. While we were waiting for someone, they continued to help walk-ins that did not have an appointment.

I went to Linde's to try on some dresses I had seen on their website. When I arrived, I found a different dress, tried it on, and it fit perfectly! The deals that they offer are amazing, and affordable for any budget! Linde's offers a wide variety of designers, including an entire floor dedicated to discontinued styles for only 19.99! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I knew I wanted a relatively uncommon dress, and was having trouble finding it, even in a greater urban area. I had gone to Linde's for prom dresses, and wanted to return.. They had exactly what I wanted - and a huge selection and range of pricing. My dress ended up coming in in the wrong length, but Linde's did took care of it - getting me the dress of my dreams in less than a month! Wonderful customer service. Especially Gail - what a wonderful manager.

I went to Linde's because I live in Massillon and didn't want to be running all over. The sales ladies are wonderful there, they can answer all your questions and find you the perfect dress. They have a nice selection of dresses in all sizes, especially in the plus sizes. The bridesmaids received great service as well. I also bought my jewlery and my mom's dress at their store. One thought to keep in mind their 3rd floor has a lot of dresses on sale and clearance, you can really score a cheaper wedding dress if you have enough time to plan.

I purchased my daughters wedding dress and Linde's did a wonderful job, very nice to work with and delivered exactly as they said!

I loved working with everyone at Linde's. I found wedding dress there in one day and the staff was so nice and helpful! They all treated you like a good friend or mother (in a good way!)

I went to this shop on the recommendation of a friend, and after trying on approximately 20-30 dresses. I did not want to spend more than $800-$900 on a dress. When I got to this store, they informed me there was a clearance floor which I visited first. I ended up finding a silk wedding gown that was a name brand designer! The dress was marked $1800, marked down to $199 as the design was discontinued! What a deal! I ended up getting a veil that was $150, almost as much as the dress! I highly recommend this store. It's a very neat old building, 3 floors of bridal, some prom and great people!

Lots of dresses to choose from. Had to come back twice to make my decision! Great service and found the dress of my dreams here.

I found a lovely dress. The woman in charge of alterations was nice, but a little too pushy for me. The quality of the dress and the quality of the alterations were excellent. My only complaint was that no one called me to tell me my dress was in and then the man that answered the phone when I called was a little too defensive. I checked my cellphone and I did not receive a call. Overall, the quality of service I received was very good and I would recommend it to a friend, but I would tell them to call to make sure the dress came in when they said it.

I purchased my gown at another shop before going into Lindes- which it turns out they don't carry my gown because Maggie dresses are carried based on mileage from their plant or something BUT... I picked out my dresses for my bridesmaids (all 10 of them) and not only were the dresses cheaper than the OTHER store I purchased from my gown from but then they gave us an additional discount on top of that for their Spring sale/some annual sale?!? My girls looked phenomenal and only 4 of 10 live in town. Gayle/Gail went above and beyond to take care of all of them(and me) over the phone(along with her coworkers too I'm sure). I would call in the store and she'd just know my voice without me saying my name or walk in and everyone would remember my face- hopefully NOT as the brideszilla :o). They kept everything on file and made the process a breeze and as a result, we bought accessories through them as well- and at that same sale discount(a HUGE bonus because we didn't even expect that!!) I got my hair flower for almost half what the OTHER store charged and my girls got their dresses in the end for over $50 cheaper each, possibly more than $50. I let the girls choose between 10 styles so the difference varied. Then they coordinated shipping to all the girls houses out of state as well. I asked for a swatch and when they couldn't get one in, they cut me a piece of their OWN! They insisted and it was so helpful. They did price checks on items for my girls and worked with me over the phone from out of town. They wore Jasmine chiffon long gowns at David's bridal prices. THANK YOU Linde's for making my bridal experience one I'll never forget!!

After trying on 20 dresses i finally found THE dress at this shop, they had a great sale and i got all of my attire there. they knew exactly what i was looking for and found me my dress!

I loved how helpful everyone was. They also did the alterations there so it was nice that I didn't have to haul my dress everywhere and they even stored it there until the week of my wedding for free! They did a fantastic job in helping me find and fit into my dream wedding dress
