Of course, the couple takes top honors on the wedding day, but we know the food has to be perfect, too. We’ll mind every detail, from grazing stations, frosé slushies, and an exquisite custom cake, to rolling the midnight snacks right out to the dance floor.

the thought that they put into every single detail was just incredible. From setting aside hors d'oeuvres for my husband and me as we signed the wedding license to packing up a to-go box of each type of entree for us to enjoy after the wedding, the amount of thought and care that went into everything was obvious. And the food was INCREDIBLE. I know that as the bride I'm biased, but I've also heard from SEVERAL guests that the food at our wedding was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding and that the service for the guests was equally excellent. ive caterer and the least amount of vendors possible. I was lucky that Lisa dupar did the food, cake, room set up, take down, cleaning, rentals, and drinks. The only vendors we had was the venue, caterer, DJ and photographer. All together it was $90/person.
We did the hearty appetizer and it was absolutely delicious! It let us cater to a variety of people and their taste especially having somewhat of a large wedding.
I recruited help with the decorations and centerpieces and the staff was more than willing to work with them and around them. I also loved that they made my husband and I a goodie bag for the end of the night including appetizers, dinner, cake, champagne, and the Lisa Dupar cook book!!!! That was absolutely amazing!!

us bring our own veggies for a misto platter so we could cut the cost a little bit.
We ended up having a heavy appetizer buffet with a dim sum flair and all of our guests loved it. The cost ended up being about $21/guest (we provided our own beer and wine).
The only issue we had was that there was some communication break down with putting center pieces on the table and decorations at the entrance of the venue. The person we worked out our contract with said their company is primarily a catering company, so the wedding party needed to expect to help with decorating, but some of the onsite staff seemed uncomfortable with our friends helping out.
Also, if you are pinching pennies, while Lisa Dupar's rates for linens are totally fair, it is possible to rent them for cheaper elsewhere.
