We held an intimate engagement party on the Hotel California with Live It Up Charter and it was absolutely beautiful! We loved spending the afternoon on the water with our families—it was so cool! Not to mention, the staff was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day.
We had a dream of having our wedding on a yacht in the SF bay and Live it Up Charter made it a reality. The communication, professionalism, and quality of service was excellent. Our situation was also rather unique as the boat we had originally booked (from another vendor) had to cancel 3 days before our wedding date due to mechanical issues, so naturally we were freaking out. We called Craig from Live it Up Charter and him & his team saved the day. We will never forget our wedding day.

- John CurryCaptain & Director of OperationsJohn is the head Captain and Director of Operations for the Hotel California vessel and Live it Up Charter. He started his boating experience in the U.S. Coast Guard. In 2000, after 9 years of service, John launched his own yacht service company, Stem to Stern, and continued to captain for various yacht charter companies driving 70’ to 150’ yachts. John is dedicated to making your cruise the most memorable experience the yacht, the Bay, and the crew have to offer.
