kept complimenting them all day. Everything arrived quickly and was packaged so well.
There was a small hiccup where my bridal bouquet was missing from the initial order, but their customer service was amazing, they shipped it out right away and made sure everything was perfect in time for the big day.

We ordered bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, centerpieces, floral swags, and a DIY flower box from the Sunset Terracotta collection. When we gave out boutonnières and corsages to family members the night before our wedding, a few were worried about whether they needed to refrigerate the flowers or how they could preserve them for the next day; they thought the flowers we had given them were real. Ling’s Moment florals added so much to our wedding decor…and now I can keep my bouquet forever. Thank you!!!

e ceremony, reception, and for the wedding party! They arrived quickly and if any petals were a little smushed from shipping using a steamer for a quick moment helped liven them right back up.
The only issue I had was the bridal bouquet, but that was more a me issue than an issue of quality or anything (I blurred out my bouquet in the bridesmaid photo since it was not part of this). I also used wire cutters to sometimes remove a certain type of flower that didn't match our theme. It was easy to do, and not noticeable at all. Our ceremony and reception looked so beautiful. Even my mom, who is super picky about florals, admitted they looked real during the reception.
Wish I could add more pictures, but everything was quality and lovely! I highly recommend Ling’s Moment for brides and grooms that like florals, but not real floral budgets!

I loved the accessibility of the website in terms of the package ordering option. Once I selected my color scheme, I could click on all of the arrangement options I needed in that color scheme rather than scrolling and clicking page after page. I highly recommend it!

Within the first 20 minutes, all of the corsages fell off the ribbon, and looked to be held on by a single dot of glue. The boutonnieres were very difficult to get on and ended up falling off the stick part of it within an hour and a half. Packaging and shipping was amazing and well handled/cared for. All in all, a great company to use!

t of when we looked at it, which is what the competition I saw online made me think. We were really nervous about how different it would look in person compared to online. But, I have to say the flowers looked amazing! One of our bridesmaids uses fake flowers for her business and even she was impressed with the quality of the flowers.
If you buy a steamer, (mine was $25 on amazon) it will fluff up the flowers and leaves so much! I ran it over everything even if it didn't look bad and it gave the garlands so much life. If it has a crease, it will straighten out to look perfect. And it isn’t a waste of money because you can use it on everyone's dresses the day of and even after the wedding.
I got the bridesmaid’s hoop bouquets in dusty rose & navy and cut off the navy rose and it fit right in with the rest of the flowers. Everyone loved the unconventional bouquets and I even had an extra one to keep for myself!
