Little America Hotel

Love this venue! Veronica and Alondra were amazing. Everything went so well and the hotel is beautiful for an outdoor ceremony.

Veronica and her team were terrific. Our day was seamless, my husband and I couldn't be happier with how the day went. Veronica and her team were timely, happy to help, and were checking in throughout the day to make sure we didn't need anything. It was the best day!

It was a pleasure working with Veronica and Alondra throughout the whole wedding planning process. The outdoor ceremony site was so pretty and it flowed well to the ballroom for the reception. The food was amazing and we really appreciated being able to use some items the venue had like cake stands and easels for the welcome sign without an upcharge. We found that all of staff at Little America throughout the property (lobby, restaurant, etc.) were all very friendly and helpful as well.

They were great at making sure we had everything we needed and staying in touch. They made the day go so smooth and we’re there to help with anything needed. I would definitely recommend them for weddings! They took the time to also make sure our room was clean and fresh after the everyone got ready in the suite, so we could relax and enjoy as newly weds!

Veronica is absolutely amazing at her job. Her communication during the months before our wedding was prompt and thorough. I always felt like I knew exactly what was coming. If I ever had questions she made sure to respond in a timely manner. Then come the weekend of the wedding. She immediately put me at ease with her confidence, knowledge of the process, and willingness to do what was needed to make the day run smoothly. She was there every step of the way the day of our wedding. She made sure the reception room was perfect. She put extra shoes in the reception room for the mother of the groom. She even stood with me to have a meditative moment before I walked down the aisle. With Veronica by my side I felt taken care of and prepared for whatever came on the big day. I would highly recommend Little America and their coordinator Veronica to anyone considering having their wedding in Flagstaff!!!

Such a beautiful venue! I cannot say enough amazing things about Veronica. She was so sweet and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the wedding process and the day of. We had the fajita buffet and opted in for cheesecake and brownies - absolute hit with all our guests.The staff was phenomenal and quick to also resolve and concerns we had. Have already recommended this venue to a couple brides and will keep recommending ❤️

This venue was an absolute dream. Naturally beautiful, spacious, with an amazing staff, you will not regret getting married here. Stephanie and Victoria are superstar event managers who go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They have a great selection of delicious dinner menus, scrumptious desserts, and great alcohols. We could not be happier with their hosting our wedding!

Everything about this venue was perfect. Stephanie Goodman, the Event Manager, made sure every detail of the ceremony outside, to the reception in the Flagstaff room was covered. As the Mother of the Bride, the confidence I had in Stephanie and the Little America staff allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the whole event without worrying that something needed to be done. The comments from all our guests was "perfection". Highly recommend Little America Flagstaff for your wedding and reception. It was perfect!

Little America is an incredible venue. I’d hold another event here just to work with Stephanie again! Leading up to the event, Stephanie was transparent about details, easy to communicate with, and extremely flexible. Each part of our wedding was on time, the food was delicious (& the portions HUGE), and staff were professional. It’s also extremely convenient that the guests can stay on-site. 100% recommend!!!

Our wedding at Little America turned out to be everything that we wanted and more. Stephanie was a great asset throughout the wedding planning process and especially the day of the wedding. We would highly recommend choosing this venue to celebrate your special day!

Stephanie, the event coordinator at the hotel, was amazing! She helped us plan our dream wedding in Flagstaff, AZ. She was punctual, responsive, organized, and attentive during the entire process. We are so appreciative!

We could not recommend The Little America and especially Stephanie more. She was fantastic and helpful, approachable and honest, and she was a crucial part of making our day so amazing - we literally could not have pulled it off without her. She was supportive and gave us realistic timelines and options every step of the way. She made sure we had everything we needed through every step of planning and stayed cool and collected even during our stressful times. Seriously, HIGHLY recommend!

We chose Little America for our guests to stay at and the location for our rehearsal dinner. We were absolutely blown away with the services that were given to us. Stephanie was our event coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She was great at communicating with us and understanding exactly what we wanted and was very flexible. She made it so easy for guest to book rooms and helped us with specific accommodations that had to be made. Little America was so beautiful and it was the perfect place for our event!

This was only the second venue I saw and the first and last venue my husband saw. We fell in love with the landscape and background of the property. Our photographer and videographer were also so excited which made for amazing photos and video. Stephanie's personality sold us on booking our wedding here. Her warmth, yet professional disposition, lead us to believe that we could trust her with our big day. We were right! Most of our guests stayed 2 nights at the hotel as well and we all gathered in the bar area 2 nights in a row to hang out and chat and graze. We didn't plan on this originally, but everyone loved the ability to be close to their rooms but also enjoy everyone's company. The property is very clean and is not too quiet that it's eerie but not too loud that it's bothersome. When our baker forgot to delivered our cake, Stephanie magically made one appear. I couldn't be more grateful that we didn't miss out on that special moment and that's all because of her and the team. We also highly recommend Tanner with Groove Booking who DJs many weddings there. He was amazing! All in all we would hands down have our wedding here again and highly recommend it for people who are low key, low maintenance people.

