Kristine and her team are wonderful to work with. Kristine is very organized, transparent, and answers emails and messages timely. We had Stephanie and Amanda for hair, and Kim for makeup and they were on time, super up beat and positive, and did an amazing job. We had a group of 8 that needed hair and makeup and we were ready and done with plenty of time. Hair and makeup looked great even after 10 hrs. If you are in the Ventura county or SB county area you will be in good hands with this team.

I’ve been so fortunate over the years to have met and worked with some amazingly talented hair stylists and makeup artists in this industry and have learned so much from them all. My main goal when building my team, was to find professionals who are not only talented and experienced, but who also know how to have FUN! Our team caters to all groups, large or small. We want to help you make memories and we are so excited to be a part of your special day!

d my mom for my big day, and I saw they had great reviews. Communication was excellent; my bridal trial went really well; Melina was so sweet and professional and really talented; she also took pictures and notes to make sure that on the day of my wedding they had the same products and materials on hand that day. My trial was immediately followed up by communication with Kristine asking about my experience and any changes I wanted to make before my wedding day. Kristine also made sure to check in weeks before my wedding confirming numbers in the party hadn't changed, timing, location, and provided me with a schedule which was great to give my bridesmaids. About a week prior to my wedding there was a schedule change and Kristine herself stepped in to make there were enough stylists for my bridal party! Her team was early to the location, their timing was so efficient especially with 9 people getting hair and makeup all with a mix of hair styles. They did such an amazing job-- professional, talented, AND FUN. My bridal party and I had the best experience, and I cannot recommend LIV Studios enough! Also their pricing was was competitive for the area and absolutely worth it!

and how well we all photographed! From the very beginning with our bridal trial, we knew we were in great hands. The entire team at LIV Studios was so kind, warm, and talented from scheduling to making our beauty ideas a reality! We were very impressed with their work on our mothers as well - both moms are 60 and not used to getting full glam for events. Our team made them feel comfortable and beautiful while still looking like themselves and looking age appropriate with a little extra glam. We had very specific hair ideas as well: Princess style half up half down for my bride and old Hollywood glam with a vintage hair pin for me. he trial and the actual event, and I felt like I was just spending time with another friend. She listened to my requests and absolutely nailed my hair and makeup. Most of the time I feel that makeup is often overdone for the bridal party, but I can happily say this was not the case for our wedding. Most of my bridesmaids don't often wear makeup, and not a single person looked overdone or out of character, but rather just elevated versions of themselves. I was very pleased with the professionalism, patience, and hospitality that I felt from the team, and I absolutely recommend using them for your special day!

she also did my mother's makeup and the makeup of the grooms mom. My mom has alopecia (no hair or eyebrows) and never wears makeup, and she was nervous about getting professional makeup. Melina was patient and kind and worked with what she wanted, and put eyelashes on her that stayed all night. It was the first time my mom had eyelashes in 30 years, I could tell she felt beautiful. Maricela did my 3 bridesmaids makeup and they all looked stunning! We all got fully glammed up and we all felt so beautiful all night.

thing and how your team took care of me and my bridesmaids. For you ladies thinking of hiring LIV Studios, I would recommend to anyone. I recommend doing a hair and makeup mock trial to see if you can change any hair or makeup for the day of your wedding. I am so glad I did because I was able to see how beautiful my hair and makeup was going to look for the day of. I seriously was so obsessed with how everything turned out and had no complaints. Melina you did such an amazing job everyone was obsessed with my look and I am so grateful for everything. I will be returning to you in the future. Thank you all again!

as looking for. She was very warm and friendly and provided clear information on pricing and expectations. I was having a very small and low key city hall wedding, so I didn't put much time and effort into planning -- hair and make up included. I didn't schedule a trial run and had only sent Kristine a few inspo photos. The artist was still able to capture my desired look (soft and natural, still looking like myself) perfectly. She was lovely to work with -- calm, kind, professional. I had placed inquiries with other Santa Barbara hair and make up artists, who had exorbitant prices, questionable reviews, or didn't respond at all. I'm really glad I went with LIV Studios. It was a seamless and stress-free experience.
