Working with Lisa was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Ours was a two-day Indian + Scottish-American fusion celebration, and Lisa not only had experience with mult...
icultural events — she made the entire process feel seamless. She was reliable, thoughtful, and incredibly dedicated from day one. She truly went out of her way for every detail, treated our budget like her own, and always made sure we were heard.
She brought so many great ideas to the table and was endlessly resourceful — from vendor coordination to setup to logistics, she made everything flow. Lisa has deep relationships in the Central Coast wedding industry, which meant she always knew exactly who to call and how to get things done quickly and gracefully.
What really stood out was how personally she took the entire process — it genuinely felt like she was planning a wedding for someone in her own family. And in many ways, she did: her husband Scott was our DJ (and just as proactive and committed), and even her daughter and son stepped in throughout the weekend to help. It was truly a family effort, and we felt so supported every step of the way. You could tell they really cared.
Lisa made us feel like we were in the best hands, and the entire weekend ran smoothly because of her team. We can’t recommend Lisa enough. I’m honestly going to miss working with her!
We wanted to thank Lisa for all of her tireless work to make our wedding week incredibly special! We hired Lisa several months before our wedding as a coordinator/planner. Most wed...
ding coordinators and planners have a set number of hours or a schedule they adhere to when working with clients. Not Lisa! She was available any time of the day or night to talk through ideas, plan logistics, or meet vendors! This was one of the first Indian weddings and although there was lot to learn about cultural requirements to the wedding, she stepped up to the tall task and delivered with incredible hard work! Thank you so much Lisa! We would recommend you to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator who takes action and shows she’s truly invested in making your wedding as special as it can be!
This is a long overdue review. Hiring Lisa for our June 2021 wedding was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. From the beginning lisa was able to provide direction to a varie...
ty of amazing vendors for our wedding. She was organized and communicative from the beginning. She had a ton of decor for couples to use at the wedding so you end up saving a ton on odds and ends. The week of our wedding our family kept asking what they could do to help and we were able to say “relax”. Lisa literally took care of it all including the day of the wedding. Due to covid we had to plan for a backup location and lisa came up with a game plan for us for that as well. I cannot recommend her enough and tell everyone getting married on the central coast to contact her. She was our wedding day angel!

facilitated our planning and the day of seamlessly. Her team was amazing at the wedding and kept me calm and having fun! My partner and I actually got to enjoy our entire wedding without any worries thanks to Lisa. We also had the pleasure of hiring her husband Scott at Muir Music to be our DJ. Lisa and Scott work together so well to create your wedding vision. The only thing I would have done differently would be to have hired her earlier!
Working with Lisa at Live and Love Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is a kind, wonderful, and easy to work with planner. She goes above and beyon...
d to make sure your wedding is stress free for the couple. My entire family loved her. (Quite frankly, we were all a bit sad that we would not be interacting with her much longer after the wedding was over). She is so knowledgeable about all things wedding, gives great recommendations, but also makes sure your visions are considered. I cannot say enough good things about her. You will be well cared for during the wedding planning process with Lisa at Live and Love Events.
