t experience with a photographer didn’t quite live up to our expectations, so we were nervous about doing a retake. Enter Linka and Eyoel, and everything changed for the better. They took the time to understand our vision, making sure to incorporate the rich, vibrant essence of New Orleans into every shot. Whether it was the historic streets, the colorful architecture, or the intimate moments between us, Linka and Eyoel made it all come to life. Their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism were evident from the start, and they managed to give us the wedding photos we had dreamed of—full of heart, personality, and the unmistakable soul of New Orleans. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with them. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable experience and gave us photos we’ll treasure forever!

at ease with one another. Linka suggested we take the long drive to the Avery Island Tabasco farms to do our engagement photos in the jungle gardens, and it was hot, sweaty fun! We saw gators, climbed trees, ate hot pepper ice cream, and they led us through a relaxed, romantic, and fun engagement shoot. For our wedding at Race and Religious, we asked Linka and Eyoel to focus their talents on highlighting candid moments of laughter, personality, and special moments of us as a couple and of us with our guests, and they went above and beyond that request. We can’t help but grin when looking through our wedding gallery. I am instantly brought back. Linka and Eyoel once again braved the hot sun to take gorgeous photos of us and our venue. I am thankful for their professionalism and in awe of their dedication to great photography. They hauled their heavy gear up and down three flights of stairs multiple times to capture every detail of us, our flowers, and the venue itself. They ran ahead of our second line for a whole block. They divided and conquered to zip around our reception and take photos of our guests. Linka and Eyoel make an amazing team and together they miss nothing! They were communicative about time needs and took time to ask specific and creative questions to ensure our photoshoots captured everything. Linka has a special talent for film photography; it’s a must-add to your engagement or wedding package. Eyoel has a way of drawing out the most romantic and intimate moments, and he focuses on the gaze between couples. I cannot endorse them highly enough and will be forever grateful to them for the gift of these amazing experiences that are now captured forever.

d were so calming and fun to work with. Since it was an elopement we came up with some general ideas of what to do as far as locations, but morning of Linka and Eyeol presented us with an idea for an alternate location and we were down for letting their creative juices do their thing! We are SO glad we did because the results were incredible. We have only received our Sneak Peak pictures so far since we are only 2 weeks out from our wedding, but we just could not wait to write this review because Linka is THAT incredible!

hey did more than an amazing job capturing all the moments of our wedding day. Everything from our personal touches to the architecture surrounding us at the altar. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from a vendor standpoint as they are incredibly patient, organized, flexible, and they are just great individuals. You put a lot of trust into your photographers and vendors altogether as they play a huge role in your wedding day and wedding experience, and I can proudly say they made our day so special and exceeded all expectations. They are gems in New Orleans and I can't thank them enough for all their work. Our wedding pictures are truly unreal. I hope to work with them in the future to capture other special moments in our life as they are so special to us.

ts. We had some problems arise during our day (weather, DJ issues, etc) and I was so worried that I would look unhappy or be making horrible faces in our photographs. We got back our sneak peeks and they are WAY MORE than we could have ever imagined. We are so thankful for this team. They helped to keep us calm throughout the day during all of the commotion and STILL managed to capture the best moments in between. Seriously lovely human beings to work with. They will even risk it all for the shot (Sorry that bus door flew open on your arm during the second line, Linka)!!!! In all seriousness, if you don’t want to have to worry about at least one of your vendors, book this team. Photography/videography (to me at least) is the most important vendor of all. These are the memories you receive and live with after your special day has passed. I know mine are so beautiful, they make us forget about the little issues that happened throughout the day. It really felt like we were at a photo shoot, instead of a boring wedding. They were also great about getting action shots during the wedding. Since I didn't have my phone on me, they were so attentive about getting shots with guests. Linka and Eyoel also came to our venue ahead of time to ensure we had appropriate lighting for the event, which was so helpful! She also scouted locations ahead of time, which made the day of go by so quickly. Absolutely cannot recommend enough!!!!

She and her colleague, Eyoel, captured everything and followed their amazing instincts to get photos I would have never thought to get on my own. She catches every little detail (saw that my mom's necklace was on backwards and couldn't move on until it was fixed haha), and is such a joy to be around. We are so, so happy with our photos. And all of our friends are posting just as many photos as we are, because Linka and Eyoel made them look hot as hell too! Hire them!!

had the pleasure of being her first gay wedding but in no way could you tell. All night my guest talked about how amazing her and her team were. Everyone loved their energy and fun spirit they brought to our big day. But the most amazing part is the way she captured our day. It is everything I ever dreamed of. Our wedding had some kinks to it like I’m sure every wedding does but In no way could you see it in our photos. It was freezing! But cloudy gray skies set the perfect tone and she captured it in a amazing way. She had the funnest ideas and really understood the vibe we were going for. From engagement photos to capturing our ceremony and beyond, Linka was a delight to work with. We expected to wait several months for images and were thrilled to receive a sneak peek in just a couple weeks. Her ability to compose both us and the subsequent imagery was masterful. If you’re getting married, she is the one you want as your documentarian.

ionalism. Unfortunately, the New Orleans wedding was cancelled due to Covid and she rescheduled with us twice until we finally decided on a destination wedding. And she came!!! I still can’t believe she flew to Honduras for our wedding! What wedding photographer does that?! Throughout the whole wedding weekend she was amazing. She had so many beautiful ideas for pictures and got amazing shots of our guests in the days leading up to the ceremony. She captured the whole vacation so we didn’t have to! The day of the ceremony she was the real MVP though — she even steamed my dress and the grooms clothes (which was definitely not in her contract lol!). She also orchestrated the rehearsal — we would have been lost without her. I consider myself to be very unphotogenic and my husband hates having his picture taken - we are probably the hardest couple to work with in that regard, but she was able to coax gorgeous pictures out of us somehow. The pictures are breathtaking, she truly captured the fairytale that it felt like. I love a good candid and She took awesome reception pictures too! In sum, hire her because her pictures are beautiful, but mostly because she will bring calming control to what can be a stressful day <3

re looking for. She was attentive to our needs on the day while also suggesting shots that she knew would work for us. We had a church service and a casual reception at the Hot Tin Rooftop bar on St. Charles, and she captured the magic of both of those spaces. I honestly couldn't be happier with how the pictures turned out. I would recommend Linka for any wedding in New Orleans and beyond!

ew me to her was Linka's eye for detail and storytelling, which was a priority for me & my husband. From our first conversations about how to shoot my minimony in Vermont, I knew she was perfect to capture our rockstar-hippie-chic vibe. Even though we were doing a smaller, casual wedding - Linka made sure I got all the "special" wedding photos I didn't realize I wanted (the getting ready shots, first look, cutesy formals, etc). As someone who's admittedly a little "anti-wedding" - I appreciated having Linka as a balance-check, especially her hilarious energy throughout the whole process. When the nerves eventually hit, it was so welcome having Linka's joy and focus to bring me back to the wonderfulness of wedding day! One thing that really impressed me with Linka's work was her attention to capturing every detail of my wedding. She took the time to get great shots of my floral, cakes, and decor - as well as of our beautiful mountain venue - to really set the stage for our wedding story. I loved having preview shots of our wedding delivered to me the day after, as well as an album of selects to post a few days following the ceremony. Linka's website / ordering platform is extremely intuitive - even for a technophobe like me - which made the post-wedding process even easier. As my father-in-law put it, "you two look like Hollywood stars!" My husband and I can't wait to hire Linka again for our larger ceremony and reception in 2022!
