Jay has been providing high-quality entertainment services at more than 2000 weddings. He has acquired a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry, as well as being the host of two local radio shows on 98.9 WMMO and K92.3, as well as one of the voices you hear at the Orlando Magic games.
Jay has performed in Orlando’s most popular venues, and is licensed and approved in venues all across Central Florida, including the iconic Disney and Universal Studios properties.
Jay works to avoid the traditional trappings of entertainment DJs and the contrived games and songs. He understands the importance of music to such a special day and gives the you the autonomy over songs played. As well as weddings, Liquid Entertainment can provide music for cocktail hours and ceremonies. Jay will arrive one-and-a-half hours before the event to ensure he is prepared, and bring backups for all necessary equipment. He can also provide wireless microphones for speeches and announcements. This artist works solely with digital equipment to provide the best quality music possible. All music is also radio edited to emit any expletives, making it suitable for all occasions and ages.

Unbeknownst to us, we later found out he was our reception venue’s preferred Dj. This was especially helpful as he knew how to set up and also provided us with a microphone for speeches. Throughout the night he made sure my husband and I were having fun, and he even got some guests back out on the floor with me even after Kelly’s ice cream showed up. I remember he played “Dancing Queen” and announced “we’ve got our dancing queen out here on the dance floor. Get your ice cream and come back to join her”. Little announcements like that here and there helped guests know where to go throughout the night.
Additionally, he knew how to read the room! I was nervous, based on weddings I’ve attended, that a Dj might just play an entire song even if the energy is dead, but not Jay. He was so adaptive to our crowd which was amazing. I had multiple guests across a wide range of ages compliment our music the night of and the days following our wedding.
I cannot recommend Liquid Entertainment enough!

Jay went out of his way to capture our wedding moment and ensure it was something we would always remember.
We had unique requirements for the music at our wedding. We ended up hand selecting every single song that was to be played throughout the wedding. Jay was enthusiastic about the challenge and blew us away at how well he worked with a restricted playlist.
Every moment of the wedding flowed perfectly because of his song choices and timing. He knew exactly when to play the right song to create just the right atmosphere for the moment.
Jay was also very in tune with when and how to improvise the flow of our wedding. We specifically mentioned that we did not want our wedding to be reduced down to a big dance party. He respected that wish and took it a step further to enhance the whole experience.
Overall, Jay showed us just how skilled he is and how much he cares about creating a wonderful experience. We would absolutely recommend letting Jay create a once in a lifetime experience for your wedding, too!

Coordinating and planning our itinerary leading up to our wedding day was stress free with a simple phone call to Jay. Besides this, Jay went above and beyond all our expectations! Jay was very excited to share the exact moment in time we were pronounced husband and wife after the ceremony and shared the photos of us from his vantage point, which my wife very much appreciated. He made sure we were hydrated during our photo session with the photographer prior to the reception kicking off (we had a morning/afternoon wedding in Central Florida). The timing of our wedding stayed on course, thanks to his understanding of what we wanted. Jay also did an excellent job reading the audience and made the best decisions on selecting the type of music that was needed to get everyone on the dance floor. We are glad we chose Jay for our wedding day, as he was not only our DJ, but turned out to be our wedding coordinator as well.

rehand. But Jay came highly recommended by our wedding planner and videographers and we trusted their judgment. And let me just say, Jay BLEW our expectations out of the water. After just a fifteen minute phone call with him the day before the wedding he knew exactly what the vibe of the day and evening was. The music selections were perfect and he had a great sense of what music was needed for the mood of each phase of the evening. Beyond that, he was the FIRST person at the venue to tend to my husband and I. It started as soon as he stepped foot on property and stood by as we were taking group shots - he was constantly making sure we had water or something to drink to stay hydrated, immediately following the ceremony he was the first to make sure we each had a drink in hand, and throughout the reception he made an effort to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. I really cannot day enough amazing things about him. He played an integral part in making our day that much more special and really made us feel known and loved. 10/10 recommend! You will not regret using him for your event, I guarantee it!

We had Jay as our DJ for our reception at Casa Feliz last weekend. He was wonderful with communication before our wedding and then during our reception did a great job of keeping us, as well as our parents/VIP people, in the loop, letting us know times when special dances were coming up, cake cutting etc. He checked on us to see if we needed anything periodically throughout the night as well as checking in with my groom and me before and after the reception. Our playlist was AWESOME and he made sure to play our requested songs—our dance floor was quite full all night, and not because of typical wedding music but because of the way Jay knew how to tastefully play our variety of requests, making it a fun night for our guests of all ages. We can’t thank Jay enough for the awesome reception—trust these reviews because they are all 100% on point!

sh a blast! He knew just the right songs to play to ensure the dance floor was always full and was able to work in many of our favorite songs just at the right time. We love that he worked with the kids throughout the night to make them feel special and really part of the event! Jay even made the time to check on myself and my husband throughout the night to make sure there was nothing that was needed. It was much appreciated and totally showed how much he cares about his clients by going above and beyond. There aren’t enough nice things we can say about Jay. He is simply just an amazing person who is awesome at his job! I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else to play the soundtrack for the start of our lives together!
