Listen. I love Lindsay and her work so much I booked her for both of my weddings and engagement sessions (that's a different story). I'm struggling to come up with a better complim...
ent than desperately wanting to go through the experience of a wedding with a vendor more than once.
I believe Lindsay's stunning work speaks for itself, so I won't waste my review characters telling you what you can appreciate with your own eyes when you scroll through her galleries. Instead, I'll tell you a little bit about why I love working with Lindsay so much.
In order for her to "tell a story" with your photos, she gets to know you and your partner as individuals and as a couple. I think you can really see that in her work; and you can definitely feel it in her blog posts. With Linsday you will feel heard, seen, and understood in all the best ways by someone that is there to capture your most intimate and important milestones.
Lindsay is detail oriented and attentive, and knows her craft. She will tell you the hand on your hip looks stupid, and you will thank her later, because she will flatter you with her lens without you needing to think about it. She asks what you want to capture, what is important to you, what you might be insecure about, and goes out of her way to make all of it work. I am incredibly awkward and hard to photograph, and my partner is very particular about being photographed. Linsday made it fun and natural each and every session. She will capture those inbetween, candid moments that turn out to be your favorite treasures, and she'll also get you one or two classics for grandma's fridge if you like. You will be showered with endless compliments about how gorgeous each shot is.
Lindsay is always learning, always experimenting, always getting better. She has a definite style and brand, and it doesn't look like your average cookie-cutter wedding photographer set. She's not going to go through the motions with you. She is smart and reliable with her equipment, and is also brave enough to experiment (while not at your expense). If you have the pleasure of working with her and her husband Logan, you'll find that you can't even tell it was two photographers; they are seamless and a great team.
All that to say, nothing about my experiences with Lindsay have felt transactional. She's got a talent you can't find anywhere else, at a competitive rate, with a work ethic and personality you simply can't purchase. If you're on the fence, don't be. Hire her for any occasion, and you will want her there for the remainder of your life's important moments.
Lindsay’s photography is BEYOND AMAZING because she’s able to captures those moments filled with emotions (belly laughter, peace, tears of joy, etc) you miss in a blink of an eye. ...
Our wedding photos will not only spark memories of our day, but arise all the emotions we felt as well. We received our photos on time! The photos were easy to download and share with family and friends. EVEN MORE, Lindsay is beyond amazing herself. She is an expert in her field, great communicator, dependable, flexible, down to earth, professional, exceeds expectations, and GENUINELY cares about you and will help make sure your day is as you dreamed. After our first initial meeting, we felt like she was more than a vendor but soon to be friend. She took the time to understand not only our desires, but who were as a couple. During one of our meetings, I was stressed because my hair stylist cancelled on me for my wedding that day. Lindsay recommended reputable hairstylist in the area and had me laughing by the end of the meeting, which I really appreciated. Lindsay is the whole package! You want her on your wedding team!
I can not recommend Lindsay more! She truly is the most talented photographer I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. From my wedding, to one of my babies, and family pictures inc...
luding our extended family, we have entrusted Lindsay with capturing all of life’s most precious moments. Lindsay has a unique gift of capturing all the small moments in the most beautiful of ways. She so effortlessly came in as we were wrapping up getting ready for the big day, and had the most calming, peaceful presence about her. After our ceremony, she stole my husband and I, and within ten minutes, captured some of my favorite images of our evening... all while providing a relaxed atmosphere that helped us relax- giving us the most genuine pictures, smiles, reactions, etc. Every time I get pictures back from Lindsay, the morning biggest challenge is narrowing which ones to frame- there are always so many beautiful images! Thank you, Lindsay, for capturing so many of the brightest moments of my life!

gical how she captures our family. It's like she sees my best most memorable moments in the same way I do - it's just priceless! Check her out y'all - you will not be disappointed!
Lindsay was a fantastic choice for our wedding day - we fell in love with her style - intimate, artistic, and almost high fashion with all those lovely black and white shots! We fe...
lt her work really represented the best moments of the wedding with personality, emotion and artistry, and we really have too many favourites to share with our friends and family! We appreciated that Lindsay was open to how we wanted our day to flow - we felt quite strongly that we didn't want a first look, for example - and she was totally okay with that - but was realistic with us in terms of what time would be needed to get great shots after the ceremony. As a couple who didn't use a planner, we appreciated her honesty and wisdom! We'd definitely recommend her.
Choosing Lindsay to be our wedding photographer was one of the best wedding decisions I made. She was beyond amazing to work with, and I am so happy with how our pictures turned o...
ut! She is truly an artist and we had so much fun with her and her husband, Logan, the day of our wedding. My sister has even reached out to Lindsay to do photography at her upcoming wedding, and we will be using her for upcoming maternity and baby photos. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone and everyone needing a photographer!
Lindsay is the most talented photographer I have ever seen. Not only did I plan my wedding but I also planned my sisters. I have looked at a lot of photographers work from Ohio to ...
Virginia and have not seen any that compare to hers. I only had to see a couple of her photos to fall in love with her work. She can capture the emotions and love in every picture. She knows how to get you to be yourself during a shoot and capture your real true self. She can make any wedding look beautiful even if your surrounding aren’t perfect. She knows all the best angles and positions but can also get you to naturally look great. I love both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures and hope to continue using her for family pictures in the future.

dding recommended Lindsay to us, (she was booked our wedding weekend but promised we were in good hands) so after scrolling through her blog and falling in love, we made the best decision ever by booking her! Since then, Lindsay has done our engagement pictures, a wedding boudoir session as a gift to my husband, our wedding, and most recently, our Christmas pictures… we clearly can’t get enough of her! Lindsay is able to capture angles, lighting, and “forever memories/moments” like no one I’ve ever seen before. On top of that, she has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her all your life. Like many, my husband and I weren’t experienced when it came to posing for hundreds of pictures (and neither was our wedding party of 18) but with Lindsay’s patience, witty jokes, and “oohs and awes” when she’s found the perfect shot, we felt flawless and had a blast. There are plenty of talented photographers, but very few who genuinely take the time to get to know the bride and groom and get a feel for “their style”. She takes the time to understand you as a couple, and portrays that feeling in every picture she takes. Lindsay was a dream come true and everything we could have hoped for in a wedding photographer. We clearly HIGHLY recommend Lindsay and cannot wait to continue to use her as we cross many more life journeys.
Lindsay is extremely gifted and also very hard-working! We had seen her in action several times at other friends' weddings (I was a bridesmaid in two of them) and not only did she ...
capture a ton of awesome moments but she was easy, personable and flexible the whole time. We had the same experience working with her for our wedding in September. Lindsay and her 2nd shooter, Logan (also very talented) traveled to Florida for our destination wedding and had no trouble getting acquainted with the space or any of the other vendors (who were local). They were patient when things got a little chaotic with our bridal party of 20+ and ignited some hilarious conversations which led to truly amazing pictures. They were versatile and creative when a brief afternoon shower interrupted the bride and groom pictures. We ended up sneaking outside after the cake cutting and bouquet toss when the sun was setting and OMG the pictures are breathtaking. Lindsay promised it would only take 10 minutes and of course she delivered on that promise. We have grown close over the last 1.5 years, so when the wedding day arrived it felt like there was just another close girlfriend in the room, who just happened to be our remarkable photographer. Lindsay clearly enjoys what she does and is very dedicated to letting life/things happen naturally and being in the perfect position to freeze that moment in time. We are positively thrilled with our experience working with Lindsay, not to mention the incredible photos she has given us from our wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay and look forward to working with her in the future as we celebrate other epic life moments!
