About this vendor
Hi! I'm Lisa, great to meet you :)
I am a Chicago and West Michigan wedding photographer and I want to tell your unique love story. I have been a creative soul my entire life and cannot think of any better job in the world than to capture photos that you will look at on your 25th wedding anniversary and feel the same as you did on your wedding day.
I love me some unconventional brides and grooms. Bring on the anti-bride, the black wedding dress, the unique decor that screams who you are as a couple. I love when a couple thinks outside the traditional wedding and really creates a one-of-a-kind day.
I believe in love equality, thank goodness the state of Illinois now agrees with me and also believes in marriage eqality. Love is Love and I would be honored to be your same sex wedding p

Lisa and Ryan did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier with our photos and the professionalism throughout.
Where do I even begin? We first started working with Lisa back in the summer of 2020. We reached out to Lisa regarding engagement photos after I came across her Instagram page (I w...
as drawn to her work). From the very start Lisa was understanding, responsive, and throughout the actual engagement photoshoot made us feel comfortable and at ease. The photos turned out amazing (even though it was 96 degrees the day of the shoot). We had such a great experience with Lisa that I reached out again to see if she could take updated professional photos as I was due for a new headshot. Similar to the engagement photos, I cannot stress enough how fun the process was. I use the photos frequently for work and networking sites, they are a huge hit and I always get a compliment or two. Lastly, we recently worked with Lisa again for our wedding. Lisa and her team were phenomenal. Overall, the day was a little hectic due to the weather and having to adjust the plan, but she kept us track and made sure we were able to get all of the photos taken even on an accelerated timeline. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a wedding photographer or photographer for business branding/head shots!
Lisa was literally everything we could have asked for in a photographer and more! From the first time my husband and I met her, she was professional, responsive, fun and available ...
any time we had questions or needed help. She went out of her way to send suggestions, provide us feedback, and really helped inspire us to find the right venue and make our wedding vision come to life!
I cannot say enough good things about her, the beautiful photos she captured and her process from beginning to end. My husband hates pictures and even he enjoyed working with Lisa, and I felt she always kept that in mind. I look forward to keeping in touch with her, and bringing up her name anytime a photographer is needed!
Lisa is absolutely amazing - we have the most beautiful wedding pictures that captured every moment and are different than I have ever seen before. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Lisa is the best! I had several conversations with photographers, and after speaking with Lisa I knew she would be a great choice. She is reliable, professional, and dedicated. She...
gives recommendations for photo locations, and helps you with the timeline for your big day, and of course takes the best pictures!
Highly recommend!
The best of the bests. She is so amazing, caring, and TOO good to be true. I highly recommend her!!
Lisa is amazing! From the first time we spoke over the phone, to meeting in person to go over our wedding day details, she was on top of everything! Even rain on our wedding day di...
dn't stop Lisa from capturing every beautiful moment. We are so thankful for her! My husband and I have both been in weddings with cheesy/fake poses, and loved how natural and candid our photos turned out. Thank you Lisa!!!
I spent a lot of time searching for photographers and am so incredibly glad I found Lisa. Lisa clearly has a ton of experience in photography and weddings because she managed our p...
lanning and wedding day like a breeze. She has a very calming aura and a way of coordinating the wedding day that drives success in getting people in positions and on time, but doesn’t cause a frenzy or any stress. There was only one stressful moment of our day when I showed up for the first look and my groom wasn’t ready. Lisa immediately reassured me in a way that made me completely forget about everything else and just focus on seeing my future husband for the first time that day. Lisa guided us through the planning process and I felt so confident in her that I let her drive most of the shots. And this is all the logistics, I haven’t even gotten to the pictures yet! Our pictures are absolutely gorgeous, I can’t find a single one that wasn’t framed super well, edited well (but not too much), and perfectly captures our day. Lisa captured so many amazing moments of our wedding and was incredibly thorough with her shots. She blended into our wedding very well and got some truly great candids that I’m so grateful for. At the end of the night we even asked her for an extra hour, which I’m sure messed up her night, but she said yes and gave that extra hour her all! We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer!
I was referred to Lisa by a family friend whose nephew hired her for his wedding. Lisa has a phenomenal portfolio and she was amazing to work with from start to finish. Before the ...
wedding we met at the venue to do a walkthrough and discuss specifics. The day of the wedding she was on time, organized, and maintained our schedule. She was excellent to work with and made what could have been a stressful day fun and easy! She had great ideas for photo locations at the venue and around the city. I especially loved how Lisa got into the thick of the dance floor to capture candid shots. Lisa is an amazing photographer and I am very lucky to have received that recommendation!
Lisa was fantastic throughout our whole wedding process. She was so friendly from our initial phone call, providing lots of great ideas and suggestions. She was very responsive to ...
and prompt in answering all of our questions. The day of the wedding she was accommodating and flexible, while also making sure to get in all of our most important pictures that we wanted. She made the evening much less stressful and we can't wait to see how the pictures turn out!
