We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work of our makeup and hair artist, Lisa and Lisa! From our initial consultation to the big day, they were an absolute dream to work with. They listened carefully to our ideas and made sure to bring our vision to life while keeping us looking and feeling like the best versions of ourselves.
On the day of the wedding, they were not only incredibly skilled but also calming and fun to be around, helping to create a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. My hair and makeup lasted flawlessly all day—throughout the ceremony, the photos, and all the dancing at the reception. I felt beautiful and confident, and I received so many compliments from our guests.

Lisa and her team were so great to work with for wedding hair and makeup. I worked with an associate of Lisa's but Lisa was my main point of contact up to my wedding day. Her timeline was spot on and she made me, my bridesmaids, flower girls, and mom feel comfortable and confident. My hair and makeup were just as we discussed during the trial and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! Lisa and her team all did a great job. I would definitely recommend for a wedding!

Lisa and her team are AWESOME! My hair & make-up were perfect for my wedding day! The included bride trial beforehand made me feel confident my wedding look would be exactly as I wished. It was super nice knowing the same person would be doing my hair & make-up on my big day as the trial. Lisa and her team were super efficient and stuck closely to our timeline to ensure hair & make-up were done on time. Not to mention everyone's hair & make-up looked perfect all night long!

We had a wonderful experience with Lisa Kurtz Makeup & Hair! All of the bridesmaids looked beautiful and I (the bride) got exactly what I asked for! After my trial, we were able to make some minor edits to both my hair and makeup to make the wedding day easy. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any question or concern.
They were so good and made me and my bridal party look great for my wedding! Would recommend to anyone!

She was a wonderful communicator and very efficient during the day of services. I loved getting a trial to discuss things and being able to change things based on how that went. Lisa and her team did a wonderful job for our hair and makeup for the wedding. Every girl loved their hair and makeup. Lisa had a schedule ready for the girls so that they each knew when it was their turn. Price is on the spendy side but seems to be about average for the cities. Do be sure to look closely at the fine print for cost of services. Mileage is added after 30 mi not a 30 mi radius (there and back). So anything over 30 miles total was 70 cents a mile PER artist. 18% automatic gratuity is also added and you have to have 4 people not including the bride for each service desired. Eg. 4 people for hair if the bride is doing hair and 4 people for makeup if the bride is doing makeup. This can be very tricky if cost is a concern for some bridesmaids or if you have a small bridal party. Overall Lisa and her team did a great job.
I could not be any happier with my experience through Lisa Kurtz Makeup and Hair Artistry! From the first point of contact through my wedding day, their communication was excellent. Maggie is the sweetest girl, and went above and beyond what I could have wanted for my bridal hair. My bridesmaids had so many wonderful things to say about their experience with her too. My mother had never had her hair professionally styled for a wedding before, and Maggie was so comforting to her through the whole styling process. 10/10 would recommend!!

Lisa and Maggie were AMAZING. My wedding was on a Friday, they were wonderful when doing my 4 bridesmaids and I’s hair and makeup. I cannot recommend them enough. We got several compliments on how good we all looked. Getting ready was laid back and relaxed, we all hung out and had a good time with these ladies which was exactly how I pictured my wedding morning. AND all of our hair and makeup withheld even through the wind and the rain.
I am writing this review as mother of the bride. I was the one who researched vendors for hair and makeup for our daughter’s wedding on 4/27/24. From my very first contact with Lisa Kurtz until the wedding day we were more than happy with the communication both my daughter and I received. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Our hair stylist and makeup artist arrived promptly on the morning of the wedding. They were fun, yet professional and worked with each individual in the bridal party to ensure their hair and makeup were exactly how they wanted it. I was especially pleased when the hair stylist suggested something I hadn’t planned on, and it turned out fantastic. I don’t wear makeup on a daily basis and the makeup artist did a great job in keeping my look very natural. Between the hair and makeup I was told I looked 10 years younger and what mom doesn’t love that! Lisa’s team helped get my daughter’s wedding day off to a great start and everyone was very pleased with the results and value for the price we paid! I would highly recommend a bridal party to Lisa Kurtz!!

