The execution on the wedding day was absolutely flawless. The reception room reveal completely overwhelmed me and I could not believe the vision that Liva brought to life. Her attention to detail is unmatched, she has excellent taste, and she cares about personalizing events to the couple more than anything. It will not be a cookie cutter wedding with Liva & Co., it will be a once in a lifetime event that you, your spouse, and your friends & family will never forget. Our wedding day felt completely unique to us, filled with love, and beyond special. I can not rate Liva & Co high enough. From our initial interview to the very last minute of the reception Liva and Co exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail is bar none. They were able to see the brides vision and make it a reality while keeping exactly to our budget. My only regret is that we do not have another event to plan with this great team.

Hiii! My name is Cassie and I was an October 2023 bride. If you’re up in the air about hiring a wedding planner, I hope this review helps you understand just how important they are and why hiring Liva & Co. will be the absolute best decision you make when it comes to your wedding (besides saying ‘yes’ of course!) I’ll just start here, my wedding would not have happened if I never hired Liva. Point blank. Unfortunately 2023 threw some really nasty curveballs my way when it came to my family life, and I was fully prepared to call off a day my fiancé and I had anticipated forever after being together for 12 years. But Liva being the freaking miracle worker that she is, reeled me back in and helped me understand that I still deserved to celebrate with the love of my life. Her calming presence and incredible knowledge made any decision we made so, so easy. With all that being said, here are some examples of just how amazing Liva really is! For starters, she is incredibly organized. From every vendor email I forwarded her (sometimes at 1am), to every receipt I sent, she was able to call it all up at the snap of a finger. She also made finding and coordinating with vendors seamless as she took it upon herself to be their main point of contact. Now when it comes to details, here’s an example that really stood out to my fiancé and I. A few weeks before the wedding day, Liva asked if there was a certain drink and appetizers we would like her to put to the side for us when we arrived to our reception space while cocktail hour was underway for our guests. We told her tequila sodas and some appetizers would be amazing. Fast forward to the wedding day, after taking countless pictures outside and under the Las Vegas sun, when we arrived to our reception space there was Liva with tequila sodas and appetizers in hand!!! It was such a small detail but the fact that she remembered really stood out to us. I could go on and on about how amazing Liva is, but I think the point that really matters is that she’s not only going to do her job at a high-level, she’s going to make sure you’re happy and comfortable every step of the way. Liva left a lasting impression on not only us, but our guests as well. Multiple people came up to us after the wedding and told us that Liva and her team were extremely polite, professional and attentive. I promise you will not regret including Liva in your wedding planning process!!

We absolutely love Liva! She is so accommodating and detail-oriented. My fiance and I's schedule has been crazy this last year with a couple of moves and job schedule changes and Liva puts us at ease every time we meet with her. It almost feels like she knows what you're thinking. I was having a hard time describing what I wanted our wedding to look like and she got it right away and put a design deck together that was even better than I could have imagined. I feel so lucky that she will be with us on the wedding day as she is an amazing planner and friend!

Liva was absolutely wonderful to work with for our engagement party! Her attention to detail is amazing. She was able to put together a beautiful event for us within in a very short time frame. Liva planned an event for us where over 100 people attended and she truly did an incredible job in coordinating all of the moving parts that led to an unforgettable night. Everyone associated with Liva and Co. were very professional and made it a priority to ensure that every detail was tailored to our specific wants. Liva met with us many times leading up to the event to make continuous improvements and was always personal. Communication and transparency are a few of Liva's strength's as we never felt out of the loop or that she did not have time for us. I would strongly recommend hiring Liva and Co. to plan any wedding or other large event that you might have because it will make the entire wedding/event process less stressful and even less expensive.
