y few issues with engagement photos and leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding, my dad ended up in ICU, unresponsive. We, as a family, decided to go on with our wedding because that’s what he would have wanted. We kept Lindsey informed on the events of the day and she assured us she was there to help us regroup and get our day back on track. She showed up to our venue somewhat disheveled, but we all were that day! She kind of wandered around snapping photos of the reception decor and details, us getting ready, etc. We had paid for a package with a second shooter, who never showed and Lindsey said got in an accident on the way to the venue. We suspect a second shooter was never hired. We had filled out her questionnaire with who all was in the bridal party and what pictures/poses we specifically wanted. Did she follow it? No. That was a waste of time. My brother was left out of all the groomsman photos. During her dinner break, she disappeared way longer than anyone anticipated and my husband ended up kind of running her out of the brides room the venue. She sent sneak peeks of the MOST random pictures in the time frame she stated she would. But it was random pictures of people sitting waiting for the ceremony, people at the reception, decor, and then a couple of my husband and I. Just a few days after that, we get an email that our entire gallery was ready. We were so happy because we were expecting 8-10 weeks. Open the gallery… NO pictures of our ceremony, NONE of the specific family photos we requested and definitely took the day of. We had family from coast to coast come to our wedding and took a ton of group photos and extended family photos because it was the only time we’d all be in the same place like that. None of those were included in our gallery. We were expecting 500+ photos and a USB. We got around 300 photos delivered online and then ghosted. We reached out immediately and were told Lindsey had surgery and was in recovery. We waited a couple weeks and reached out again, we were given another excuse. Then she just stopped responding altogether- but she was still active on social media. I finally commented (passive aggressively) on an Instagram post and she blocked me there then emailed me saying she had to get divorced and had to change phone numbers, yet she hadn’t updated her contact info on her website or made any indication of changing numbers on social media. Something you’d think a vendor would need to do to keep their clientele informed. 🤔 She then acted like she had no clue we were upset or missing photos. So, I tell her our concerns. She minimized the situation saying we ‘got most of our photos, though’. And while yes, in quantity we got most of our photos, in content, we didn’t get much of substance. Literally, no pictures of us taking our vows or The Kiss. She said she looked for the other SD card she used that day, but ‘unfortunately couldn’t find them’. We tried to compromise on a refund for the difference in price for the amount of photos and lack of second shooter and she paid part and then fell off the face of the earth again. Now that the OK attorney general is involved, she’s trying to save face, but trust the negative reviews people. She does not care about you, your day, or your memories.

me she was recovering from surgery. I told her no rush and that I hoped she started feeling better. In October, I tried to check back in since I hadn't heard anything from her and it well past the 8 weeks by quite a bit, and I didn't get a response. Two weeks later I tried again and nothing. I waited another week and still nothing. Then in December, I posted on a wedding Facebook group asking for advice and asking if I may have been scammed. Immediately people started contacting me about having this happen to them as well or knowing people that Lindsey had done this to. I felt like an idiot. She had Google reviews warning about this that I never saw. I wished I had researched better. It has currently been over a year since our wedding, and we still do not have our wedding photos. I have sent numerous messages to her business and personal Instagram. She hasn't blocked me yet, but she has yet to contact me. She changed her number, and I got her new one from my wedding planner that booked her with another client. She may have changed that one also or just ignored me. I don’t think we will ever get our wedding photos. Do not trust her.