I could not recommend Lisa Kurtz Makeup and Hair Artistry more! I originally discovered Lisa from being a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding and I loved her work. When I got engaged a year later, Lisa was one of the first vendors I booked because I knew I wanted to work with her. From the moment I booked Lisa and her team, they were wonderful to work with. Their communication was awesome throughout the whole process. Lisa reached out to me to schedule my makeup and hair trial with her and Maggie about two months before the wedding. We had the best conversation and such a fun time during the hair and makeup trial. My soft glam makeup and my half-up, half-down hair was just what I wanted. Leading up to my wedding, Lisa arranged a schedule to accommodate myself, nine bridesmaids, my mom and my mother-in-law the morning of the wedding. The schedule worked out seamlessly. Everyone had a great time getting ready in the bridal suite and conversing with Lisa’s team. My bridesmaids, mom and MIL loved their hair and makeup and they still talk about it. I felt so beautiful and so confident on my wedding day thanks to Lisa and her team. If you are looking for somebody trustworthy and just amazing to work with, you need to book with Lisa Kurtz Artistry!

I worked with Lisa & Maggie for wedding day hair and makeup services for myself, my mom and 4 bridesmaids. From the trial, to the day of, these two were awesome to work with! On my wedding day, they remembered everything from our trial so I did not have to re-explain the look I was going for. There were a couple of changes I asked for that they were able to execute perfectly. I have naturally thicker, curly hair and Maggie had no issues with it, the hair stayed perfect all day. Their time management was excellent. They showed up on time and they were able to get all the girls done in time. They were even kind enough to be able to accommodate my mom's eye makeup last minute with enough time to spare! They did a high quality job with both makeup and hair. Everyone loved their looks and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. :) Couldn't recommend Lisa Kurtz Makeup & Hair Artistry more!
Lisa and Maggie are an amazing team! They were always professional, respectful, and willing to meet every need of mine from the practice makeup/hair to my wedding day. Lisa was very quick to respond to my messages and provided detailed information to respond to all the questions I had throughout my hair/makeup process. I greatly appreciate the excellent communication with this team as I was only engaged for 3 months.
On my wedding day, they arrived early and listened carefully to what each bridesmaids wanted. The hair and makeup of each girl was absolutely stunning and everyone receive several compliments throughout the night about how amazing their hair was and flawless their makeup looked. From the start, Lisa was very professional and timely in answering my questions. Her and Maggie were wonderful at my consultation and made me feel comfortable going into our wedding day. The day of, Lisa, Maggie and Lisa T were prompt and we were able to stay ahead of schedule. Our wedding day was hot/humid and their work lasted all the way through photos and the ceremony. They kept me and my bridesmaids comfortable all morning while getting ready and kept the process stress free! I cannot recommended them enough, they are amazing!

I knew they would be great after the initial hair and makeup trial, I told Maggie that my hair doesn't usually hold a curl and she proved me wrong, it lasted all day! In addition to myself, I had my mother, my mother in law, 3 bridesmaids, and a friend who walked our dog down the aisle :) They all loved how their hair and makeup looked and the prices were great too! Best decision ever was choosing them for my wedding hair and makeup! 100% recommend! Lisa and Maggie crafted the perfect schedule to ensure myself and my bridesmaids were looking perfect in time for the ceremony. They were so accommodating, sweet, kind and funny. They truly set the perfect tone for the day as we got ready! Also, the makeup and hair test run we did a month or so before the wedding date was fantastic as we really got to figure out what I did and didn’t want my makeup and hair to look like on the big day. SO happy with how everything turned out!

