ng. I purposed in October 2016 and noticed immediately the center stone was loose. I sent the ring back to be fixed. Within 3 weekd I got the ring back from Liori and within a few months my center stone was loose again. I sent my ring back for 4 weeks and they had to custom design a new setting to avoid this from happening again. Well, In July, I went to the beach and one of my side diamonds in my channel of the ring fell out. They requested me to send the ring back to be fixed. They had my ring for 4-5 weeks and claimed to have fix my ring. The day I received my ring I couldnt believe what I saw. DAMAGE! They put a gouge in my gold, my ring was bent and not a perfect circle anymore, and the diamond they replaced was sunk in. I called immediately crying telling them they did damage. They asked me to send the ring back again and they would fix it. After having my ring for 5 weeks they shipped it back to me saying it was repaired. It wasnt. As a matter of fact, they didnt even attempt to fix it. They just hung on to my ring for 5 WEEKS for no reason. When confronted they told me they expunged the profit made on my ring and couldnt repair it even though they damaged it to begin with. I gave them a negative review online and they emailed me telling me my lifetime warranty is now void due to the negative review. I had to go pay $2000 out of my own money to have my ring repaired at a REAL jeweler. I asked them to split the cost and they declined.

I sended the pic to the institute of gemmology, they said to me that they did the appresial of an other stone. So Liori sended a nice stone to do the appresial and after they sended to my ad other with a no natural, low clarity and just Good with the appresial of an other stone!!!!!! IT IS A FRAUD! I asked to Liori to give me all my money back (tax and shipping included) but they said just for the ring... If this persons didn't put false information about diamond I never bought this ring... please! If you ever bought a ring do and other appresial... and do the complaint!!!!! This is a Fraud!!! I have the prove here... if you want I can send the pics and the evidence!!!! I did the complaint, I want all my money back!!! I asked them if it is ok if I go there to change the ring, but with a expert gemmology, and take a stone how they say on his website, but they told to me that to send the ring and they will give to me the money of the ring, really strange if they have all this diamonds there... so please! Do an appresial if you ever bought a stone there and do the COMPLAINT!!!!
