Lipstick Lille Makeup

Clare, the owner of Lipstick Lille Makeup, was absolutely lovely. She made me feel very special not only at my consult but on my big day as well! She was professional but fun. She travels to do hair and makeup for events so she came to the venue, which alleviated a lot of stress from me and my family regarding transportation. I also recieved so many compliments on my makeup, and I felt so beautiful! Thank you Clare. You rock!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Clare - she's perfect for naturalish, low-key makeup and hair that still looks really glamorous. She's also just a very calming presence, which was much needed the morning of. My makeup lasted all night, including lashes and eyeliner that lasted through me blubbering through the ceremony. She was also really normal about gender stuff - one of my party was non-binary and wanted a very limited amount of makeup, and Clare was extremely kind about it and they felt comfortable and were very happy with how it turned out (this might seem like a low bar to clear, but we really appreciated it!). Everyone looked wonderful and I can't recommend her enough.

Clare was just amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable and we had some pretty great conversation! She came over super early to get started so that i could be ready in time. She made me look and feel beautiful and I am so happy I chose her to do my hair and makeup! I would recommend her 100 times to anyone looking for makeup/hair services.

Claire was amazing and so calming and professional. It might be her cool accent as to why she was calming and I just trusted her but trust me, she does a great job and worked with multiple races and didn't make me look like a clown. I have a lot of issues with how makeup artists work with my dark skin but she did amazing. I was picky but she worked with me and she made me and my bridal party GORGEOUS(I mean they already were but even more so). After getting their makeup done they wanted to book her. The makeup she used lasted through all the sweat and my happy sobs with no problem.

Before I was even engaged I knew who I wanted to do my bridal make up....the exreamly talented Clare Lille! Not only is she a friend, she really is an amazing make up artist! Ive watchedher elvolve, master her craft and seen the beauty she creates. Concidering how rough I looked on the morning of my wedding , Clare did not disappoint! She made me feel and look absolutely stunning. Clare not only made one bride beautiful but she made two.......me and my wife and WOW my wife looked breathtakingly beautiful!!! Clare also took the time and worked her magic on my wonderful mum to make her feel speacial too, which was lovely to see. Anyone who knows or meets Clare absolutely loves her, she has a way about her which makes you feel relaxed which is exactly what a bride needs on the morning of her wedding! The morning of my wedding was absolute chaos but as soon as I was in the make up chair the chaos melted away! It really was an honour not only to have such a talented artist but a wonderful friend be apart of my speacial day. Thank you lipstick lille!

Clare was beyond wonderful on my wedding day. She was so fast and so skilled. My bridesmaids all were blown away by how naturally beautiful she made them look. On top of that she was an incredible support and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I don’t know what I would have done without her! I only wish she could do our makeup every day. Clare did my bridal makeup and I can honestly say it is the most amazing I have ever looked and felt. She was so professional from start to finish and managed to keep me calm and herself focused on her work when surrounded by ten small bridesmaids (not an easy feat). My makeup was flawlass and lasted all day and night until I cleaned it off!!! Not only did she manage to do my makeup she also did my mum’s and maid of honour’s, plus her own makeup all set for my big day. I would highly recommed Clare to anyone, she is simply the best x

When my daughter said to me ‘Mum, why don’t you let Clare do your make up, as you are the Mother of the bride’, truth be told I thought - I’ve been doing my make up for years and I know what suits me! So I said no. However, on the day I changed my mind as Clare worked her magic on the bride and the bridesmaids, everyone looked stunning but so natural. I sheepishly approached Clare and asked if she would do my makeup after all. Clare could not have been more accommodating- it was like she was expecting me to change my mind. As you can imagine, having lots of women all trying to get ready at the same time, it could have been chaos but Clare had a clear plan to get everyone ready, within the given time and she is so calm and relaxed it rubs off on you. I got so many compliments on the day - I was thrilled, and the photos were amazing as the make up really enhanced everyone’s features. I really can not thank Clare enough - for not only making my daughters day extra special as she looked stunning, but for also making me feel special too.

I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and that is all thanks to the Wonderful Clare! She knew instantly what suited me and worked with my ideas to create the perfect look for the day. Clare is also such a pleasure to be around, she made everything just that little more relaxed and stress free. I will always be so grateful to her. Xx

Clare is simply MAGICAL. She created a look for my wedding that was Breathtaking. She listened to my need and boy did she deliver. On the day she was a calming soul for us all. My make up didn't move until i removed it at 4am..... I would Highly RECOMMEND

Booking Clare for my wedding make up for was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding ! From the first time we got together to di the look I wanted, right up to the day itself Clare made me Wigley feel confident and happy that we were both on the same page. Clare was also doing the make up for my mother and both of my bridesmaids and she made us all feel so relaxed and at ease on the morning of the wedding and one of my favourite memories of the day is all of us chatting and laughing together getting ready. My mum and my sister had never had their make up done professionally before so were quite nervous but she made all of us look gorgeous (even if I do say so myself !) and feeling like a million dollars. Having that kind of confidence on your wedding day really shines through. Having looked back at my wedding photos a few hundred times I would say that picking a make up artist who you are completely happy with , who will make you look and feel your very best, and give you a look that will last the whole day, really is one of the biggest decisions you will make for your wedding. Clare is just one of those people that you’ll love forever upon first meeting. She’s kind and attentive just what you need on a day as important as your wedding day.