I absolutely loved working with Lisa and Maggie! Lisa did my makeup for my engagement pictures and my wedding day, and I loved both looks. Makeup stayed on well, and she gave me a little kit for touch ups. Maggie did a great job with my hair and worked with special hair pins I bought and my veil. All my ladies loved working with these two as well and all looked gorgeous!! Lisa is super fun to work with but also is really punctual with communication, professional, and organized. Prices are really reasonable too!
Lisa was so professional and easy to work with and great at communicating with me. We scheduled pretty far in advance from the wedding, but Lisa was on top of it all. Her makeup on my bridesmaids was STUNNING and pricing was great, including travel. Such a wonderful experience with her!

Lisa was a life saver! My original makeup artist canceled on me two months before my wedding. Lisa stepped in and saved the day and the cancelation turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She did my makeup, two bridesmaids, and two junior bridesmaids. Everyone looked so beautiful! She really listened to what everyone wanted and provided their desired look. She was on time the morning of the wedding, personable, professional and stayed right on schedule. I highly recommend Lisa!

I found Lisa and her team on the knot. They were very easy to work with. She responded to all of my emails and requests in a very timely manner. They arrived earlier than scheduled and were able to set up quicker and get us started earlier. They did an amazing job on hair and make up. They were very friendly and professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They stayed on schedule the entire time and even did some girls hair and makeup at the same time when the schedule allowed and it was fun to see those girls getting even more pampered in that way.
As mother of the groom, I was afraid of having my makeup done because I thought I would look too made up, but I had nothing to worry about. Lisa did a great job of making me and the whole wedding party look beautiful for the pictures. She was very kind and listened. A great experience!

Lisa and her team were phenomenal and were such a fantastic addition to our wedding day! Lisa's professionalism, kind spirit, and communication from initially reaching out to day-of was great. As far as the actual makeup by Lisa and hair by the delightful Maggie, my wedding party's looks and my own were absolutely GORGEOUS! I'm still in shock our makeup and hair lasted from 9:30am until at least midnight when the night ended. I couldn't be more happy I went with Lisa and her team for my wedding day! We had Karlee for our hair services and she did an amazing job with everyone's updos! Myself along with everyone else who had there hair done loved what she did!! My mom is even a hair dresser and was told her hair has never looked better!! Than we were given the equally as amazing Alana for our makeup! She made us all look so perfect! Both ladies do a phenomenal job! We were even all ready ahead of schedule!! I've been in a few weddings recently (services not provided by Lisa or her team) and girls were frantically having to redo there hair and makeup after services were complete! Not one single service provided needed to touched up or redone! Not to mention I even fell asleep in my updo and makeup and both still looked good in the morning as well! I seriously couldnt recommend going with Lisa and her team enough!!
I had a such a wonderful time working with Lisa and her colleague Maggie. They were so professional but also a ton of fun to have as part of my wedding day. They got to the ready room early, and were able to get all set up without me having to do anything. I also think my makeup and hair was so perfect! I truly cannot recommend them enough!
Lisa and her team was amazing! With 13 people there was a lot do do and they managed timing perfectly and made the day smooth sailing. I have never seen my friends look more beautiful. These ladies rock! After I had a few bad trials with other makeup vendors, these ladies were lifesavers! I found them and was terrified for another bad trial and they restored my faith in the makeup industry! They were so fun to work with and Lisa nailed the look that I wanted for my wedding day!

My oh my. Did these ladies save my day!! I had originally booked with another team the consultation went sour and I got referred to lisa and Maggie from a friend at work and they knocked it out of the park! Everyone looked absolutely stunning. I know they say artists can't do exactly what a photo looks like but this team did exactly that! I was so happy with the services!! They were super professional. On time very reliable. Made changes when mom in laws and bridesmaids wanted to add services with no problem at all! Communication was on point. I'd def recommend you hire lisa and her team! You won't be disappointed one bit.

