This company has non-existent customer service. I rented linens from them for my wedding. They made a mistake on my order and I could not connect with them for 2 weeks (until after...
my wedding!). I had to make last minute arrangements for my event which was unnecessary stress. Now they won't refund my deposit even though I returned the rental linens weeks ago. Honestly paying more and getting the right products at the right time is worth it.
I was sceptical about purchasing from an online company without seeing the product in person. I am so happy that I went with them. the color and quality of the linens I ordered is ...
spot on. Saved a ton of mine going through them!!
We got a great deal on tablecloths through this website! I will say, if you do not have time or help to do all the ironing and set up, this is not your best bet. I was overwhelmed ...
and actually ended up needing to return my order and get a service that dropped off ready cloths...It took way too long to iron and prepare each cloth. HOWEVER, my venue was only available to us the day of the wedding, so this made this option hard... The company is reputable and helpful! I would recommend them if you have the time and help to iron the cloths!!
I was SO skeptical using an online service for my table cloths. I had my wedding at my parents house and was really trying to not go overboard with any of the expenses. The table r...
ental companies we had gotten quotes from all had reasonable prices for the tables and chairs, but the thing that sky rocketed the quotes were the table cloths! I found this website and although I was nervous, I liked that they shipped the table cloths to you right away. I had enough time to see if they were awful and still use the table rental company for table cloths. They shipped them very quickly, I had ordered all white table cloths just polyester. All of the table cloths matched, there were a few that when put right on top of each other you could see they were a slightly different color. But it was nothing noticeable even if the tables were right next to each other. We returned a few because we were trying to use some of our tables and were unsure of what size table cloths we would need. We returned some easily and ordered a few more. They arrived quickly. The only headache with not going through a company is that they do arrive with folds in them that have to be ironed out. With 17 or 18 table cloths this became pretty time consuming, but the price difference was insurmountable. If you can have a table cloth ironing party and work your way through them then I definitely recommend using this company!
Linen Tablecloths shipped my order very quickly. The product was exactly as described. Quality is very nice for the value. Customer service was excellent and fast acting. I had a f...
ew missing items that I "think" may have fallen out during shipping, and they were resent to me with no problem. The linens I ordered were just ivory polyester, but I am most satisfied with my order and experience. I wished they carried the rest of my wedding colors. I would definitely have ordered from them again.
Great quality linens and a great affordable option. I loved my wedding linens and will definitely buy from them again.
