h our chosen vendors . Six months before our wedding we lost our venue to the California wildfires. Lindsey was the first person to reach out with venue recommendations. The day of our wedding, we knew Lindsey was taking care of everything and that gave us the ability to relax and focus on what the day was truly about. She went above and beyond to ensure we were both calm and happy. She is thoughtful, kind, extremely easy to work with, and her attention to detail is phenomenal. Her assistants were very professional and made sure all of our visions became a reality. Working together, we made sure all of the I’s were dotted and all of the T’s were crossed. I honestly cannot recommend Lindsey enough. I want to have another wedding just to be able to work with her again!

(and she did)! We had a unique situation where we hired her for one venue at Brookview, but then due to the fires we had to switch venues and ended up at Sherwood Country Club, and throughout that process she made that as stress-free as she could! She got quotes from many venues as we were figuring out what we would do. And although she didn’t coordinate a wedding at Sherwood before, she made it seem like she’s done hundreds of weddings there! It was very impressive! We can’t put into words how grateful we were for Lindsey. She provided countless vendor recommendations and paired us with our photographer/videographer/photobooth (Waller Weddings) who we absolutely loved too! She was VERY detail-oriented, kind, communicative, responsive the entire year and we couldn’t have asked for someone better to guide us through this crazy/amazing process of wedding planning. Plus, she is a FRIENDS fan, could she BE any better?!

t was a wonderful opportunity to share our special day with family and friends, a relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to mingle with our guests and revel in our first evening as husband and wife. This may come as no surprise to you if you’ve read other reviews, but the happiest day of our lives is rooted in our decision to hire Lindsey Antioho as our coordinator. Lindsey, in addition to being incredibly warm and thoughtful, proved herself to be a professional planner with a tireless work ethic. The dozens of fires I mentioned either didn’t materialize, or were extinguished without our knowledge. In either case, we owe Lindsey our undying gratitude. She and her amazing assistants (whom she selected clearly based on their diligence and effectiveness) made sure we could forget about potential problems and simply enjoy our ceremony and reception. In the months leading up to the big day, Lindsey stayed in constant contact with us to ensure we’d have everything organized properly well in advance. She even spent extra time meeting with us at about two weeks out (the inevitable period of perpetual hyperventilation), reassuring us that we would get hitched without a hitch. Some of you may be unconvinced that wedding coordinators are worth it. I’m not sure about any others, but Lindsey Antioho most certainly is. Her expertise will save you time, money, and – most important – stress. Thank you, Lindsey!
