the area and ended with Live Oak. We were instantly greeted by Donna and shown around the venue. She was incredibly kind and proud of her venue, which showed throughout the tour. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND when showing us around the property.
The property and venue were PERFECT on our wedding day. The Live Oak staff was amazing!
HUGE shoutout to Magen, our day-of-coordinator and everyone who worked with her. She did an incredible job directing the day making sure everything was perfect. She was kind, punctual, organized, and extremely patient.
You will not regret choosing Live Oak. I did not want to leave. I am blessed that Live Oak will forever hold a special place in my husband & l's life.

were our wedding coordinator and manager and were both wonderful. They handled any special requests we asked for with smiles on their faces. Nicki was on top of her game the whole day!!! Everything was taken care of before and after the wedding so we really didn’t have to worry about anything. I can honestly say that nothing went wrong in the timing/day-of planning of our wedding, and if it did, we never knew! If you want your wedding day to be smooth, relaxed, and beautiful, book it at Live Oak!

Donna is what made Live Oak more than a wedding and reception venue. She made the process so much easier with her expertise. From recommended vendors to timelines, she took so much of the guess work out. On the day of the wedding we were blessed with great weather which allowed for an amazing ceremony outside followed by a beautiful reception inside, one of the benefits of having our wedding at Live Oak. Anyone looking for a quality venue ran by great people that will leave you with lasting memories, Live Oak is the place for you.

They really made the wedding day go smoothly as well as the staff they had at the event. All of them were so kind and attentive to us as well as our guests, asking if they could get them anything, directing them of where to go and when, and cleaning up throughout and at the end of the night.

Donna and her daughter, Laura, are so personable and eager to recommend ideas, as well as address any and all concerns that may pop up during the planning process. I grew up in the Pensacola area and originally had my mind set on a downtown venue, but I am so glad we went with the the quiet, rustic venue instead. Book as soon as you can! They have many weekends that they host 3 events and their calendar fills up fast.
