Lisa Mae Cakes

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Lisa exceeded my expectations by a mile!! Our cake was beautiful, and nearly identical to my inspo photo (but somehow better)! We had a chocolate lover’s groom’s cake in a very intricate and complicated design, and all I gave Lisa was a grainy old photo to work with. It turned out beautifully and was a real talking point that night. Both cakes tasted AMAZING! I have been to lots of wedding and tasted many wedding cakes, and I’ve never had one that I wanted to have seconds! I only had a tiny bite during the wedding, but that night my husband and I pigged out on the leftovers! I can’t say enough about how truly thrilled we were with our cakes!

Let me start by saying, I HIGHLY recommend Lisa for ANY wedding cake, let alone any baking needs at all! I knew from the first time she made my son's 3 year old birthday cake 6 years ago that whenever I got married, I wanted her to make my wedding cake, and that finally happened! Our wedding was Saturday, 10/13/18, and Lisa just BLEW me away with our cake! I knew I wanted a naked cake, but I wanted to add a little extra gold drippings to it, to really make it unique and she just stunned me with how beautiful it turned out! Not to mention it was absolutely DELICIOUS! We did a vanilla cake on the top and bottom tier and then has a delicious strawberry filling on the middle tier and it was just to die for! I booked her a year and a half in advance, and the drippings were a last minute addition that she was more than happy to add on with no complaints, considering how busy I know she stays! I also went in to make sure our custom built cake stand would fit the cake and her staff was just the sweetest ever! You will never go wrong if you book with Lisa! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! She deserves 10 stars! Thank you so much for making the cake of my dreams!! Thank you! -The Sinyards :)

Our wedding would not have been complete without our gorgeous not to mention delicious cake from Lisa Mae. It was no trouble for her to create and entire gluten free creation. The best part of it all was no one knew it was gluten free until we told them. Lisa Mae is incredible and I look forward to using her again for future occasions.

Lisa Mae has the absolutely best tasting cake I've ever had and I hear her gluten-free is top of the line too. My cake was gorgeous and the fondant wasn't thick like usual but more like icing and it was very soft. I had a chocolate groomscake and almond poundcake, lemon and chocolate in my own cake and it was all so good! I gained 5 pounds from cake alone because it kept for a couple weeks after. I can't wait to eat myanniversary cake it was THAT good!