Everything was great. I was impressed by the trial hair and makeup, day of was even better, punctuality was great, and rates were super reasonable. Would recommend.
Lisa and "the other Lisa" are amazing!!! I had to move my wedding up because my son found out he's deploying overseas; in a panic I googled "best wedding hair and makeup near me." Lisa came up top of the results and her sites looked amazing. I thought there is no way she's going to be available, but as luck would have it she had a cancelation due to COVID. Lisa and Lisa did hair and make up for 5 of us. We had so much fun getting ready with them and we looked AMAZING when they were finished. They listen to what you want or have great ideas if you aren't sure. You should definitely book with Lisa if you are looking for great hair and makeup.
We had Kristina (Hair/Makeup), Alana (Makeup), and Maggie (Hair) for my wedding. We got married in a smaller destination town, so it was awesome to have hair and makeup artists travel to us! Everyone was so nice, and our hair and makeup stayed in place all day (8am to midnight). I would definitely recommend them!
The services were so great! Rachael, the main stylist I worked with, was so fun and easy going. This was really helpful during the craziness of getting ready for the ceremony! Our trial also was easy going and so helpful. So many guests complimented how my makeup and hair stayed intact throughout the day and evening :)
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the direct communication I had with Lisa could've been more supportive and constructive. I was told 2 weeks before the event that my timeline was too tight and someone in my party would need to come to the church later than everyone else, but then it ended up we could have everyone finished by the appropriate time, so.. not sure what the issue was the first time? But overall, everyone was kind and respectful!

Venue, until a few weeks prior. At that time I tried every which way I could think of to help accommodate such a tight schedule. and I eventually did.
For makeup and hair services for Bride plus all 4 ladies plus FG, we would typically allot at 3.15hr getting ready time with two team members not a two hour window. We are a premier service and need at least .30mins per girl plus the Bridal services. There was nothing other than putting two very Senior artist/stylist to be able to cut down every service by 10mins. I also told them before hand about the schedule so they would be prepared. I am not sure any other way I could have figured that out for you.
We offer services that we are proud of! We understand services are costly, so we try and give exceptional services to all of our Brides and their bridal parties. Every girl on my team is trained to stay on time and arrive promptly.

Lisa (makeup) and Maggie (hair) were simply amazing on our wedding day!! They showed up right on time and got to work immediately - we even ended up finishing an hour ahead of schedule. These ladies were so fun to work with and made the morning of my wedding a breeze. All my bridesmaids had nothing but good things to say!!

Lisa and her team were simply amazing. From the very first email, we knew our experience would be fantastic. We were working with a lot of crazy variables, but Lisa, Lisa and Maggie handled them all exceptionally. They drove 45 minutes out of the Twin Cities to get 10 ladies ready for pictures before 10am on wedding day-- not an easy feat, but everyone looked gorgeous. We were so thankful for ALL they did and would highly, highly recommend their services!
I loved having the Lisa Reinhardt team do my hair and makeup for my wedding day! Melanie was at our getting ready spot at the crack of dawn as requested and was so efficient while doing a beautiful job. We had a bit of an unconventional morning in terms of getting ready but she went with the flow and got the job done! My makeup trial lasted so well that I was able to wear it to a wedding the next day (had to sleep in my makeup, just this once). Melanie did an awesome job taking the couple tweaks I had from the trial and incorporating them into my day-of makeup.
Couldn’t of been HAPPIER!! Lisa’s team did amazing at my 10•16•20 wedding! The best part was everyone still looked like their natural selves just a little more glamours! I highly recommend using Lisa and her team for your wedding because her prices are very reasonable, they don’t make the makeup look cakey, it lasts all night long, and she is such a fun upbeat person to work with! Lisa Reinhardt was absolutely amazing!! My entire bridal party loved having their makeup done by Lisa. One of my bridesmaids loved her so much that she is hiring Lisa for her wedding next year. The makeup looked flawless, yet natural! Her prices are also very reasonable, which was important for me and my ladies! I cannot recommend Lisa enough!
I seriously cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Lisa and her team are! We had 11 total people (8 bridesmaids, bride, mother of groom, and mother of bride) that needed hair/make-up services and Lisa's team completed everyone in under 4 hours. So easy to work with and everyone looked amazing! I was the most relaxed bride during the getting ready process thanks to Lisa's team.

