Liz Daley was the absolute best decision I could have made for entertainment at my wedding. Liz is very easy to work with and will answer any questions or concerns you have. She helps with day of coordinating to make sure everything is where it needs to be and keeps the flow, a master of ceremony, and DJ. We had multiple zoom meetings to go over the details to create a timeline including picking the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything went so smoothly that day. All the guests were dancing their butts off the whole night and I have received tons and tons of compliments on how amazing and fun the wedding was (even one of the best weddings they've been too). I would 100% highly recommend Liz Daley for a wedding.

Liz is absolutely amazing! We had a small intimate wedding and she made it super fun. I loved the introductions of the bridal party and our love story, you really took the time and put thought into it and it was perfect! Everyone had a great time and I'm super happy with everything. Liz is amazing at what she does, definitely book her for your weddings she will NOT disappoint!

We hired Liz after loving her as the DJ at our friends’ wedding a few years ago! And we love her even more now! She really can do it all - she was our DJ, day-of-coordinator, and lighting specialist! She was so helpful and flexible when we moved our wedding back almost a year due to the pandemic. As the big day got closer, she was always in close contact, quick to respond, and organized (and helped us stay organized too!). The day of was SO MUCH FUN. All of our guests loved all of the special touches she brought to the wedding, especially her hilarious introductions of the bridal party!

Liz Daley is purely a magician when it comes to bringing an event to life! My wedding was small (about 50+) and she made it an event to remember. Truthfully, my guests couldn't stop talking about her -- so funny, charming, enthusiastic, etc. Liz got so many people to participate in the fun. Even with such a wide range of musical eras and tastes, Liz kept this party lively and guests happy throughout. She has the talent, the music sense, the instincts, and the personality to keep the tempo and rhythm of the party at just the right level through each stage of the evening. This bride is often skeptical hiring someone (having had some disappointments), but I was soon convinced of Liz’s competence and totally trusted her judgment. She will not disappoint you! Liz was absolutely amazing! She was our DJ and our day of coordinator. From the very beginning she was super easy to work with and get along with! I live in California, so I was super worried about planning a wedding from afar. She has this energy about her that makes her so easy to talk to, and put all of my worries at ease. We chose to work with Liz because of this, and we also loved her personalized father-daughter song option. I can't even begin to explain how many people are still talking about the voice over! It had the entire room crying (tears of happiness of course). We also opted to do personalized introductions for our bridal party which were a complete hit!! We were all dying of laughter and it was the perfect way to get the reception started. People were on the dance floor all night and she made the complete day a breeze. We had SO much fun working with her, and I couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you, Liz!!

Liz was absolutely fantastic to work with! She is so knowledgeable and put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions we had - even the super nit picky ones! She was available to us throughout the whole process through video chat sessions and emails. She got back to us quickly on emails, which we really appreciated! Liz worked hard with us over several months to come up with a detailed day of schedule. I am a details person and this made me feel good, however once the day arrived, unforeseen circumstances forced the schedule to be all rearranged and I could not have cared less about the silly schedule! Liz is unbelievably talented at just feeling the atmosphere out and knowing exactly what to do and when - the dance segments, toasts, cake-cutting. Everything felt perfectly timed. Her energy is infectious and she will get even the shyest of guests out on the dance floor. We highly recommend Liz to any bride and groom for all your wedding coordination and DJ needs!

Liz was absolutely amazing!!! After meeting with Liz for the first time we were stunned and completely blown away. The sense of relief we felt after our meeting is hard to put into words. Every question; she had an answer. Not only did she provide a wonderful playlist of her own she also went above and beyond to meet our eclectic music style. She made every part of our wedding seamless!! From the rehearsal to the day of..beginning to end. If there was an empty dance floor she was one it encouraging (by doing and not pressuring ) the crowd. My favorite photo from our wedding is one that Liz made happen..the family and then the friends circling the bride and groom all connected shoulder to shoulder. Tears of complete and pure happiness!

Liz is about as good as it gets :) After giving her almost zero direction, she knocked it out of the park with both our ceremony music and our reception. Our guests were on the dance floor all night and I have received compliment after compliment about what an awesome party we had. If you are looking for a top-notch DJ, I highly recommend Liz!!!

