WHAT A HONOR IT WAS TO GET MARRIED HERE! My husband and I got married at Live Oak on June 15, 2024. We really could not have chosen a better place. We toured at least 7-8 venues in...
the area and ended with Live Oak. We were instantly greeted by Donna and shown around the venue. She was incredibly kind and proud of her venue, which showed throughout the tour. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND when showing us around the property.
The property and venue were PERFECT on our wedding day. The Live Oak staff was amazing!
HUGE shoutout to Magen, our day-of-coordinator and everyone who worked with her. She did an incredible job directing the day making sure everything was perfect. She was kind, punctual, organized, and extremely patient.
You will not regret choosing Live Oak. I did not want to leave. I am blessed that Live Oak will forever hold a special place in my husband & l's life.
I highly recommend Live Oak! The venue is beautiful and the people are amazing. Donna helps so much with the planning process and communication is never an issue. Nicki and Justin ...
were our wedding coordinator and manager and were both wonderful. They handled any special requests we asked for with smiles on their faces. Nicki was on top of her game the whole day!!! Everything was taken care of before and after the wedding so we really didn’t have to worry about anything. I can honestly say that nothing went wrong in the timing/day-of planning of our wedding, and if it did, we never knew! If you want your wedding day to be smooth, relaxed, and beautiful, book it at Live Oak!
The venue is beautiful and the reception hall is super nice! The tour showcased hanging wreaths, lanterns, and other decorations that seemed to be a part of the building but all co...
st extra to include in the wedding. The wedding planning team was detailed and thorough, and our day-of coordinator Nikki was SO helpful. The team also cost extra but we thought it was totally worth it. The owner Donna created the schedule for us which was great, we recommend meeting in-person. Overall beautiful location and a very friendly staff!
One of the most important aspects of a wedding is where to have the ceremony. When my wife and I began our search it started and ended pretty quickly. We came across Live Oak and m...
ade our appointment to tour the property. As soon as we drove through the front gate we knew we wanted our wedding to be there. Then we met Donna. Donna is what made Live Oak more than a wedding and reception venue. She made the process so much easier with her expertise. From recommended vendors to timelines, she took so much of the guess work out. On the day of the wedding we were blessed with great weather which allowed for an amazing ceremony outside followed by a beautiful reception inside, one of the benefits of having our wedding at Live Oak. Anyone looking for a quality venue ran by great people that will leave you with lasting memories, Live Oak is the place for you.
These ladies who run this place are magical! They were very supportive and were always there for me, my mom, or my husband whenever we had questions, wanted to make payments, or co...
me to the venue to walk through what decorations were going to look like and more. They were always just and email, text, or phone call away and they kept us updated on how things were going to go. They really made the wedding day go smoothly as well as the staff they had at the event. All of them were so kind and attentive to us as well as our guests, asking if they could get them anything, directing them of where to go and when, and cleaning up throughout and at the end of the night.
Absolutely gorgeous venue with outdoor and indoor event space. It’s located on a pecan farm with large, old oak trees and a pond in the background that all makes for really beauti...

a pleasure to work with. Everyone is so attentive and accommodating. No detail is overlooked. You will not have to worry at all about staying on schedule or communicating with vendors on your big day. We are still getting compliments on our venue 2+ months later. Our wedding was perfect and that would never have been possible without the amazing people at Live Oak Plantation
Our wedding day here was MAGICAL and I don't think there is any other word to better describe it! I was one of few brides who had a church ceremony elsewhere and only had the recep...
tion at LOP, but it was still worth the price. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we still have family and friends gushing about how beautiful the venue was. Donna and her daughter, Laura, are so personable and eager to recommend ideas, as well as address any and all concerns that may pop up during the planning process. I grew up in the Pensacola area and originally had my mind set on a downtown venue, but I am so glad we went with the the quiet, rustic venue instead. Book as soon as you can! They have many weekends that they host 3 events and their calendar fills up fast.
