Lisa and her team are amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and at ease. You spend a lot of time on your wedding day with your photographer, and we so enjoyed Lisa and her people. They truly made the day so much fun! Our wedding day had record breaking heat. Lisa and her team were so incredible with making sure all of us were okay while also braving the heat with us to get amazing shots. As the bride in a big gown, there were times I was struggling in the heat. Her team literally held my hair off my neck and fanned me in between pics. How amazing is that? I felt so taken care of. Having Lisa as our wedding day photographer was everything we could ever want. Easy to work with, flexible, responsive, and friendly! She was willing to do a half-day package for us at a reasonable price when very few others would. She coordinated a wedding videographer for us and got us our photos the week after our wedding. She also provided us great direction on poses while also capitalizing on some candid moments. Lisa was all-around amazing, and I would highly recommend her!

Lisa was patient and kind through the whole experience. She answered several questions and made me feel heard. Lisa, Cory, and Preston were amazing and present all day working with different family personalities. They made our day perfect!

Lisa was 100% the easiest vendor to work with. She was very responsive, which was so helpful when I was stressed! I used her for engagement session, bridal boudoir, and wedding photos and I HIGHLY recommend! Her and her team captured the most beautiful moments through photos, and we will cherish those forever. She also paid attention to things I brought up that I was self conscious about in myself, and would have me pose a different way to ensure that I loved the pictures (and also gave me sneak peaks throughout the day to make sure I didn’t notice something she was missing!) We ended up retaking all of my bridesmaid pictures because I saw that I looked super awkward the way I was standing - so we switched to my “good side” and retook them! And she was happy to do it! Lisa and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! We hired her to shoot our wedding fairly late, and added on videography even later, but Lisa was always on top of our needs. On the day of, we were all pretty nervous, but she and her team made the photo and video process seem so natural and were great at providing helpful cues to pose, but also caught great candids. They're all so fun and easy to work with and that was reflected in the photos we took since we couldn't stop laughing, smiling, and joking. We got married less than two weeks ago and already have all of our photos and they are everything we could have wanted! Lisa is an absolute Gem! She is so easy to work with! She never made us feel awkward which is great for me because I’m very introverted and don’t like being in front of a camera. she would lead us in how to pose but mainly got some very candid photos which we loved because our photos don’t feel super staged! I also need to mention the Editing. It was very important to me to find someone who enhanced how everything looked naturally. I didn’t want our pictures to look like they had some sort of moody filter (no offense to those who do like that look). All of our photos were very bright and natural which we love! I couldn’t recommend Lisa enough! She’s the sweetest person And so much fun!!

Lisa and her team were a dream to work with from the start. From my husband and I last-minute booking engagement photos in the fall, and Lisa going out of her way to work with us on dates and times and a quick turn around, to taking the absolute best photos on our wedding day, we cannot recommended Lisa and her team more. If you are looking for someone to capture the Big Moments with the utmost professionalism as well as capture the spontaneous small moments that embody who you are as a couple, look no further. Having Lisa photograph one of our biggest life milestones was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. On top of the stunning photographs she is able to produce, Lisa is one of the sweetest individuals you will ever meet. From our first meeting to the engagement session to our wedding day, Lisa proves that she cares. She cares about her work. She cares about your special day going smoothly. Most of all, she cares about YOU. We felt we were having a close family friend photograph our wedding! We laughed like old friends as she took pictures of me failing to open a bottle of champagne with my bridesmaids in a bathtub. She supported my ambitious request of being photographed kissing my husband off the balcony as my bridesmaids (and maybe a groomsmen!) lifted me up from the ground. She even ensured our surprise choreographed First Dance was kept a secret as we practiced outside the doors of our venue! Lisa Meyer and her team went above and beyond everything we had expected. We love all of our photographs and especially love our wedding video! Our wedding day was captured exactly how we wanted, with much love and fun. We loved Lisa from the moment we met her! We loved her photos when we found her website after looking at so many others, and when we met at her studio it sealed the deal for us. We did our engagement photo session with her, and had so much fun - she will make you feel relaxed and enjoy it even if taking a lot of photos isn't really your "thing". We were even more excited to work with her after our engagement session, and seeing how beautiful our photos turned out. Corresponding with Lisa when we had to make the decision to postpone our original wedding date due to the pandemic was so comforting, as she reassured us that everything would still be perfect and her & her crew would be there for us when we were able to reschedule the wedding. I ask a ton of questions, and she has so much patience and is SO kind! On our wedding day, her & her crew were prompt and helped us with our timeline. They were able to capture so many special moments, and many that we didn't even realize they were taking. Lisa makes you feel beautiful and special on your big day, and the guys absolutely loved working with her 2nd photographer while they were getting ready. We received our photos & video back in 3 weeks which seemed so quick, and we were blown away! The photos are SO beautiful, and such a special documentation of our day that we will always have to remember it by. And the video is absolutely amazing! If you are on the fence about the video option, I would definitely recommend Lisa's videographer. The video is such a fun and emotional way to share and relive the feelings of the day over and over again. Our experience working with Lisa was the best, and I would highly recommend her as your wedding photographer!

