Weather permitting, it accommodates up to 250 guests indoors and up to 450 with the rooftop patio. Housed in a historic building, its elevated global street food menu is designed to impress and delight, with a focus on fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients. El Five boasts breathtaking views and a lively atmosphere, accommodating up to 225 guests. This venue is perfect for a vibrant celebration with a Mediterranean-inspired menu that brings together bold flavors and creative dishes. Enjoy the rooftop patio, where you can soak in the city skyline, weather permitting. Root Down offers a unique space with a capacity of up to 150 guests, featuring an eclectic design and a menu that celebrates farm-to-table dining. Experience globally inspired cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients, with a charming patio available for those beautiful Colorado evenings. Vital Root is our smaller venue, accommodating up to 125 guests. This space embraces a wholesome vibe, focusing on vibrant, veggie-forward dishes that satisfy diverse dietary preferences. The patio offers a relaxed space to unwind and connect, weather permitting. As a 100% employee-owned business, we take pride in our venues and the service we provide. Each of our locations operates on a pricing model based on event minimums rather than traditional site fees. This means your event minimum covers food and beverages, providing a seamless experience for you and your guests. Please note that the event minimum does not include an 8% tax or a 25% service charge. A 25% security deposit is required upon confirmation to secure your date.
