D-19, she went above and beyond. She was always a phone call, text, or email away whenever I had any question or needed advice on something. She was my person to always text the annoying pictures of each Pinterest project I completed and she replied with such enthusiasm. She was happy to help and be considered with any and every decision we made. Just when we thought she couldn't get any better, our wedding was postponed for three months and, wow, was that her time to shine. While I was dealing with a whirlwind of emotions, questions, and decisions to be made all over again, she took the time to get in touch with each of our vendors to help take on all of the new obstacles. She was incredible. While there were a few hiccups among other vendors on our wedding day (as there inevitably always are with any wedding), all of them went unbeknownst to us because of her choice to go above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible. She handled everything like a champ and with a smile on her face. I will sing her praises for years to come. As I have told anyone who has asked, this woman is a WEDDING GODDESS!! To know her is to lover her. I promise you, you will not be disappointed with her work or anything on your wedding day if you choose to work with Lisa.

coordinator, none of those things were true. She went above and beyond navigating and communicating will all our vendors, setting up the area, flipping it for us (and bringing in her own army of folks to help with this!) and even coming back to take the cake stand back for us. We both enjoyed every moment of our wedding day and (as far as we know ;)) nothing went wrong (and we got to eat lots of cake)! The only thing I would have done differently is hire her earlier! ne of the greatest decisions my husband and I could have made for our wedding day. We met with three different coordinators and I immediately knew as soon as we meet Lisa that she would be the perfect addition to our wedding vendor team. Anytime we needed something or had a question Lisa was there to help us, both before and during the wedding. She was organized, fast to respond to emails, and always happy to help. She helped us immensely during our venue walkthrough, figuring out how to handle possible bad weather, and making sure the rehearsal ran smoothly. I am so thankful we hired Lisa and I know that she was one of the main reasons why I felt so relaxed on the wedding day. She truly went above and beyond to make our day special. Thank you Lisa for all your help and dedication to making our day perfect.

e wedding! That was a day for the whole family to enjoy together. Hiring Lisa was the best money we could have spent on the wedding. Lisa has a calm and beautiful personality. She is a good listener to find out exactly what you are wanting for your special day! She works well with others in the wedding industry and has had a great amount of experience. Lisa kept track of all our vendors and communicated with them along the way. She confirmed all details with them prior to the wedding and handled all details with them the day of. She prepared a time schedule of everything that needed done and always shared the details with us. She accompanied us to our meetings with the ceremony and reception venues. I usually take many notes during a meeting. Lisa was writing down every detail and I was able to sit there and listen. Lisa makes sure that all the little touches are made to make the day wonderful. A couple examples are, she put little baskets of convenient items in the restrooms. She provided a nice little lunch spread to the rooms the bride and groom were getting ready in for everyone’s convenience and nourishment before the ceremony. Most importantly, Lisa made sure everything went perfect for us the day of the wedding. The person in charge of our ceremony venue did not show up the day of the wedding. The venue was very late in setting up the stage and chairs for our ceremony. Lisa had to take charge of the situation to get the job done on time. Lisa and Melissa’s team from George Thomas Florist worked wonderfully together to accomplish creating a beautiful room on time for our guests to arrive. Although I was aware of the situation, I had utmost confidence is Lisa’s ability to handle the situation and I was worry free. By the end of the evening, Lisa and her crew had packed everything in our car that needed transported home. All we had to do was get in our car and drive home! She arranged with our florist to pickup rental items. She had helped us coordinate with an organization to pick up the many flower arrangements on the tables and have them donated to people at nursing homes. I was definitely able to enjoy every minute of the day with all the confidence in the world that Lisa would handle all aspects wonderfully!

When unexpected issues arose (like an on-site coordinator being absent on the day of our wedding), Lisa made sure all of our plans and arrangements went into place perfectly. Both our ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful and even better than we expected, and Lisa made sure that we were able to soak in every second of it.

She was subtle, sweet and such a calming piece of my wedding day. She gave me ease of mind with all of the details. For example, I wasn't allowed to keep my dress at the venue overnight. She made a special trip to my hotel the morning of my wedding when all of the bridesmaids were getting ready to get my dress and transport it to the venue. This made transition to the venue go so much smoother! Lisa went above and beyond , to allow not only me, but my family to enjoy our special day. I highly recommend Lisa, coming from a Bride who waited last minute to decide to use a wedding coordinator!

She saved us from a disaster when she was putting together the timeline and realized that I had actually only booked a string ensemble for the ceremony but I had planned on having them play for the cocktail hour as well. If she was not as detail oriented this would have been missed until the day of the wedding! She immediately contacted me and worked with the other vendor to get everything taken care of! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. If you are looking for someone to take an enormous amount of stress away from your wedding day you need to hire Lisa! The day of all I had to worry about was getting dressed and then walking down the aisle. Lisa took care of everything else.

The day-of, she made sure everything stayed on schedule from rehearsal to reception end. She also set up all of our decorations and made sure everything looked perfect. I had put together a somewhat elaborate DIY dessert table and she set it up to look super awesome. After the wedding, she took care of returning our cake stand & vintage décor rentals. She really was the “behind the scenes magician”! Our wedding was perfect and Lisa had a big part in making it that way. We highly recommend her!
