We love looking back at the photos to re-live the day, and we have received so many compliments on our photos from friends and family! about five years ago while on a cruise. They asked us to help expand their destination portfolio, so we met them on an island in the Bahamas and they took the most STUNNING photos of us! We knew in the moment we received our photos back, that they would be photographing our wedding one day. Fast forward five years- My husband (finally) asked me to marry him. My top wedding planning priority has always been photos. I immediately, and very excitedly, reached out to Maggie. We hired Maggie and Patrick as our wedding photographers, and had no idea that they would prove to go FAR beyond their job requirements. During our engagement shoot in Annapolis, they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and knew every cool place to take the best photos. At our final meeting about our shot list, not only are the Nolan's amazing at their job, they are the best people to be around. They light up a room, make everyone laugh, and take amazing photos. From the minute that Maggie and Patrick welcomed us into their home to talk about their packages and offerings, we knew that they were the right fit for us! Not only did they "get" my vision and what we wanted in our photos and video, but they "got" my husband and I as individuals and as a couple. We left the meeting and both looked at each other and said "They are it! They are perfect for us and there is no need to look anywhere else!" We chose a package that included engagement photos, which we loved and used for our Save the Dates, to decorate nearly every open space in our home and to use for a display wall during our wedding reception! The day of the wedding it was such a pleasure working with the Living Radiant team and they did such a wonderful job of keeping everything on track, advocating for what Justin and I wanted and capturing all the special moments! The icing on the cake was getting invited back to their home for our own special "gallery reveal" where Maggie and Patrick unveiled their top picks from our day and sent us home with both a flash drive and an online gallery to look through and share! Throughout the entire process they were supportive and helpful and answered any questions that we had, and when our wedding date had to be postponed from May to August, they were as flexible as possible and helped us in any way that they could to make sure that we still got our special day! Because of COVID, we had to change our plans around to do a Thursday religious ceremony as well as a Saturday civil ceremony last minute. Photographers are important and I read so many reviews, met with different photographers, and combed through so many albums but when we found Maggie and Patrick we knew! The first time we met Maggie and Patrick in person there was no question we wanted them to photograph our wedding! We did an engagement shoot with them in January and they went above and beyond! Maggie walked in the cold in her bare feet and Patrick fixed our bouquet of flowers with his teeth, that is commitment!!!! I know we were probably a lot to handle with our large wedding party, tight timeline (Maggie was so kind to help me figure out three versions!), and being out of state, but I really don't think anyone else could have done it with such ease! We love our pictures and we love Maggie and Patrick! Can't recommend living radiant enough!!!

From the very first email, Maggie and Patrick are so welcoming and provide a level of comfort and confidence that your day will be the best day. They get to know you, your story as a couple, your likes/dislikes, wants/concerns, and really understand your vision to come up with a plan that is custom to you to document your day in the best way possible. What I liked about them the most during the planning process was how they will meet with you multiple times to come up with and go over your timeline down to the minute (they are masters of logistics) all to get the most out of your day. It’s impressive to see just how much preparation and hard work they put in before wedding day…. And I haven’t even mentioned wedding day. As you could expect, wedding day with Living Radiant was amazing and so much fun! At this point you know each other so well that it’s like your friend taking your picture. They are so fun and make you so comfortable that they bring the best out of you and it really shows in the pictures. Did I mention that their pictures are absolutely beautiful? They have so much experience, not just with photographing weddings, but most likely shooting at your specific venue, that they know where the best shots are, where the best light is, what will and won’t work. Oh and they can work a crowd…whether it’s getting a bunch of groomsman in a straight line holding their jackets, or making sure Grandma is on deck getting ready for the family portrait, they keep things moving in the best way. And finally, their videography, Living Radiant Films. If their work doesn’t put you to tears, then I don’t know what will. They started videography in 2019 and we were lucky enough to be one of their first clients for it. Tony and Jacob, our videographers, are so talented and their work really shows it. Having a great photographer really enhances the wedding day experience and sets the tone for the entire day. It’s the biggest day of your life, something that you will want to always remember and there is no better way to document it than with Living Radiant.
