My background is in photojournalism. I've worked on staff as a photographer at four different newspapers and have freelanced for publications like the New York Times, Washington Post and ProPublica.
As a wedding photographer, I am a documentarian and I approach every wedding with the goal of creating images that feel intimate and genuine. I’m drawn to the quiet in-between moments—the glances, gestures, and emotions that often go unnoticed or unanticipated. My work is less about staging and more about seeing, so that when you look back at your photographs, you not only remember how everything looked, but how it truly felt.
