I arrived until the day we departed, Johnnie exemplified the very highest standard of hospitality. After a long day of travel, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, a gracious smile, and a flawlessly efficient check-in process that immediately put us at ease. He thoughtfully explained the hotel’s amenities, dining options, and nearby attractions with clarity and enthusiasm, ensuring we felt not only informed, but truly valued as guests.
What distinguishes Johnnie is not simply his professionalism, but his natural leadership presence. He anticipates needs before they arise and handles requests with precision, urgency, and care. When we had a special request, he addressed it immediately and personally followed up to ensure everything exceeded expectations. PAY FOR PARKING VIA THE QR CODE AT THE FRONT DESK. Let the hotel staff be present through the steps and validate BEFORE purchasing, otherwise itll take an entire week to correct the charges.

ell stocked. We stayed in a suite that had a bedroom, off-suite sitting room and small kitchenette. No microwave, but none was needed. The room came with an armoire and iron/ironing board. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. Parking was small and limited, but we used the self parking garage at $18/night. We did utilize the shake shack restaurant in the common yard/shopping area and had a good experience. Our bathrooms were clean and well stocked and the aesthetic of the entire hotel was beautiful. Downstairs bar area had friendly staff and good drinks. Would restart here again when visiting this area.

and the staff member working overnight was truly exceptional, she got us all set up, made sure my friends were on the room, and even allowed us to take one extra water since there were two in the room. I believe she may have said Jamillah was her name, regardless she was wonderful. The room- and hotel as a whole was beautifully decorated, great water pressure in the rooms, and high quality beds and bedding. The AC worked very well, and the large TV was a plus too. The hotel does have self parking in a well-lit garage just across a small courtyard, and it was only $18 for the night, valet was also available but we passed on that. The hotel does need a key to enter at night, and the elevators also needed a key which felt very safe. Stacy at breakfast was wonderful and very friendly, and the pancakes were super good, and the price was great at only $12. On the day of checkout, my friends had driven the car out before checkout time and were running a little late returning to pick me up. Willis kindly allowed me to stay in the room for an extra 30 minutes while I waited, which I really appreciate. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and time here, and I will absolutely be back next time I am in OKC.
We stayed here, and we were a little confused with the layout to start. The restaurant is all open concept with check-in. The pool bar isn’t quite a pool bar, but you have to go in to order your drinks UNLESS they decide to open the bar windows...
. The service was not great in the restaurant either.
Then to the service of the hotel staff. My MIL had issues at check in, and then we started to have issues after we checked out. Two additional charges that were for nothing, and when I called about the first charge the gentleman was horribly rude and patronizing. Amex Travel had to call to get me refunded. Days later, I then received a second charge that the front desk “doesn’t see.” Safe to say we will be booking elsewhere next time to avoid these issues!
