amazing music - people were crowding the dance floor all night! He went WAY above and beyond by also keeping us on track with our schedule throughout the evening. He brought me drinks from the bar when I was too busy between the many hellos - I mean, what kind of DJ will go that extra mile?? Ben, that's who. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and don't look any further. Ben is the best DJ in the STL area, hands down. I've been to a lot of weddings and he has always been the best. His equipment provided excellent sound quality, and his setup was very tasteful without emblems or other distracting branding. He kept the night fresh with songs we requested, and some selections of his own picked by how he read the room. If you are looking for a professional and highly self-sufficient DJ who will prioritize your vision, Ben is the one for you!

Beyond the DJ duties he performed he also kept the night moving smoothly without feeling rushed. He made sure our best man and maid of honor were keeping up as well as giving tips to us about our personal needs (i.e. bathroom breaks) while visiting with the crowd. He even provided us and our parents with breath mints in between dinner and visiting. I would recommend Listen Up! to anybody searching DJ services.

Ben also provides to option of many add on's on his website. We opted for the uplighting for our space. Another great thing is he was very easy to work with. Friendly, experienced, and genuine. plenty of time to have everything set up, he was dressed very nicely, and he was very kind. He really did an excellent job of keeping the party going. The only complaint I had was the number of requests that were being taken (the requests weren't my kind of songs at all). However, I went up to him and asked that he continue what he had been playing, and he did. Overall, I would definitely recommend him.
