When Kayla heard I was only in town for a few days, she told me she had an hour before her next appointment and that she'd help me try some things on if I wanted. The following Monday, I messaged the shop on Instagram to ask if they had any actual appointments that day. They responded very quickly that they had time that afternoon, and messaged me again when another appointment that day opened up, in case that time worked better. At the appointment, Summer was so sweet, helpful, and encouraging. She answered all our questions, told us about the options to customize dresses, and was always sure to give my mom and I a few minutes alone to talk about each dress, which we really appreciated. So glad I found my dress here, and I'd recommend this special place to any bride.

And strong, I couldnt imagine clipping those dresses all day but she did it! Even when I went back and fourth with 2 dresses. I have not gotten the dress in yet ( its been less than a week i dont expect to) so I cant review on all of that. Once it is all said and done i will update on that aspect. But as far as "wedding dress shopping" goes... A+

As I had reserved my appointment a week prior, when I showed up they presented me with a white box and pink bow that had a fave mask with my future last name printed on it! It was so cute and provided the little touch of care and detail that made me feel like my appointment would be meaningful. My bridal consultant, Caroline, was beautiful, sweet and down to earth. She first offered me champagne then asked what kind of styles I had been looking at. She also asked for my price range. She pulled about seven dresses for me and asked what I liked and disliked about each one. Through process of elimination, we were able to widdle down my choices to two dresses. A friend that was accompanying me preferred one dress; however, Caroline constantly advocated for me to select the one I felt “good” in. That being said, after about N hour and a half, I resorted to an original dress I had tried on and I loved it. I just felt sexy. Caroline told me the amount of the dress and explained the financial options. Although I had the funds to pay the amount in full, I told Caroline that I wanted to think it over and talk to my fiancé because I wanted him to be included on all expenses. Caroline didn’t pressure me at all. This was a humongous plus because I felt like she wasn’t sizing me up or judging me for not purchasing the gown that day. After a few days passed (and I circulated my potential dress to about 10 friends for opinions), I decided to go with the dress I felt the sexiest in. I paid in full and Caroline suggested I go with a size 4, although most of my measurements were 0. This was a whole thing for me. Lol. I called Caroline took all of my phone calls about measurements and assured me that wedding dresses are often bigger and I’ll probably have to get it altered 2 or 3 times. After speaking with her and hearing her assurances, i accepted her professional advice and now I’m expecting my dress in May. In sum, I had a wonderful experience. My appointment was longer than I thought (I think about 2hrs), I didn’t feel pressured to order the dress the same day and I still felt cute when I had to order 2 sizes bigger than what I am. Lol. Caroline was so sweet and professional. She told me she’d been a bridal consultant for 8 years and it showed. I can’t give enough compliments. Thank you so much. I’ll recommend all my fiends to you!
