Lindsy was extremely unreliable and unprofessional throughout our experience. She canceled our engagement shoot four times, each with a different excuse—ranging from canceling day-...
of because she decided to move, to claiming her dog “broke her camera.” The reasons ranged from unprofessional to outright unbelievable.
After speaking with a former client who had a nearly identical experience, we decided to part ways and requested a refund. Lindsy agreed but said she couldn’t repay us right away. It’s now been five months, and despite repeated follow-ups, we’ve only received a partial refund.
If the issue remains unresolved, we will be pursuing legal action to recover the remainder of our deposit. Based on public reviews, it appears others have been forced to do the same. I’ve included screenshots of multiple 1-star reviews that have since been removed from The Knot—despite clear, repeated concerns from clients. It’s disappointing that this platform continues to feature a vendor with a documented pattern of unprofessional behavior.
Lindsy takes good photos but EXTREMELY unprofessional - I would highly suggest finding someone else. We booked her for our wedding and engagement session. She cancelled 3 times jus...
t hours before our engagement session. On our wedding day she ended up losing 1/3 of our wedding photos. She refused to give us the SD card to see if we could recover those photos. She gave us 1 year of free sessions but again cancelled hours before each of our sessions so we never ended up getting our free ones she promised
Lindsy cancelled two days before our wedding voiding her own contract July of 2024. Leading up to the wedding she was unprofessional, missed deadlines, missed meetings, and even fo...
rgot where we were from. She is distracted at best and shows signs of being not in her right mind. Our wedding coordinator stated she would never work with her again. She stole the entirety of our wedding photography budget. The courts have judged her as guilty for what she has done. She should be banned from this website.
If i could have another wedding or event and do it all over again, i would 1000 times over hire Lindsy. Our photos are the most stunning photos I have ever seen. She clearly cares ...
about her clients and her work, not only is she super personable, she is an amazing photographer. I absolutely loved working with Lindsy and will tell everyone we meet how amazing she is and how spectacular her work is. Also, excellent communicator, gave great directions and help as to what we needed to bring, and what she needed for photos. All around, I love lindsy.
If I could give Lindsy 10 out of 5 stars, I would! My husband and I first met Lindsy when we hired her to take fall couple photos of us before we were even engaged or married, and ...
from that first photo session with her we knew she HAD to photograph our wedding one day! Lindsy is SO easy to work worth and makes even the most camera shy people extremely comfortable. Not only is she great to work with, she really taps into the couples style and how two people fit together to ensure you get the most authentic photos that really showcase your relationship and love. Her photos are beautiful, natural, and fun while her editing enhances the natural beauty she captures. I had a vision of what I wanted my engagement photos and wedding photos to look like and she delivered ten times over! The absolute best part is we received our FULL wedding gallery (900+ photos) just 2 weeks after our wedding! Talk about an incredible turnaround time! On our wedding day, she was prompt and extremely flexible in the timeline of our day, not mention she was a dream to work with when it came to dealing with weird family dynamics and wedding party craziness (haha). We adore Lindsy and love that we have found our forever photographer. We can’t wait for her to continue capture our family as we grow. If you are looking for a phenomenal wedding/family/couple’s photographer in the Central Oregon area, I promise you will not be disappointed with Lindsy ❤️
