After a long day of travel, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, a gracious smile, and a flawlessly efficient check-in process that immediately put us at ease. He thoughtfully explained the hotel’s amenities, dining options, and nearby attractions with clarity and enthusiasm, ensuring we felt not only informed, but truly valued as guests.
What distinguishes Johnnie is not simply his professionalism, but his natural leadership presence. He anticipates needs before they arise and handles requests with precision, urgency, and care. They have all you need here, filtered water and ice, a tasty restaurant in-site. There are plenty of snacks you can buy there by their restaurant as well. The breakfast was delicious!
All in all I would stay here again and I recommend, it’s very close to shopping, food, and the highway. You do need to pay for parking, but this hotel is still worth it!
Everyone there was also friendly and welcoming. 🙌

rn condition. And by worn I mean DIRTY. The bathroom tile had dirty streaks all over it and in desperate need of a steam clean. The grout was filthy as well and was covered in stains. There were several pieces of hair that wasn’t ours found in several places in both the bathroom and room. I didn’t take my shoes off the entire time. The bed was cozy when we first got in but by the second night, the sheets had completely shifted and were everywhere. We couldn’t figure out how they had made the bed so just had to deal with it. Never saw housekeeping during our stay and for the price, I would have assumed some kind of turn down service at a minimum. After a very long day, we just wanted to order room service but were told they didn’t offer room service because they didn’t have the staff and would have to come down to order it and take it up to our room ourselves. They were courteous enough to let us go back to our room after ordering and called us when it was as ready to come down and pick it up. As take out usually is, the attention to detail wasn’t there and some of the ingredients listed on the menu weren’t included in our meals, steak was tough, gristly, and over cooked but the price certainly didn’t reflect that it was anything other than top notch. My husband who travels regularly for work was reluctant to stay at a Hilton property but after our first experience was hopeful however we will definitely be switching back to a Marriott hotel for future travel as their standard of service is more superior than Hilton. The location is so great and they have such an opportunity to be a great hotel if they would just step it up. A LOT.
