rsonality! We bounded ideas off one another and I showed her my inspiration for the wedding. She listened to all my requests and went above & beyond. When we took our engagement pictures she was on time, well prepared with ample film, and gave us such great direction. She took her time so we could take our time and not be rushed during the shoot. She works excellent with natural lighting, my experience with her was fabulous and our pictures came to us promptly two weeks after the shoot and they came out amazing! I highly recommend her!

isa Marie included an engagement photo session so we could get to know her and get comfortable in front of the camera. She was always responsive and bounced around ideas for photos. We chose her for our photography because we loved her style on her blog, liked her immediately upon meeting her, and she was familiar with the areas where we wanted pictures (DC and Old Town Alexandria). We could not be happier with how the pictures turned out... it's hard to pick a favorite photo from the day!!

on point. During the engagement session lots of laughs and great shots. Also she is so willing to go to all different locations – even if they are all around the city! On the wedding day, she and Michele, (second photographer) worked so well with all the bridal party. She also made sure that my style was addressed and also great shots. h us to create a package that would accommodate his wishes. On the wedding day, she was sick but still came to shoot! She did great and made us feel comfortable and wasn't very noticable during the ceremony/reception. We got our unedited pictures back in two weeks on DVDs. I want to be clear that we only got our pictures back so quickly because they were unedited, it took the groom 2 months to edit them. The unedited pictures were so large we couldn't share them until they were edited (which is what we wanted). Not many photographers were willing to give us rights to all the photos without some crazy charge, so I would definately recommend Lisa Marie to anyone - and her work is fantastic!

photos are beautiful and artistic. And to make it even better, she's so friendly and fun! We felt comfortable with her from the start. Several guests at the wedding asked if she was a friend of mine. My husband and I recommend Lisa 100%!
