Everyone was so nice there! They helped me get in and out of the dresses unlike other stores. When I went into buy the dress since it was off the rack one of the stylist took the time out to let me try my dress on again. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This place is so cute and has some of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. Emma was fantastic to work with. She really listened to me and was able to find multiple dresses I fell in love with it. The whole experience was super fun and she made me very comfortable too. The dresses were also in bigger sizes which helped actually seeing how dresses will fit on curvy women.

Visited here today and was very impressed at first and was excited to try dresses on. What was supposed to be a 1.5 hr appointment ended up being 30 mins. The lady who helped me seemed like she was disinterested and didn’t allow me to try various types of dresses. Made suggestions for what I wanted but was told they don’t have anything like that. I think I was the last appointment for the day so she put no effort into helping me find the dress. If she did…she would have had me try different types of dresses. 30 mins later…I was heading back home. I spent more time driving there than I did actually trying dresses on. Just super disappointing experience

Highly recommend! They made finding the perfect dress SO easy. Their selection was amazing, and the service was very well trained. The in-house alterations were a breeze, if slightly more expensive than they lead you to believe at first. But she was able to make my vision come to life, and that was worth every penny!

I didn’t get my dress here but had to leave a review for how amazing Olivia was! She loaned in a dress for me and also took the time for an appointment and follow up. Unlike other stores, the complimentary champagne was really nice and she didn’t pressure me at all. The store is beautiful and she was also flexible in letting me try on multiple dresses (it was my first time so I was all over the place figuring out what I liked) and take photos - thank you so much Olivia!!

While I did not end up purchasing my dress from here, I had to leave a review about the service I received. Olivia provided such amazing service and had the most comforting and professional personality! I was pressed for time in purchasing a wedding dress and Olivia was more then willing to work around my schedule and squeeze me in for multiple visits to ensure I had plenty of opportunities in picking the right dress. I strongly recommend this bridal boutique and staff and I have no doubt they will help you find your dream dress!

We didn't up going with a dress from here, but Taylor was fantastic. She did a great job of listening to what I loved and didn't like quite as much, providing options that merged everything she listened to.

This place was fantastic! Taylor helped me find the dress of my dreams. Everyone there is very friendly and you are taken care of as soon as you walk in. I believe they only take appointments and every time I went I was either the only bride in there or there was one other. Beautiful store, great selection of dresses. Before you have your appointment you can send pic/item numbers of the dresses you liked on their site and they can pull them for you if they have them. This was the only dress store I went to in my search because there was simply no need to go anywhere else!

BEAUTIFUL SELECTION and very professional and fun people! The entire experience in the store, showing the girl my style, and what I had tried on made it difficult to choose, they have beautiful dresses! Fantastic customer service experience, stunning store, coffee and water served to me and my mom and bridesmaids. We had a tiny slip up when I came in to try my dress on and they accidentally misplaced my dress in someone else’s bag and switched them. I was freaking out as I flew in town specifically for this. The girl made me feel calm and not to worry at all and it was all figured out. Tiny human mistake. I highly recommend Olivia and her store/team to all brides!!!

At first it was such an amazing experience. They made looking for a dress fun and enjoyable. The girls were so nice and accommodating. I never felt rushed nor did I feel judged and they were nice to my guests. After I bought my dress and started alterations the first 2 went smoothly. My third alteration I showed up and my dress was not there. They had made a mistake when they scheduled me. It was a little inconvenient since I had already scheduled my day around the fitting and drove all the way out there and my mom drove in from New Braunfels. But mistakes happen and they rescheduled me at MY convenience which I appreciated. Next fitting everything was good. Then I came in for my final fitting and no one was at the store. It was closed! I called and left the owner a message and apparently they accidentally scheduled for the next month which was after my wedding. So once again I drove out there for nothing. I was very disappointed that after the first scheduling error they weren't more careful.

From the moment I called Liv & Love Bridal I felt extremely cared for! The first dress fitting was nothing short of amazing experience and the ladies at Liv & Love Bridal were so incredibly helpful and were so great at communicating when my dress was ordered/shipped/received. The alterations lady at Liv & Love Bridal was equally as AMAZING as the rest of the staff. She made sure my dress fit me PERFECTLY all while still thinking of the little things like making sure I could comfortably sit in the dress as well as dance in it! :) I would recommend to any bride to go to this amazing salon!

Had an amazing time! This was my first place and the owner Olivia was fantastic. She helped me and have ALOT of patience, especially because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. She had pulled all my choices before hand and allowed for me to look around as well. I did not feel pressured to buy a dress like I did at other places. I went back and bought my dress here.

I am a Texas native, although I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona, and just had a wedding. During wedding planning, I had been wedding dress shopping locally, but I was just not finding “the one”. My cousin, told me about a place in San Antonio, Tx called Liv & Love Bridal, and she raved about the shop’s owner, Olivia! I took my aunts and cousins dress shopping at this shop, and we had a blast. We were treated with champagne, and it was an overall positive experience! I ended up saying “Yes” to the dress that day, and it was such a relief! Everyone at my wedding was super impressed with my dress choice, and the whole wedding day was just magical! I would highly recommend this shop!!

Working with Liv & Love was my favorite part of the wedding planning experience! Olivia was so personable and warm, she made the dress buying experience pleasant. I'm unsure of the lady who did my alterations but she was amazing as well! I absolutely recommend this bridal salon!

