We found that all of staff at Little America throughout the property (lobby, restaurant, etc.) were all very friendly and helpful as well.

She was there every step of the way the day of our wedding. She made sure the reception room was perfect. She put extra shoes in the reception room for the mother of the groom. She even stood with me to have a meditative moment before I walked down the aisle. With Veronica by my side I felt taken care of and prepared for whatever came on the big day. I would highly recommend Little America and their coordinator Veronica to anyone considering having their wedding in Flagstaff!!!

the day of. We had the fajita buffet and opted in for cheesecake and brownies - absolute hit with all our guests.The staff was phenomenal and quick to also resolve and concerns we had. Have already recommended this venue to a couple brides and will keep recommending ❤️

ur event coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She was great at communicating with us and understanding exactly what we wanted and was very flexible. She made it so easy for guest to book rooms and helped us with specific accommodations that had to be made. Little America was so beautiful and it was the perfect place for our event!

er were also so excited which made for amazing photos and video. Stephanie's personality sold us on booking our wedding here. Her warmth, yet professional disposition, lead us to believe that we could trust her with our big day. We were right! Most of our guests stayed 2 nights at the hotel as well and we all gathered in the bar area 2 nights in a row to hang out and chat and graze. We didn't plan on this originally, but everyone loved the ability to be close to their rooms but also enjoy everyone's company. The property is very clean and is not too quiet that it's eerie but not too loud that it's bothersome. When our baker forgot to delivered our cake, Stephanie magically made one appear. I couldn't be more grateful that we didn't miss out on that special moment and that's all because of her and the team. We also highly recommend Tanner with Groove Booking who DJs many weddings there. He was amazing! All in all we would hands down have our wedding here again and highly recommend it for people who are low key, low maintenance people.

the make or break of a smooth day or designed disaster. Working with Little America gave us the sense of confidence that relieved much of that wedding planning stress. How did Little America assist us? 1: Experience: Little America has been hosting weddings since their construction decades ago. They have the ballrooms, kitchens and staff to support a wedding. They were able to work with us on color choices for tables and center pieces. There is a bridal suite and rooms for the bridal parties to gather, dress and get organized. 2: Expertise: Little America has a wedding planner to assist on the hundreds of details required to pull off the smooth execution of the wedding. It’s their experience that guided us through how much food and staff was required for the wedding of our particular size. The wedding planner was there at the rehearsal to guide through the staging of the processions and how to move people to the reception. The wedding planner was there to meet with the musician and DJ for proper set up and sound check. And the wedding planner was there to make sure the reception was running smoothly. He checked in with us continuously to make sure that any detail we wanted addressed would be immediately addressed. 3: Communication: Fear of the unknown is the greatest reservation. We met with the wedding planner to cover all our needs and address how Little America would make sure the day would run smooth and meet all our expectations. It’s through a contract that the expectations of both parties are laid out. We clearly understood our obligations, and the established expectations of Little America. The addendums to the contract of itemized pricing gave us a great sense of trust that we knew the expenses ahead of us and would not be blindsided. 4: Follow-up: After the wedding day, we were contacted to make sure every went well and the final accounting of the bar tab. We were asked for our input as to the experience and our satisfaction. In conclusion, working with Little America on the wedding was an excellent experience. Their experience, expertise, communication and follow-up took a great level of stress of us and made for a wonderful weekend.

se of the fires, Snowbowl closed and we weren’t able to have it there anymore. Thankfully, Stephanie was able to get us into Little America on the same day, and she made sure that everything was just as it would have been at Snowbowl. She found out we would be having our wedding at Little America only 3 days beforehand, and she worked so hard to make sure that everything was as we wanted it. She was so flexible and willing to work with our requests without getting annoyed with us, and she put up with all of our indecisiveness at our rehearsal so kindly. Our wedding day ended up being amazing, and we’re so thankful to Stephanie for having such a big hand in making that happen. Little America as a venue is also so beautiful, and the food was great! We’d definitely recommend Little America for a wedding venue, and especially because you’ll be able to work with Stephanie!

g Coordinator, seemed confused, defensive, and/or vague when anyone asked her questions. As a bride, I want to worry about as little as possible, and I think Brenda might have forgotten that her job is to take the stress off of the bride. She seemed reluctant to do her job at times, and more than one person commented on how rude and clueless she was during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding itself. She arrived on-site less than two hours before the ceremony and left before the reception ended. Thank goodness I had so many family and friends to ensure everything went smoothly. Beautiful venue and location though! The hotel rooms are older, but nice. My husband and I stayed in the Forest View Honeymoon Suite the night of our wedding, and the view was breathtaking. It was a little pricey, and we probably would not have paid the money for this room had we not just gotten married.

n we talked to Brenda at Little America our disillusion turned to excitement. Brenda put us at ease immediately and Little America had everything we needed as far as space, service and availability. If that had been all we would have been satisfied, but the food was incredible, the venue is beautiful and Brenda went the extra mile to make sure everything went perfect. The weather put the venue to test when a freak snow storm put the brakes on our outdoor ceremony. Brenda didn't miss a beat. The end to a perfect day included a honeymoon suite. I couldn't have asked for a better day snow and all.

She worked with us to be sure we could serve the special beer we wanted. She even upgraded our honeymoon suite and surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. The wedding could not have been better or run more smoothly- thank you, Brenda, and all the other wonderful staff at Little America!
