t timeline of 6 months she was able to help me put together a beautiful and memorable event and make my vision come to life. Most of all, I appreciated how she would respond to communication in such a timely manner - usually less than an hour to respond to texts and no more than a day to respond to emails. When she was out or busy with another wedding she would proactively notify me that she may be slow to respond. She was also able to synthesize information quickly and could readily step in on making decisions when asked. I didn't need to hound her about every single detail, I truly felt like I could trust her to take care of it. She also knows everyone in the Napa area, so anytime there was an issue she could easily just text the person/vender and figure out in a matter of minutes. And finally, I felt like she truly supported me during planning which can be extremely stressful. For example, I was able to run tricky family dynamic situations by her and get a thoughtful and empathetic response. I loved working with her and cannot recommend her enough!

with a majority of our vendors and that made it incredibly easy to plan with her since she already knew the ins and outs of some of our vendors' policies. Make no mistake, her connections with vendors in the area are a huge advantage! She always made herself available to us (so sorry for the early morning and late night messages!). She's easy going and will give you her honest opinion on what she thinks will work best for you. Most importantly, she executed our wedding plans to perfection. Her confidence and experience allowed us the ease and freedom to actually enjoy our wedding day. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and seamless our wedding was. We would absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone!!

Everyone showed up on time & everything was in the right place on the day of. Her experience with coordinating and our venue was immensely helpful. She helped build our timeline and table layout and offered good advice on both. She required very little guidance with setting up our things and everything was perfect. And of course, she was accessible and easy to contact if we needed anything. The day appeared to be so easy for us but it is all thanks to Lisa. I cannot recommend her enough!

She made my daughter feel supported, reassured and heard. In the end it wasn’t our initial vision but it was absolutely perfect! The adjectives I heard regarding the wedding were magical and fun! What more can we asked for especially in this time of COVID? And it was because of Lisa’s hard work and dedication to make this wedding happen. We booked the partial planning and added on additional work to help us coordinate our rehearsal dinner the day before. Lisa went above and beyond to help coordinate all our vendors and even made some site visits for us as we were remote.