While we did not choose Little America for our wedding, we were absolutely blown away on our tour! Stephanie Goodman, the wedding specialist was amazing, and so organized! The outdoor ceremony area was STUNNING and one of our favorites that we saw on our tours. If you choose Little America Flagstaff for your wedding, you will be in very good hands and will be very happy with what's included in the wedding package!

As the parents of the bride, your first wedding can be (or should I say “will be”) a near overwhelming experience. The level of detail required on every aspect of the wedding is the make or break of a smooth day or designed disaster. Working with Little America gave us the sense of confidence that relieved much of that wedding planning stress. How did Little America assist us? 1: Experience: Little America has been hosting weddings since their construction decades ago. They have the ballrooms, kitchens and staff to support a wedding. They were able to work with us on color choices for tables and center pieces. There is a bridal suite and rooms for the bridal parties to gather, dress and get organized. 2: Expertise: Little America has a wedding planner to assist on the hundreds of details required to pull off the smooth execution of the wedding. It’s their experience that guided us through how much food and staff was required for the wedding of our particular size. The wedding planner was there at the rehearsal to guide through the staging of the processions and how to move people to the reception. The wedding planner was there to meet with the musician and DJ for proper set up and sound check. And the wedding planner was there to make sure the reception was running smoothly. He checked in with us continuously to make sure that any detail we wanted addressed would be immediately addressed. 3: Communication: Fear of the unknown is the greatest reservation. We met with the wedding planner to cover all our needs and address how Little America would make sure the day would run smooth and meet all our expectations. It’s through a contract that the expectations of both parties are laid out. We clearly understood our obligations, and the established expectations of Little America. The addendums to the contract of itemized pricing gave us a great sense of trust that we knew the expenses ahead of us and would not be blindsided. 4: Follow-up: After the wedding day, we were contacted to make sure every went well and the final accounting of the bar tab. We were asked for our input as to the experience and our satisfaction. In conclusion, working with Little America on the wedding was an excellent experience. Their experience, expertise, communication and follow-up took a great level of stress of us and made for a wonderful weekend.

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Goodman on our wedding day at Little America. We were initially meant to have our wedding at Arizona Snowbowl, but unfortunately because of the fires, Snowbowl closed and we weren’t able to have it there anymore. Thankfully, Stephanie was able to get us into Little America on the same day, and she made sure that everything was just as it would have been at Snowbowl. She found out we would be having our wedding at Little America only 3 days beforehand, and she worked so hard to make sure that everything was as we wanted it. She was so flexible and willing to work with our requests without getting annoyed with us, and she put up with all of our indecisiveness at our rehearsal so kindly. Our wedding day ended up being amazing, and we’re so thankful to Stephanie for having such a big hand in making that happen. Little America as a venue is also so beautiful, and the food was great! We’d definitely recommend Little America for a wedding venue, and especially because you’ll be able to work with Stephanie!

We had our wedding here in July and it was great. The wedding coordinator that comes with the wedding package had a back up space ready in case of rain. Only problem I had was that they didn't have the ac on high enough in the reception room.

We had our wedding here at little america and the wedding coordinator was awful. You are required to use/pay for their wedding coordinator. She increased prices after we signed the contract and were getting close to the wedding date. She was very disrespectful and rude to me when I brought up any concerns that I had to the point of making me cry. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your wedding venue.

We chose the Little America Hotel for our wedding (ceremony and reception). The wedding turned out beautifully, but it wasn't as stress-free as we had hoped for. Brenda, the Wedding Coordinator, seemed confused, defensive, and/or vague when anyone asked her questions. As a bride, I want to worry about as little as possible, and I think Brenda might have forgotten that her job is to take the stress off of the bride. She seemed reluctant to do her job at times, and more than one person commented on how rude and clueless she was during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding itself. She arrived on-site less than two hours before the ceremony and left before the reception ended. Thank goodness I had so many family and friends to ensure everything went smoothly. Beautiful venue and location though! The hotel rooms are older, but nice. My husband and I stayed in the Forest View Honeymoon Suite the night of our wedding, and the view was breathtaking. It was a little pricey, and we probably would not have paid the money for this room had we not just gotten married.

It seemed to us that if a wedding venue wasn't ridiculously expensive it was either under appointed or we had a lot of questions about reliability of service and/or offerings. When we talked to Brenda at Little America our disillusion turned to excitement. Brenda put us at ease immediately and Little America had everything we needed as far as space, service and availability. If that had been all we would have been satisfied, but the food was incredible, the venue is beautiful and Brenda went the extra mile to make sure everything went perfect. The weather put the venue to test when a freak snow storm put the brakes on our outdoor ceremony. Brenda didn't miss a beat. The end to a perfect day included a honeymoon suite. I couldn't have asked for a better day snow and all.

We held our March 21, 2015 wedding ceremony and reception at the Little America in Flagstaff. It was beautiful! The setting is absolutely gorgeous, as are the ballrooms. The food (prime rib and Mediterranean chicken) was delicious! Brenda Naughton, the onsite event coordinator, is fantastic. She was exceptionally well organized and helped our wedding go off without a hitch! She worked with us to be sure we could serve the special beer we wanted. She even upgraded our honeymoon suite and surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. The wedding could not have been better or run more smoothly- thank you, Brenda, and all the other wonderful staff at Little America!