I had an appointment at Liv and Love Bridal yesterday and I literally had the best experience! Seven of my close friends and family members attended the appointment with me and it was not an issue at all. I know some bridal stores limit the amount of guests you can bring with you. This meant so much to me to have my close friends and family members with me while shopping for my dream dress. There is a certain dress I came across online that I’ve been in love with since the day I got engaged and luckily they had the exact dress at Liv and Love Bridal. I got a little too excited and tried this dress on first, and I immediately feel in love with it 😍 I continued to try on more dresses but I just knew the first dress I tried on was THE dress! The staff at Liv and Love was super kind, I never felt rushed. The dressing rooms are ridiculously huge which is even better! The store is absolutely beautiful! I was very particular on the kind of dresses I wanted to try on and they had a good selection of dresses for me to choose from. I had a certain idea in my head in how I would feel when I went wedding dress shopping and my experience at Liv and Love Bridal FAR exceeded my expectations!!! Everything went perfect and I said YES to the DRESS! 💕 I even got to meet the the seamstress during my appointment and she made me feel so at ease about the kind of alterations my dress would need. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew my dress would be in good hands regarding alterations. I definitely recommend Liv and Love Bridal.

Olivia and the whole team at Liv and Love Bridal were amazing! So sweet and welcoming. They listened to what I was looking for in a dress and knew exactly which dresses to pull and have me try on. Best service I could have ever asked for. I cannot brag enough about how comfortable and awesome my bridal expert made me feel. She helped me find my dream dress today and since I bought my dress on national bridal day sale, they were even able to give me a little discount. Go here first!!! Half of the fun in finding your dress is in the experience you have at the bridal boutique. The two ladies we worked with were Alice and Olivia, the owner. Both went above and beyond to help us and were able to tell exactly what kind of dresses to show me based on some pictures I brought in. They were also very patient and respected everyone in my group's opinion. Since I am from out of town, the owner also made time for me to come back in on short notice to see the dress one more time before my flight. The store decor/layout and comfortable seating for my family were also a huge plus. Thank you!

I was so excited for my appointment because the store looked (and is indeed) gorgeous! Once I got there, the girl in th front said Olivia (the owner, I believe) was finishing up with another appointment and would be out shortly. She wasn't friendly but not rude. Well, I felt that after my budget was discussed ($1500 before taxes and everything) Olivia never came. She never introduced herself or said anything to me. The girl that pulled a couple (literally) dresses for me checked on me once or twice but my sister was the one that helped me with the dresses. I told the girl I was normally a 14 in bridal gowns but she kept bringing 10s. There were a very minuscule amount of size 14 dresses. The two I tried were beautiful but not my style. Overall, I left very discouraged and put off by the way I was kind of brushed over because of (what I believe) my size and budget. If you are under a size 8 in life and have a budget over $2000, this is a gorgeous store and who knows, maybe that's the way they like to keep their clientele. It's just too bad because had I found something I loved that I could actually try on and had someone who seemed to care about my business, I totally would've gone over my budget.

Liv & Love Bridal was the best experience one could ever ask for as a bride. Our appointment was with Olivia, the owner. Immediately she made us feel comfortable and welcomed us with mimosas (bonus!) She was so sweet to me and my family and honestly felt like a long lost friend! This was my first appointment trying on dresses and I am so glad! Her salon has an amazing selection of designers and styles and she gives great feedback and honest opinions which is so great. I truly felt like it wasn't about the sale, it was about making us feel "at home" and comfortable. The salon is gorgeous and I could go on and on. If you're getting married in the area, make an appointment here! I tried on dresses on a Saturday and booked another appointment on the following Tuesday to try on my favorite dresses again. I ordered and couldn't be happier with the La Sposa bridal gown I chose!

Not from San Antonio, but went to a few bridal shops in the area this was BY FAR the nicest!

I couldn't say enough about this boutique! They have very budget friendly dresses that are breath taking, we had an appointment at 1pm got there a few minutes early and were helped right away. She picked out some dresses and let me pick some too, let's just say I tried on about 7/13 dresses I picked out lol till I found the one my first time trying on dresses, they even helped pick out an over skirt to make my dress a one of a kind! I had no idea what style color or fabric I wanted they help me out so much we drank champagne, they made me feel beautiful and do not pressure you to pick or buy quickly I just knew when I put the dress on (: They make you feel very comfortable their dresses are in great condition no stains or anything. They won't pick anything out of your budget so you don't fall in love with a dress you can't afford, let's just say I can't wait to go put my dress on again!

Our experience was fantastic! The store is gorgeous! My appointment was with the owner Olivia. She was extremely sweet and knowledgeable about each dress and designer. She offered the right amount of honest guidance about the dresses without being opinionated, so I always felt beautiful and never felt like she was trying to upsell me. I did decide to purchase my dress from her store, and the greatest part since then has been her communication. I had a question about the dress that required her to contact the designer, so she promised to do so and give me a call later. I thought "later" might be within a day or two, but she called me back within 20 minutes with the answer! Awesome customer service!

I know every review on here has been amazing but every word you read is true. Olivia is the most amazing helper! I ended up going here as my first time and leaving with THE dress. They have so many beautiful dresses of different styles and make sure you get exactly what you want. I recommend this to anyone out there. Thank you for all of your help 💙

Great service, ability to shop around yourself to see the dresses you like. All of the prices are visible on the gown and the customer service and experience was AMAZING!! They take the extra time to make sure the dress is clipped properly so you can get a good idea of what it will look like.

I loved loved this store! It was a blast here, the dresses are amazing and Olivia is so laid back and makes you feel more at ease. The store is bright and cheerful and beautifully designed and makes you feel at home. It's the perfect wedding dress experience!!!