Liz was exceptional! I had no idea what I was doing as far as planning...along with being a terrible procrastinator. Liz made our day seamless and stress free. Couldn't of asked for a better DJ! The party was going all night long! Highly recommend.

Liz was great. We not only hired her as our DJ, but as our day planner as well. We met her twice and discussed our ceremony and reception needs. Then kept up the correspondence by e-mail (since we were out of state). She had a form for us to fill out that would help to make our reception fun and it was. The music and the events flowed well all night. People loved the introduction of the wedding party - one by one with fun stories about that person. Someone even remarked that before this wedding, they never really knew how or why that person was in the wedding party. It helped to personalize our wedding party and why we chose them. Liz was amazing from start to finish. She half my hand through the entire process and was not only out DJ but also the day of wedding coordinator. She handled everything for us that arose the day of the wedding and even when the weather was being a pest, she rolled right with it. She was amazing.

Now that we are back from our honeymoon I just wanted to say thank you to Liz for making our wedding so much fun! The music was so great and everyone really loved the introductions at the beginning… in fact as I’m sitting here typing this my boss at work just came up and told me he loved the funny intros. It really made the wedding unique and personal which is exactly what I wanted. I only wish I could have been in the room to see the wedding party’s faces when they were each introduced. I’m sure our photographer captured some good facial expressions on everyone. I was so happy that the dance floor just got crazier and more packed as the night went on. My only regret is that Brandon and I had to spend so much time talking and greeting everyone at the beginning that we didn’t get to dance until after cake. Luckily our little ring bearer really kept it going with his break dancing until we could join. Anyways just wanted to say thank you again. Everyone talks about how their wedding is the best day of their lives and usually I think people are just saying that because they have to, but really our wedding was probably one of the most fun days Brandon and I have ever had! We talked about every part of the night days after. We wouldn’t have had such a good time without Liz as our DJ and Master of Ceremonies.

Liz was just amazing. She DJ'd and coordinated our reception. She accomadated all of our visions for our reception and knew what we needed...even before we did! She amazingly scripted personal introductions for each of our bridal party members (which they LOVED) and wrote the most sweet introduction for us. Our wedding day would truly have not been the same without her, and we are so thankful we found her!

Liz was the master of ceremonies and DJ for my son's wedding and I knew she was going to be great when we booked her but she exceeded those expectations. From our first phone conversation to immediate Skype Date she took so much weight off of our shoulders on how the wedding would proceed, how she was going to take care of us and how she was going to make our guests feel. As this was a destination wedding, we had no boots on the ground, but she made us feel like it was handled. And it was! After everyone told us how beautiful the wedding was they immediately said, "Is the DJ a friend of yours because she was amazing!" We heard that from not one family but more than a dozen. She impressed. She impressed so much we know she will be our person for our daughters upcoming wedding. She adds a personal touch to the event that cannot be undone, made everyone feel welcome and laugh. You will not want to sit down with her at the mic. She's wonderful and no one can do it like Liz does it!

You need to hire Liz. Seriously. Do it now, before she gets booked by someone else. Liz met and exceeded our expectations in every way, for my daughter's wedding! During the planning sessions, we could see how the ceremony and party was going to unfold. She included a little introductory surprise or two for everyone in the wedding party, to make them feel special. Before and during the ceremony, she handled every little detail, kept everything running on time, and took away the stress of anything not going right. We tried to anticipate everything that could go wrong, then made a plan to handle it. Because we had to change venues and dates, we lost our ability to have our pastor perform the service (on Sunday), so Liz, herself, got ordained, and did a beautiful job. We collaborated on the writing of the vows. Everyone wanted to know what church she was from! Then, she DJ'd the reception, and kept the party rocking. She read this beautiful love story that she wrote from interviewing the bride and groom. But, her sense of humor is what made it so fun. I've given out her name numerous times to people who attended the wedding. I'm not surprised, because the way that I found Liz, was by attending another wedding that she had coordinated. There are a hundred reasons why Liz will be the best decision that you make, when planning your wedding.

Couldn't be happier! We decided to go with Liz based on outside references and our initial skype interview, after which we immediately knew she was the one! She provided great customer service and a great product! She adds an intimate touch to the wedding with her unique style! We initially were planning on having a band, but they backed out a few months before our wedding... we were initially saddened, but after the wedding we were glad Liz was there! She brought details to our big day that a band wouldn't have been able to! You'll have some work to do, she makes you do a lot of "homework" during the planning process, but trust me it's ABSOLUTELY worth it!! Can't say enough good things about her, we even received several requests for her contact info after our wedding and numerous guests told us what a great job she did!