Lisa is an absolute DREAM to work with. The moment my husband and I met her we were sold. We felt beyond comfortable and like we were chatting with a lifelong friend! We quickly booked her and set up our engagement pictures. We had to change our original date for engagement pictures due to the weather, and she was so accommodating! The whole session was incredible and felt so relaxed and fun. We got those pictures back in a jiffy! The pictures were remarkable, and we couldn’t wait for our wedding. The first and most-repeated piece of advice we received while planning our wedding was “Do not skimp on the photographer.” We were initially planning on using a different photography studio for our pictures; however, after taking one look at Lisa’s work, we immediately changed our mind and went with her. Today, as we view the pictures she took at our wedding, we could not be happier with that decision - the amount of love, joy, happiness, and artistry in each picture make us tear up and smile fondly at every moment. That alone is worth the 5-star review, but Lisa took it much further. When the pandemic first hit, my wife was incredibly stressed and concerned, rightfully so. She received an email from Lisa that made things so much better. Lisa had reached out to all of her brides, and calmly explained the situation and assured everyone that it was going to be okay. Lisa was the first person to reach out to us in that time of panic and confusion, and her words gave us perspective and helped us manage such a stressful situation. We cannot praise Lisa and her team enough!

Lisa is the best photographer I could have ever asked for on my wedding day. She is so sweet and makes you feel so special. I knew I loved Lisa's work from what I'd seen on her website. I decided that I would pick my vendors based off if I liked them as a person. When we met Lisa and saw her studio, we knew she was the person we wanted to photograph our wedding. Unfortunately she booked before we were ready to commit. However, we had two of her photographs capture our wedding and they did an amazing job. Mark & Eric were fantastic. They made sure they got all of the important moments and captured unexpected moments as well. I highly recommend. When I sent our pictures to my mom and sisters, they responded by asking how I could ever narrow it down for the album. We're struggling with that now. They did excellent work!

I met with Lisa and fell in love with her and her talent immediately. I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about my experience with her and her partner. Our photos turned out incredibly. She captured our day perfectly... You can feel the fun and the joy in the photos! Lisa is aware of little details you spent so much time choosing (rings, invitations, center pieces etc.) and is so talented to show every detail on your dress, which as a photographer is difficult to do. Lisa was sweet, kind, fun and had great ideas. She made photos feel easy and natural. Even my husband mentioned how simple it was to work with her. One word I can use to describe Lisa is thoughtful. From beginning to end she was so gracious in her interactions with me regarding our needs. As a lesbian couple I made sure that the first question I asked vendors was do they work with same sex couples so to not waste anyone’s time. Lisa not only confirmed that she works with all couples but also that she would be honored to have us as clients. Thoughtful. After my interactions with her I was a little bummed that she wouldn’t be available for our September 2018 date but was still happy to work with anyone from her company. In the middle of 2018 my relationship ended and I was faced with the emotionally daunting task of canceling vendor bookings. The type of care and sensitivity Lisa showed me during this difficult time was unmatched. Not only did she assure me that love would find its way back to me, she also told me that when it did she’d be happy to work me again. Thoughtful. As God and the universe would have it, love did find it’s way back and my fiancée and I reunited and decided to move forward with our union. This time around we decided to do something extremely intimate but I knew that Lisa had to be part of our special day. Two miracles happened: not only was Lisa available to shoot our new date she also applied our original deposit to the new event leaving us with a zero balance! Thoughtful. The week leading up to the event was a bit stressful because our date was the only day that was forcasted to be rainy and cold. Lisa assured us that the moment and pictures would still be amazing and even offered to bring her umbrella for whimsical photos. Thoughtful. As expected, the day was extremely cold and rainy but Lisa did a magnificent job directing us to get the perfect shots. Once she knew that my wife was concerned about her jacket puckering in the back, anytime Lisa noticed it she would smooth it out herself allowing us to just be in the moment. Thoughtful. I don’t know how you could still be “thinking” about booking Lisa Meyer Photography after reading this but if you are I highly recommend her services. She is the type of kind spirit you want need during your special moments. She is beyond professional without being sterile. Thank you Lisa for all you did to make our day as special as we hoped. If you are looking at Lisa's page -- STOP -- you have found your wedding photographer! I was introduced to Lisa when she was the photographer at my brother's wedding - 2.5 years ago. Out of all of his vendors, Lisa is the ONLY vendor of his that I said to myself "one day, I will ask Lisa to do my wedding"... mind you I was very single at the time. A month later, I went on my first date with my now husband. As soon as we started planning our wedding, Lisa was the only photographer we called. The beautiful thing about Lisa is that the two weddings in my family couldn't have been more different - my brother's was September, outdoor, more casual, and mine was February, black tie at a 100 year old venue, and yet Lisa was able to create beautiful memories for my family's two very different weddings. This lady is DYNAMIC. Lisa is kind, intuitive, and a true professional. I am not a selfie, Instagram, knows how to pose kind of girl. I emailed Lisa a couple of weeks before my wedding to express my concerns about having NO idea how to pose or be photographed. Lisa reassured me that between her and the beauty team, all will be well. She was so spot on. She took a few of the “getting ready shots” – told me where to sit, how to sit and showed me the first shots, which were beautiful. From that moment, I was totally at ease. In our family, we lovingly refer to Lisa as a “ninja” – We got our photos back and my husband and I said “how did she get that shot?!” “Did you even know she was there?!” She caught the most beautiful, candid moments - while I was able to just enjoy my wedding and be in the moment. She is willing to do anything to capture a beautiful shot – at one point she was lighting candles and at another point she was dodging traffic to get us a gorgeous outdoor photo under the marquee. She is no drama, get it done, and super kind. You can’t go wrong. Thanks to Lisa, I have the most gorgeous memories of my day. I usually hate photos of myself, and I am so, so, so proud of these pictures. We will truly treasure them forever.
