We always stay here on our road trips to/from California and it’s such a treat! The rooms are absolutely incredible, especially for the price. They feel like a high end hotel! We’ve never used the pool or services but the staff (especially Tris...

The best value for your money! I had the loveliest night here while traveling south last November. The hotel is super quaint, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed with great amenities. I was already excited about the soaking tub next to the bed, bu...
t Katie truly elevated my stay by upgrading me to a suite upon arrival, turning an already luxurious experience into full-on royal treatment. The suite was dreamy, incredibly quiet, and featured a huge soaking tub. I’ve never been upgraded before, so this experience really made my night. Thank you again, Katie!

I mean, it’s OK. It’s nothing special. At first glance, it’s really nice, but it was kind of a letdown from what I was expecting. The pool was small and the hot tub was scalding Hot. The Koi pond had a massive net covered in leaves over it so I...
couldn’t even see the koi that well. However, the lobby and spa seemed nice and fancy, and there were some good looking fireplaces. The shower water smelled kind of odd to me Kind of like a Furnace. However, it is probably one of the better hotels in the area. On the other hand, the rooms were nice. The staff was really friendly and teatime. Had a nice variety with lots of good choices. It is also right off the freeway so you Get a lot of noise. In order to get a towel for the pool, you have to walk all the way to the lobby, which is a good 400 feet away from the pool. We had just gotten out of the hot tub and wanted a towel to dry off just to learn. We have to walk in the freezing cold to the front lobby. However, I would say it’s probably one of the most romantical hotels in Ashland.

Save your money. This place is no longer the gem it used to be.
We came here for a romantic, restful Valentine’s Day/Birthday retreat and have no hot water in our room. We notified the property of this when we discovered it on Friday 2/13. The...
y told us to run the hot water on full blast for an hour and see if it comes through.
After an hour and 10 minutes, we had no hot water.
We were assured that it would taken care of at 6:00am when maintenance came in.
When we woke at 8:30, we still had no hot water. When we inquired at the desk, they had nothing to tell us and asked us to check back in after breakfast.
I checked back in after breakfast (after waiting for 10 minutes for a front desk person to appear) and they said they couldn’t reach their property manager. I asked what we are supposed to do for showers and the front desk person told us we could try going to the YMCA.
This property is full of water. There is a spa. There is a sister property in town. And their response was to try to get a shower at the Y.
I reached out to Neumann properties (they own Lithia Springs), and there was no answer. They only have limited hours on Tuesday and Thursday. So I left a message telling them what was happening.
I called their other property in town and asked if they had any room vacancies. They did. This was not offered to us, and I had to ask the other property to transfer our reservation.
They did not.
People come here for the literal water and they can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to use it. But they sure are happy to take all of your money and not offer any solutions when they fail to hold up a minimum standard of hospitality in the developed world—hot, running water.
This has been an enormous let down and waste of our time, money, and resources. We have three kids and two dogs. Getting childcare for the weekend and kenneling dogs costs a small fortune and requires a lot of planning and coordination. I will not give another penny to this place, and will contest every single charge with my credit card company.
We should have stayed home.
