Lisa is amazing. You can see that in all her excellent reviews! We picked Lisa for our wedding for a couple reasons. Firstly, she has done a wedding I was a part of and I loved the photos. She also did some family portraits for us a few years ago which we still have up and framed. Secondly, we LOVE who she is. She has a great attitude and isn't fake. She loves dogs too. :) (Sorry, had to throw that in there!) Me and my family are serious animal lovers plus my dad is a vet. She just fits right in. We love you, Lisa!! I can't wait to use you for future services for me and my family and will continue to refer you out to others!

I'd like to start by saying I'm not the bridezilla that is impossible to please and leaves a scathing review for everyone. Quite the opposite, in fact. I've left 5 start reviews for every other wedding vendor that I used. My wedding day was flawless. That being said, the $2,300 I paid Lisa Otto was the worst money I spent on my wedding. When I got my gallery I cried. Lisa fulfilled her end of the bargain by showing up for 7 hours on my wedding day, with a second shooter, and gave me the agreed upon number of photos before our contracted deadline. That was all Lisa did. When I got my gallery, many of the shots from my shot list were missing, including 2 of the most important shots: one of my parents with my husband and I and one of both of our families together. I also got no photographs of my flowers and none individually with my bridesmaids. While I wasn't directing Lisa every step of the way, I figured that wasn't my job, in fact I paid her to make sure we got all of the shots we wanted. Additionally, several of the family formals were sent to me with people's eyes closed. I understand that a photographer can't control a person's actions, but even a novice photographer knows to take a few snaps to make sure they get a good one. I'm disappointed because I thought I was paying a good majority of the fee towards the time it would take Lisa to edit the photos. From what she said, she didn't even do the editing, instead sent them to someone else. Very little time or care was take when doing the editing, which is evident in the number of photos that were placed in the final gallery with eyes closed, glasses of water in the background, etc. Don't get me wrong, some of the photos she sent me were beautiful. However, so many of the important photos that I would've printed or gifted to family either don't exist or are poorly edited/photo-shopped. I would not recommend this vendor.

Lisa was amazing. Communication was quick and clear. We got a sneak peak right away and our whole gallery so fast. She was super fun and loved having her with us on our wedding day! She felt like one of the family!

If you are reading this review your search is over! Lisa Otto is not only a dream to work with but her photos are beautiful! She has such a great personality and makes you feel so comfortable like you've been friends for years. She doesn't have cookie cutter packages like all the rest! You and Lisa sit down and decide what is best for your personal wedding! She asks some really great questions to really understand her clients likes and preferences. She has a great eye for shots and angles! She is very creative and truly talented. I would absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone!!!

I have used Lisa for my daughters photos, as well as my wedding! She rocks!

There are so many amazing things that I can say about Lisa. She truely made things so easy with our wedding photograpghy. her photos are amazing and the package we had with her allowed for us to get an engagement photo session done as well. I will be using her in the future for more photo needs.

Lisa was absolutely GREAT to work with! Her photos are awesome! She even had a sneak photo ready the night after my wedding! My sneak peak gallery was ready like 2 days after my wedding! She's amazing and easy to work with!
