About this vendor
Hi, I’m Emily—most people call me Em! I’m the heart and eyes behind the lens, and storytelling through imagery is what lights me up. I’ve had a camera in my hands for truly as long as I can remember! I’ve been in business since 2018 and am now proudly in my 7th year of doing what I love. With every couple I work with, I approach the day with a creative eye and an open heart—blending modern romance with intentional storytelling. My goal is to create timeless, emotive images that feel uniquely yours. A relaxed experience with space for genuine connection, natural interactions, and a few thoughtfully guided portraits along the way. Every photo I take is rooted in passion and purpose. I’m so honored to do this work, and I can’t wait to help tell your love story!

very aspect of her work, and it was evident that she was passionate about capturing the essence of our special day.
One of the standout qualities of Emily was her adaptability. Despite the unpredictable weather during our engagement shoot, she remained composed and managed to turn potential challenges into opportunities for creative shots (a kissing in the rain shot.... PERFECT). Her ability to think on her feet ensured that we still received breathtaking photos that perfectly encapsulated our love and excitement.
On our wedding day, Emily went above and beyond to ensure that no moment was missed. She meticulously planned each shot while also remaining flexible to capture spontaneous moments of joy and laughter. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure to include every photo we had dreamed of and more.
In the end, Emily delivered a stunning collection of photos that exceeded our expectations. Each image radiated with emotion, telling the story of our love in the most beautiful way possible. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to document our love, and we will cherish these memories for a lifetime. Thank you, Emily, for creating magic through your lens.

've dreamed of. She perfectly captured our special moments and the photos will be so cherished. Seriously, the photos are dreamy. Second, Emily just ROCKS! We had the pleasure of booking her for both an out of state engagement session, and our small elopement. Immediately, it felt like we were hanging out with a friend. She made us feel so comfortable the entire time, and it definitely showed in the final photos. All in all, she is the BEST photographer we could have imagined for our engagement shoot and wedding.

We found Emily by luck...
in 2020 when we had to pivot our wedding day plans (thanks Covid) and our original photographer could not travel to attend our small, backyard ceremony in MN. We loved her work on her website and Instagram and booked her immediately (truly lucked out she was even available!)
We fell in love with her & her work so much we entirely changed plans for our “original” wedding and hired her back for our 2021 wedding!!! If that doesn’t speak to how much we loved her, I don’t know what will 🙃
Emily has a fun personality that will bring the best out of everyone around her. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera… makes you genuinely laugh, pushes the creative limits and will try cool, new things to make every session unique.
Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Book Emily and you won’t regret it!
(Posting pictures from our small, intimate 2020 wedding, as well as our 2021 wedding to showcase variety!)
