Sharon was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
From the beginning, she was incredibly professional, organized, and detail-...
oriented. She consistently thought of little details and questions that never would have crossed my mind, which gave me so much confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks.
One thing I especially appreciated was how effective she was in helping us navigate vendor relationships. For example, we had one invoice that didn't match what we expected based on our contracts, Sharon stepped in and helped us communicate with the vendor and got everything sorted out.
Once we reached the month of the wedding, Sharon took over communication with all of our vendors, which was SO helpful. We were bogged down with a million things, so having her support in those weeks leading up to it was a lifesaver.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly and on time. We never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes because Sharon had everything under control. She also went above and beyond helping with our DIY elements and making sure we were running on time.
If you're on the fence about hiring a month-of coordinator, do it! And if you're looking for one, hire Sharon!! She made the entire experience less stressful, more organized, and much more enjoyable.

k the overwhelming task of wedding planning and broke it down into manageable, bite-sized pieces, keeping us on track without ever making us feel rushed or stressed.
Sharon truly took the time to understand our vision and worked at a pace that felt right for us. Every document, timeline, and planning resource she provided was comprehensive and easy to follow, giving us complete confidence that nothing was being overlooked.
By the time our wedding day arrived, everything had been seamlessly handed off and taken care of, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. The day itself was absolutely immaculate—we genuinely could not have imagined it going any more perfectly.
Sharon's professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. We are so grateful for her support throughout the entire process and cannot imagine having planned our wedding with anyone else. If you're looking for a coordinator who will make your wedding planning experience enjoyable and stress-free, Sharon is the one. 100% recommend!

municative, experienced with the nuances of weddings, all while being kind and easygoing.
The moment she stepped into our wedding planning process, we were able to relax as she immediately took the lead on communication and coordination with each of our vendors. She organized weekly meetings to ensure that every detail was sorted out prior to the big day, and kept us on track during a very busy time.
On the actual day, Sharon was on point on EVERYTHING for our 65 person wedding, and the event was flawless. We were able to really enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and each other, as we knew everything was so well taken care of. Thank you so much Sharon!!!
Sharon is a DREAM! We found her to help with day-of-coordination for our wedding day and I am so glad we did, we could not have pulled off the flawless day without her. She is the ...

ck everything and build our timeline. On the day everything stayed on track and on time thanks to her, and she was always there to help if anything was amiss. All night we kept saying "wow, can you imagine how stressed we would be right now without Sharon?" We couldn't have done it without her!
Where to even begin. From our first meeting to the day of our wedding, Sharon truly stepped up in her role as our month of/day of coordinator. She is extremely organized and great ...
with communication. She took lead on communication with all our vendors once the month of came and made sure all aspects of the wedding services were ready for the big day. Her expertise definitely came in handy because there were so many things she addressed that I wouldn't have even thought of! Sharon handled the day of the wedding such with grace and was able to work around any hiccups during the day. She made sure the day ran smoothly and on time. I was truly able to just be in the moment and enjoy my day with my husband while leaving the logistics of the day to Sharon. Definitely could not have done this without her! Everyone should consider hiring a coordinator and I would 100% recommend Sharon and her services!

I am SO glad we hired Sharon as our month-of coordinator. We were required to have a month-of coordinator by our venue (Malibou Lake Lodge), but I highly recommend this option to a...
nyone who is planning a wedding because a day-of coordinator just simply won't have enough time to really know all the small details. Sharon is extremely organized, easy to work with, very responsive, and overall a lovely person. Even though I didn't hire her for full event planning, she was able to give me lots of helpful templates and to-do lists ahead of time that helped me stay organized. She also had a pre-organized Google drive so I could easily drop vendor contracts and other paperwork as I went along. As we got closer to the event, we had weekly meetings via zoom where we would discuss smaller details. She was able to take over coordinating with the vendors, making sure that the day-of schedule worked for everyone. She helped run the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew their positions and timing. On the actual wedding day, SHARON WAS THE MVP. Not only did Sharon completely take over the schedule and coordination, she also managed to navigate family drama so that I could completely enjoy the day. Sharon's prices are also incredibly reasonable and I feel so lucky that we found her. HIRE SHARON. SHE IS THE BEST.

We are so grateful that we found Sharon because she kept us calm and helped keep us on track to make sure we were able to have the wedding we envisioned. Thank you Sharon (and Jade, her assistant) for handling all the heavy lifting and everything behind the scenes to give us the day we planned so long together for!

cess. I'd book her again!
From the very beginning Sharon was very responsive, detailed oriented, and had a wonderful personality! She's patient, calm, and had an answer for every question we had about wedding planning.
We had a few hhiccups alongthe way like changing DJs the week of the wedding and Sharon handled it with grace and poise. Sharon was also great help in designing the timeline and coordinating transportation. There are so many moving parts to a wedding and Sharon was able to handle them all without us (which is what we wanted in a coordinator).
On rehearsal day and the wedding day, Sharon coordinated with every vendor and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. She was the best wedding coordinator I could have asked her and more (:
Sharon was a blessing for our wedding. We hired her for the full-service. Being far away from LA, we had no idea where to start. She is calm, responsible, and quick to respond. She...
is very detail-oriented and clear in her information. How can you not want someone like that to plan your wedding?
We remember receiving the venue information soon after our first call. We were surprised how quickly she got all the information together. Despite our time difference from the East Coast, she accommodated us well with our weekly meeting. She always stayed on top of everything and kept us on track.
She did a great job guiding us through all the decisions with her professional suggestions.
Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted. She took care of any sudden changes and problems on the day-of. We didn't need to worry about anything because she was our wedding planner. She is trilingual and was capable of handling our multicultural guests and settings. We had a memorable day and would never regret having her as our wedding planner which became our friend now.
Just hired Sharon after meeting her in person. So excited to work with her.
