We do this by incorporating our passion for creativity, our joint expertise in event planning and floral design, our love for details (both aesthetically and logistically), and our communication style with our couples into all of our weddings.

If you're looking for a planner who is detail oriented, super calm and overall a badass, look no further! Elizabeth was a dream to work with and we were on the same page from our very first conversation. We worked with Elizabeth in a day-of capacity, but she was available and answered any questions that came up along the way. In addition, she managed all vendor logistics including transportation to and from the Chebeague Island which was extremely helpful. Elizabeth and Raechel were amazing the day-of and kept all of us on track. We couldn't have done this without them and wouldn't have wanted it any other way!
Kristyn and I were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator for what was intended to be a casual, though elegant, wedding. We're so grateful that we choose to have Elizabeth and her sister come on board, because they helped with all aspects of the wedding (the rehearsal, the processional, the catering, and the timing/flow of events), such that we were able to fully enjoy ourselves on our special day and be present with our family, friends, and each other.
I can’t express enough appreciation for Elizabeth and Raechel. I really don’t know how people do without them! Elizabeth was so generous with her time throughout the planning process even though I had opted for a limited package. Throughout the whole process, she was calm, level headed, practical and helpful. During the wedding day, she was a port in a storm. I loved that she always knew what issues to check in with me on and which items to handle herself. It was clear that she and Raechel take pride in their work and were going to do whatever it took to make the wedding run smoothly and to help me enjoy my big day. All of this was for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!!!
I honestly was not sure we needed help with my daughter’s wedding which was originally planned for 2020 but took place in July 2021. Now I am so very glad that we had Elizabeth to get us through what was a wonderful celebration.
Elizabeth stayed in touch with my daughter through the year, showed up to look at the wedding site on a freezing day in April, wrangled lobsters, chairs etc. at the rehearsal picnic and was a calm and steady presence on the day of the wedding.
She and Rachel were unobtrusive but omnipresent. They helped us all to enjoy a really fun and happy day.
Our wedding day was perfect and that was definitely in part due to Elizabeth and Raechel. If there were any snafus they were taken care of without our knowledge! Elizabeth was so helpful throughout the planning process and always had a practical and thoughtful answer to all of our questions/worries. Raechel's floral arrangements were beautiful and she did a great job working with my (very vague) descriptions and within our budget. Their calming presence was much appreciate by my anxious husband! Highly recommend!
Elizabeth and Raechel worked us through the whole wedding process- making sure no details were forgotten. Elizabeth even taught my brother to fluff a wedding gown successfully. And Raechel's flower design was stunning. Our day would not have been nearly as beautiful or relaxing without them.
Elizabeth & Rachel were our day of coordinators for our recent wedding in Harpswell, Maine at a family property & the Harpswell Inn (150-175 people). This was a do it yourself type wedding planned from San Francisco, which involved a lot of teamwork and these two hit it out of the park. From double-checking our rental & vendor details to coordinating with all vendors months out, it couldn't have been better executed. If you think you don't need a day of wedding coordinator, you are wrong and these two are exactly what we needed. Once vows were out of the way, my wife and I didn't have a bit of stress on our mind. We had a blast. After much work and collaboration, we glided through the weekend without a single hiccup. Elizabeth & Rachel were a HUGE piece to this. 10/10 detail oriented team.
Elizabeth at Lindsay Jayne Events was incredible to work with. She and Raechel were day-of coordinators for our wedding and everything went perfectly (if there were any hiccups, they stayed far away from me and my husband, which I think is the best you can ask for in DOCs!). We got married at my in-laws farm during a horrible thunderstorm, which meant that Elizabeth had to deal with multiple guest shuttles, parking vendors in grass fields, and a ceremony/reception site behind a barn about a hundred yards away from the main house-- all in the mud and rain! She was extremely helpful to us while we planned the wedding from out of state (even when it looked like we wouldn’t be able to get a marriage license because of a government shutdown); she was diligent in asking questions and taking notes when we did our site visit; and she was a calming presence the day before when a hail and lightning forecast made us worry we’d have to change the venue. I would definitely recommend Lindsay Jayne Events-- they are so reliable and organized that you will be in great hands.
We were so lucky to have Lindsay Jayne Event Planning & Floral Design as the head honchos of our wedding last month. As coordinators Elizabeth, Raechel, and their team were above and beyond professional and enthusiastically involved in the process. We often had a hard time making decisions on crucial planning details, and they always had insightful, helpful advice, along with great patience during our process. We had around 150 guests and turned our small barn/home into our wedding venue and they expertly coordinated all of our vendors from the band down to the bathrooms. They created the entirety of our rehearsal and the perfect timeline for our wedding which took immense planning pressure off of us. When it came to the big day they owned the whole flow of things including adapting to the schedule of events as the need arose seamlessly. Knowing all the work this amazing team did, and acknowledging all they did to put fires out that we never had to see, we have to say that not only are Day of Coordinators necessary to your peace of mind, but these ladies know exactly what they are doing to make your day the best. So many of our guests told us, and were overheard saying it was the “funnest” wedding they had ever been too!
Wow! We used Lindsay Jayne Event Planning & Floral Design for all of our floral arrangements for our wedding last month and we were completely blown away. They understood our vision 100% and delivered arrangements above and beyond what what we had hoped for. We wanted bright, whimsical designs and we needed somewhere around 75 arrangements. Each arrangement was stunning, cohesive, yet individual. They used seasonal, fresh, and diverse cuts in the arrangements, so fresh that they filled our home and family’s homes for more than two weeks after the wedding.
