Our managing chef has extensive experience both in restaurants and food catering. He ran a successful Italian restaurant for 13 years and continued to expand his culinary horizons once he moved into catering for weddings and other events. Our managing chef has his Master’s in Culinary Arts. His passion is creating memorable culinary experiences that satisfy even the pickiest of guest lists, which is why he began Live Oaks Catering.

A Texas Bride & A Maui Groom. We went on 3 tastings. One was delicious but very expensive, one couldn’t seem to make the menu the couple wanted and then the final tasting was with ...
Chef Chad of Live Oaks Catering. Chef was able to create a menu special for the Bride & Groom. He listened to exactly what they wanted. The dinner served was as even better than the tasting! The very best food exactly how our family wanted! Hot fresh rolls, Summer salad with mangos, strawberries, almonds and homemade dressing, Beef tenderloin & Chimichuri, Augratin Potatoes ( Bride’s favorite), grilled vegetables including pineapple for the Groom. This event was a formal plated meal that was served to guests hot fresh and within 30 minutes! The Chef knew we wanted the meat rare. Chad was so very thoughtful and sent a team for set up with cold items and the 2 nd team arrived with everything hot! The service, communications , and attention to detail was fabulous! Due to the rain event on July 5th the ceremony had a rain delay. All photos were taken inside but the team was very flexible and easy to work with. Our family felt so loved on and taken care of. Thank you Live Oaks Catering for serving our family and our guests with incredible tasting hot fresh food and making this day the very BEST day ever!! The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and raved about by all of our guests.
