nating our wedding day. Liz is a natural, she is so calming, a great listener and brings your vision to life. When going through all our details, Liz knew exactly how to set it up and make it to be the best it could be. She truly knows it all. Not only that but she can handle any situation thrown her way. We had a pop up rain shower during ceremony time and she came up with multiple plans, checked in with us multiple times and helped make sure our vision for our day came true. Any issues or concerns, she handled with such grace, that many probably wouldn’t even of realized something happened. There is truly no one else I would rather of had there to make everything come together. Liz felt more like your best friend throughout the whole process, than just a planner. If we could do it a 100 more times, we’d pick Liz every time.

From the beginning, her vendor recommendations were outstanding. Each suggestion was spot-on, from the caterer to the photographer, making our planning process seamless and stress-free. Her extensive network and keen eye for quality ensured we had the best of the best for our special day, and her existing relationships made planning that much easier. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions, answering every little concern we had.
Liz excelled in managing the timing and intricate details of our wedding, and making sure that every one of our special requests were met and executed. Every element of her service, from the months planning ahead to the reception timeline, was incredibly helpful and perfectly orchestrated. Her expert advice and proactive planning meant that everything flowed smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without a hitch as she coordinated with vendors, dealt with our families, and handled any unforeseen issues.
One of the highlights of working with Liz was her thoughtfulness and personal touch on the wedding day. She went above and beyond by discreetly sneaking us out of the reception when we needed to make a quick exit, and ensuring we were fed and hydrated to continue celebrating. Her care extended to saving our escort cards for us without us even asking, as we realized the next day we had wished we grabbed them and were so happily surprised to see she packed them away for us!
In short, Liz provided us with a level of service and attention to detail that surpassed our expectations. We had several friends who didn’t think we needed a coordinator, but after our wedding they went out of their way to tell us how amazing Liz was and how essential she was to making our day special. ns we had before that time. She also provided a month-by-month checklist that kept us on track and made the planning process seamless and stress free! It was great having Liz handle all communication with the vendors leading up to the big day and not have to worry about all of those logistics. And then on the rehearsal and big day, she made sure everything ran on time and answered any questions someone had. We noted at the end of the day how seamless the entire weekend was and that if anything had gone off track, we didn't know about it because Liz handled it! It was amazing and we are so thankful for Liz! If you're getting married in the D.C. area, hiring Liz and her team is a must!

we didn’t lose a dime or go over budget in the process! She thought of every little detail and didn’t miss a beat in the weeks leading up to our big day. We essentially had a destination wedding because we moved across country after postponing twice but at no point did we feel any added stress planning from such a long distance. Liz had detailed checklists for us in the weeks leading up to the wedding and kept us so prepared we actually had very little to do the week of the wedding. Her calm demeanor kept our anxiety at bay and the day went off without a hitch! We are so fortunate that Liz was a part of our planning process and can’t stop recommending her to our engaged friends and family members. Her years of experience in the wedding industry helped us select and negotiate with vendors as we all adapted to the post-pandemic marketplace. Her expertise planning weddings at our venue in particular allowed us a seamless day. She knew all the perfect spaces for photos, first look, ceremony, etc. and ensured the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception flowed seamlessly. She put together a stunning wedding for us and coordinated all the vendors communication so we didn’t have to think about a thing. the best decisions we made. We met with Liz a few times prior to the wedding to discuss our vision. Anytime I needed suggestions or help she was always there. She provided a list of vendors that she had worked with and even found and booked our party bus for us. She was a welcome breath of fresh air about a month leading up to the wedding as she took over most and then all of the coordination with the numerous vendors we had booked. She would join on calls with photographers, videographers etc… The week leading up to the wedding was chaos, we had even missed a call with the videographer, but Liz carried on with the call and then let us know what we had missed. She seamlessly planned a timeline for our wedding, and I can honestly say without her I would have been completely and utterly lost. There are so many details that go into planning a wedding and coordinating all the vendors and Liz made sure not to miss anything!
We had our wedding at a hotel, which comes with a wedding coordinator. If you are debating on hiring a wedding planner I would implore you to hire Liz. She was always in our corner to make sure everything goes correct and also reminding me of things that need to be done. The linens for the tables that I had chosen for the reception were actually the wrong ones originally setup, and it was Liz who noticed and made sure that everything was corrected, I cannot tell you how thankful I am that Liz was part of our wedding.
There are things that as I reflect on our wedding I would like to have changed, but I can tell you without a doubt that Liz was one of the best decisions we made while we planned our wedding!

I think 2-3 months before our wedding day, we met with Liz to plan our wedding schedule. She has a very warm and calm approach to making sure our schedule worked, providing recommendations, and making sure everything happened flawlessly on my wedding day. She was so flexible with our time table and constraints! Needless to say, she absolutely made me feel at ease with everything that was happening behind the scenes on our wedding day. We couldn't imagine having our wedding day without her!!!
