As a graduate of Oregon Culinary Institute and veteran baker and pastry chef of 20 years, post covid I decided to follow my passion and combine art with my love of baking. I draw inspiration from architecture, nature, classical art and fashion. I enjoy learning new techniques and using many different mediums, often mixing mediums on one piece. I enjoy working with couples and personalizing each item whether a cake or dessert table to help tell their story and make their day even more spectacular.

This wedding cake was truly a work of art!!!! Amanda at Little Banana Bakery was hired for my daughter's wedding day at the Allision Inn and Spa. The wedding cake and the incredible sugar flowers were stunning and completed the entire look for the ballroom. The cake was the center of attraction in the middle of the dance floor! The cake was just as delicious….and don't tell but I ate 2 left over slices on my long drive home the next day. Amanda was so wonderful to work with, such a kind and nice person in addition to all of her talent. She created cake drawings from the overall wedding inspiration that my daughter gave to her and we were so impressed with her vision of how the cake would look. And then when we saw the cake in person….that was spectacular. Very impactful and made a statement. We were so lucky to find Amanda at Little Banana Bakery, thank you again Amanda, wish you all the best!!

Amanda at Little Banana Bakery was a dream to work with!! A couple months prior to our wedding, we decided to get a full wedding cake and turned to the Knot for someone local. We loved the image of the pink and green cake, and so we hired Amanda to create something similar for our wedding as it matched our color scheme! Amanda was incredible kind and responsiveness throughout it all. She delivered an absolutely beautiful cake that was completely picturesque and above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for! Her attention to detail with the design and ornate edible flowers was extremely impressive- guests couldn’t stop ooh’ing and ahh’ing about it all, with several comments saying it was the most impressive cake they had ever seen! The cake was very moist and delicious as well. My husband isn’t normally a big cake fan but was obsessed with the lemon velvet and blueberry compote cake she made us!! We loved working with her and would highly recommend Amanda.

OMG OMG! Little Banana Bakery was out of this world amazing! Amanda provided incredible free tastings of 4 cakes in a sweet box we picked up from her bakery. We met twice to design our vision for a garden themed wedding cake based on a photo we saw online (prior work of hers) and she went above and beyond to make the vision come true. The cake tasted incredible as well!

Amanda (Little Banana Bakery), was an absolute dream to work with. It was a pleasure getting to spend time with her, and it is clear she cares deeply about her clients and puts everything into her craft. She created magnificent Panna Cotta in 3 different flavor combinations we came up with together-- taking into account our favorite flavors, local ingredients, and her expert advice. She truly helped make our wedding special! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Amanda was very sweet & responsive. She did exactly what we wanted for our wedding cake! It turned out beautiful and it tasted even better! We did a 4 tier cake with four different flavors, they were all delicious but the carrot cake was amazing! I recommend Little Banana Bakery & definitely will be ordering again. Thank you Amanda♥️😊

My husband and I planned our wedding in 6 weeks. Amanda was great to work with especially on such short notice. Our cake was everything I envisioned and tasted even better! The cake was still tasting fresh five days later. We will be contacting Amanda to make cakes for future occasions!
