Little Trúc is a wedding catering company and restaurant based in Easthampton, Massachusetts. Whether your event is big, small, casual, fancy-schmancy, or even a wedding (congrats, btw!), we work directly alongside you to curate the perfect menu and format to fit your needs. All of the food we cook is made by our hands, in small batches, with fresh ingredients & without shortcuts. We support and rely on our local farms and food producers that supply us with the high quality (and sometimes hard to find) produce & dry goods that we use to respectfully cook the food we cook. Serving a rotating menu of Southeast Asian-inspired fare, we are passionate about what we do and proud to provide a meal you'll never forget on a day you'll always remember.

We had a small (55 person) very DIY wedding in Western MA. The only vendor we planned to hire was a caterer, so we really...
wanted to make sure the food was memorable. We looked around at caterers that our venue recommended, but by the time we got to planning, people were either booked, or their menus were meh, or they had some red-flag reviews. We found Little Truc right as we felt like we were exhausting all our options, but honestly I think they would have been our first choice even if we had our pick of every caterer in Western MA.
Communication leading up to the event was easy. We set up a few calls with them to talk about the vision for the wedding and plan the menu. Since the wedding itself was very DIY, I left my best friend in charge of getting the team situated when they arrived at the venue. So from my vantage point, this beautiful spread of food just kind of materialized out of thin air, with zero interruptions to the ceremony or any activity that was happening during the reception. They brought their own serving table, chaffing dishes, linens, and serving dishes, and it should be noted that everything looked really tasteful and beautiful (I appreciated the pretty ceramics and the elegant way the sides were plated!) The service was seamless and excellent. Kat and her crew are true professionals.
As for the food...wow. Best chicken adobo I've had in my life. Every side was amazing (still dreaming about the roasted eggplant, and the tomato and mint salad with crispy shallots). By nature of the cuisine, there were a lot of great vegan and gluten free options to choose from as we put together our menu (pretty much everything except the chicken was V and GF and tasted absolutely amazing). The seasonal produce really brought it home. It was a memorable feast.
We got a lot of "best food I've ever had at any wedding hands-down" comments from our guests. A lot of event catering is pretty mid, but not Little Truc. If good food is a priority for your wedding, go with these guys.

ple with every dietary restriction under the sun, and everyone was happy! They also handled the torrential downpour like champs. We would absolutely hire them again and again.
