Working with Lisa was an absolute delight. Lisa was professional, warm, creative, and and just so FUN. She really made my fiance and I feel "taken care of" and we had complete trus...
t that she would deliver amazing images and we were not disappointed. Lisa's images strike the perfect balance of feeling authentic but also really sophisticated and timeless. We will treasure them forever and I am so glad we chose Lisa as our photographer.
Wow!! Lisa Marie was amazing!! My fiance and I were both nervous about hiring a photographer, as neither of us enjoys taking pictures. Lisa Marie was so easy to work with and she ...
made us both calm and comfortable. Her photographs are absolutely beautiful and we will treasure them for years to come. I can't wait until we take family photographs; I will definitely be hiring her again!
Lisa Marie was the best photographer during the process of taking our engagement pictures. She was consistent in keeping up with email and text correspondence, so it was so easy to...
get in touch with her. She was so sweet and had such a great personality! We bounded ideas off one another and I showed her my inspiration for the wedding. She listened to all my requests and went above & beyond. When we took our engagement pictures she was on time, well prepared with ample film, and gave us such great direction. She took her time so we could take our time and not be rushed during the shoot. She works excellent with natural lighting, my experience with her was fabulous and our pictures came to us promptly two weeks after the shoot and they came out amazing! I highly recommend her!
Lisa Marie and Michelle were the perfect team for our wedding photography. They were both so low key, but were comfortable taking charge and telling our families and bridal party w...
hat to do, which made the day stress free for us. I liked that Lisa Marie included an engagement photo session so we could get to know her and get comfortable in front of the camera. She was always responsive and bounced around ideas for photos. We chose her for our photography because we loved her style on her blog, liked her immediately upon meeting her, and she was familiar with the areas where we wanted pictures (DC and Old Town Alexandria). We could not be happier with how the pictures turned out... it's hard to pick a favorite photo from the day!!
Sweet Tea Photography by Lisa Marie, was great! Not only the pictures that will last my lifetime, but the personality and spirit of the company is great. Lisa Marie is so willing t...
o ensure before the wedding all the details and agenda is right on point. During the engagement session lots of laughs and great shots. Also she is so willing to go to all different locations – even if they are all around the city! On the wedding day, she and Michele, (second photographer) worked so well with all the bridal party. She also made sure that my style was addressed and also great shots. I highly recommend Sweet Tea.
Was absolutely perfect--highly highly highly recommend!!!
Lisa Marie is fabulous - Puts you at ease and lets you put your personal stamp on your wedding photography but guides you along the way. Great value.
We were in town for a weekend wedding and wanted engagement pictures in the DC area - LIsa Marie was willing to meet up with us on a Sunday morning to take pictures. We loved them!...
! They're awesome pictures! She was a joy to work with, very flexible, friendly, laid back, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera (a huge plus)! Her shots were creative and fun!
Groom was very picky about photographer selection since he is very in to multimedia and the digital arts. He wanted to have all the raw images so he could edit the photo himself, ...
and most photographers said no. Lisa Marie, however, worked with us to create a package that would accommodate his wishes. On the wedding day, she was sick but still came to shoot! She did great and made us feel comfortable and wasn't very noticable during the ceremony/reception. We got our unedited pictures back in two weeks on DVDs. I want to be clear that we only got our pictures back so quickly because they were unedited, it took the groom 2 months to edit them. The unedited pictures were so large we couldn't share them until they were edited (which is what we wanted). Not many photographers were willing to give us rights to all the photos without some crazy charge, so I would definately recommend Lisa Marie to anyone - and her work is fantastic!
Lisa did our engagement and wedding photos and both were absolutely wonderful! From the posed pictures to the candid shots, she captured our wedding day perfectly. She really liste...
ned to what we wanted and then managed to do that and more. Her photos are beautiful and artistic. And to make it even better, she's so friendly and fun! We felt comfortable with her from the start. Several guests at the wedding asked if she was a friend of mine. My husband and I recommend Lisa 100%!