Amazing!!! My wedding was July 11th of this year. My planning was during the heart of Covid! Everything was falling apart so I wanted to make sure my makeup was at least together! With short notice Lisa Reinhardt Makeup and Hair Artistry was able to do, not only my makeup, but also my 10 bridesmaids and 5 family members!!
My makeup artist was Alana and she was PERFECT! I got so many compliments on my makeup. My gals loved theirs as well! I am so blessed to have found them! Thank you Lisa, Alana, and team for helping make my day beautiful and stress free!!
Lisa was such a wonderful addition to my wedding day. She's a true artist and made my makeup look incredibly natural while still making me feel extra pretty on my big day. She also did a great job on my bridesmaid, mom, and aunt, and was very accommodating to our small group size. It was so nice to work directly with Lisa throughout the whole process - I like that personal touch, which you don't get with some of the bigger makeup companies that have sales consultants.
Beyond the makeup, Lisa was a joy to talk to - my mom and I had a blast with her during my trial and it was great to have her at our home as we got ready for the big day. I highly recommend Lisa!
I found Lisa because she was the most reasonably priced for my girls but I loved working with her. She is super relaxed and felt like a friend hanging out with us the morning of getting ready. We changed the schedule and timeline about 10 times on her and she always just adjusted to whatever I asked. Lisa does your makeup and we all looked fab. My airbrush makeup looked great the entire day. She brought two people for hair and they both did great, I changed my hair from trial to day of and Mel just went with it and gave me some beautiful bridal hair. All of my girls looked great. Whatever changes or requests we had for them, they fixed and adjusted.
I had a great experience working with Lisa Reinhardt for makeup! Lisa was prompt and helpful with her responses to answer questions and coordinate the getting ready timeline. My makeup artist was Mel and she was amazing!! Super nice and easy to work with. She did exactly what asked, and it looked even better than I thought it would. I don't know much about makeup - I'd never even worn false eyelashes before - so I trusted Mel's expertise and it turned out amazing! I felt so beautiful and the makeup came out looking great in the pictures. Highly recommend Lisa & Mel!!

Lisa was absolutely perfect to work with. From the start working with Lisa was easy, she is timely with her communication, super friendly and bubbly, and very talented. Lisa did an amazing job of doing flawless makeup on me, my mother, and four bridesmaids in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. She was a dream to work with and made sure we all felt and looked our absolute best!
My hair stylist, Rachael, was absolutely wonderful and level headed and so excited for my wedding! I showed her a few pictures before my trial and she made a magical beautiful combination of everything I wanted. By the end of the trial and wedding day, she felt like a girlfriend that I’d grab a drink with.
Highly highly recommend Rachael and Melanie! Melanie did some of the bridesmaids hair and every woman was obsessed with their styles.
Lisa christine is my favorite. We got along right from the start and share the same sense of humor! She listened to what I wanted and pulled off by far the best wedding hairstyle I've seen in person. I wanted to show off my hair and she did that for me so well! Lisa t did my eyelash extensions and they look so amazing! Definitely recommend. Punctual and willing to make your special the best it can be.
Lisa was absolutely the BEST! We had on site airbrush makeup for 7 women and we were all done up on time. Our July wedding day was 95 degrees and humid and the makeup looked flawless through the sweat and tears! Lisa was so kind, punctual and professional! I highly recommend her to any bride ❤️
Lisa and her group where AMAZING to work with! Responded to my emails within 24 hours of sending and always answered my questions. They were very easy to schedule my trial run and my stylist was a pleasure to work with.
