Where do we even begin with our experience with Carly? From the very start, she was transparent, kind, and genuinely excited to help us make our first dance unforgettable.
We took...
12 lessons with Carly, and not only did we learn so much, but it was also an absolute joy every step of the way. She’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to dance and was so patient—making sure we both felt comfortable with every move, even if it meant repeating it a dozen times.
Carly’s passion for dance and her dedication to helping couples create something special is unmatched. We are endlessly grateful for her guidance, encouragement, and the fun we had throughout the process. Working with Carly was one of the highlights of our wedding journey!

Carly was an amazing dance instructor. My husband and I had no dance experience and we really wanted a beautiful first dance. Carly helped us made our first dance magical.

and. Our dance turned out beautifully!
Carly clearly knows what’s she’s doing and breaks down the steps (for a girl who doesn’t pick up dances easily) so that I can understand them and patient when I didn’t. Played both...
roles so we each knew how to do our parts and had the section of the dance already pre choreographed before we arrived. So kind throughout the whole process and just such a pleasure to work with.
SOO happy we got to work with Carly. My husband was not super into taking dance lessons, but she made it fun for both of us. He ended up enjoying himself as much as I knew he would...
thanks to her! We are beginner dancers for sure, but she was able to slow things down to ensure we caught on to what we were doing. She never made us feel dumb and never moved on until she was sure we knew what we were doing. She even took videos of us dancing with her and each other, so we had something to refer back to when we were practicing at home. This was really helpful! Not to mention she was super sweet to our old man doggy who liked to walk under our feet during the lessons. I would highly recommend her. I wish I could attach a video of our first dance, but we haven't gotten the video from the videographer yet! Thanks to Carly we had a wonderful first dance with less nerves (still some nerves...) than we would have if we hadn't had her help!
My husband and I can't say enough great things about Carly. Having a choreographed first dance was something way out of our comfort zone, but we wanted to do it regardless! Carly w...

My husband and I took 6 lessons with Carly to choreograph our first dance. Neither of us had any experience and we were nervous about dancing in front of 150 people. Carly did an i...
ncredible job teaching us a dance that looked beautiful but also felt like us. She’s incredibly patient and has excellent feedback to help you understand a step or tweak it so it feels natural. I am so happy we stepped out of our comfort zone and had a first dance that was more than an awkward sway. Wedding planning can be stressful, and we looked forward to our Saturday morning lessons that were fun and a great chance for us to connect. I highly recommend scheduling lessons with Carly!

d for the first dance with my dad. She is such a skilled dancer and teacher, she is great with giving directions that people whom have no dancing experience can understand and follow. h I was very impressed by, because I am really picky! Carly is a great teacher. She taught us so much in only five lessons. She made our first dance so much fun. We enjoyed the lessons as much as we enjoyed showing off to our wedding guests. If you want a beautiful and fun first dance, call Carly!
"I knew instantly during wedding planning that I wanted to hire someone to choreograph & teach my fiancé and I our first dance. My fiancé was nervous about performing in front of a...
large group of people and also wanted to have a routine and be well prepared. We finally found Carly who was a perfect fit for us because of her knowledge, flexibility, and passion for dance. We needed someone who could work with our busy schedules and limited time frame and she accommodated us easily. She has so much experience not only in dance and performance but also in how to instruct, explain, and work with couples. She has a clear passion for dance and truly took the time to get to know what we expected for that big moment and delivered just that. Our guests are still mentioning that performance and I am sure it’ll be the highlight of our wedding video! I will be recommending Carly to all my friends and family!"

Carly Ann is a phenomenal dance teacher. She has patience with people who are dance challenged such as myself. About 5 years ago she helped me and my scene partner learn a tango f...
or a stage production. Neither of us were dancers and we were both nervous about this dance scene. She taught us step by step, never losing patience. She simplified the movements to make us look good. The show was a success and we were great!! I also called upon her to help me with my wedding dance two years later. She is an extremely skilled dancer, teacher and coach. You will definitely get your money’s worth and learn a new skill with Carly Ann.