LIZ IS AWESOME! My husband and I actually won Liz’s DJ services in a Dream Wedding Contest. We are so happy and blessed to have met her. We will surely hire her again and again for other upcoming events in our lives. She was so pleasant and easy to work with. Her enthusiasm is contagious! She was very organized and accommodating. Our guests are still commenting (2 months later) about how much fun they had at our wedding. LIZ CAN DO IT ALL! Her introductions of our bridal party were a huge hit. She even sang a song at our wedding reception. She coordinated with all of the other vendors flawlessly. Liz was an amazing coordinator of logistics. She listened and executed perfectly the bride and groom's request for music and commentary. Liz worked with the Bride from the beginning of the planning stages to set the tone of the reception. Together they created a timeline of events that were to take place, what kind of music they wanted to be played and what they didn't. Plus, on the day of, Liz kept open communication with the venue event coordinator and the Bride's personal coordinator to ensure perfection! There was never a lapse in the flow of the schedule, everything happened on time, always great music to dance to, nothing ever was played that sent people off the dance floor! Liz maintained a fun and happy dancing crowd. She knew how to keep control of the room to move the reception along at an even pace without being obtrusive. She was very tuned into the crowd,understood the Bride and Groom, and played music that was awesome!! Rest assured, we have seen several DJ's from this area, Liz is most definitely the one you want to take care of you on your wedding day to ensure the most worry-free and best party ever! She delivered and would recommend her a hundred times over.

She is hilarious, she is professional, she is awesome, SHE IS A MUST on your big day! My husband and I were already married but wanted to have an actual wedding ceremony and celebration with our family and friends. Liz went far above and beyond helping me to plan this celebration and it was more fantastic than I could have imagined. She was my DJ and my planner and I could not have had the dream celebration I had without her. My family and friends had a blast and raved about how 'different and fun' our wedding was! It should also be mentioned that she was able to control and manage a wedding party made of a bunch of sailors with unlimited access to alcohol. She truly is amazing! We had the pleasure of working with liz for our wedding this summer. She totally eliminated the need for a planner. We met a couple times before the wedding to firm up some details and she was fabulous. She rolled with the punches when 1 or 2 things popped up at the reception. She kept our guests dancing. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about working with Liz as we planned our wedding. She is a phenomenal DJ. My husband and I both thought our guests weren't the dancing type. She proved us wrong! Everyone was up dancing and having a wonderful time. We still have people complimenting us for the fun and unique atmosphere of our wedding. Her personalized grand entrances bought a wonderful energy to the event, and gave us a fun way of personally sharing about the important people in our lives who were in our wedding party and of sharing our own story of falling in love. It brought us laughter and many happy memories. Liz truly went above and beyond for us; she worked with us to pick just the right songs, patiently edited things to create personalized clips of music for special moments in the ceremony and reception. Liz met with us as many times as we needed to feel certain that the big day would be smooth and thanks to her it was. Liz helped us with everything from talking about seating of guests, helping us run the rehearsal thoroughly, to coordinating with our other vendors. Between her wonderful services as a DJ and her knowledge of the wedding world she truly helped us to bring together all of the elements of the most important day of our lives. Her energy, enthusiasm and genuine interest in getting to know us truly made our day perfect. I should also mention that she offers a photo booth. It was SO much fun! Our guests had a great time playing with it as did my husband and I. On top of that we have a special album with those photos and messages from our guests. Just another touch that she helped us add to the experience.

Our daughter was married March 2013 in Richmond VA. Liz was the DJ she had selected almost a year before. Liz is organized, very experienced and skilled, and just a fun person to talk to! Liz met with us several times over the months leading up to the wedding. She helps you think about what will be the best plan for your event. She had great suggestions about every wedding detail, she is so experienced. She really had my daughter and her fiance think about the reasons the people in their wedding party were special to them. She helped select special music and come up with an introduction of each person in the wedding party. It was a very special way to start the reception. Liz is just fantastic, friendly, and really listens to what you want and what you like. Plus when we had the reception her friend Peter Merry was visiting and came along, so it was like we had a dj and emcee two for the price of one! We also used the photo booth that Liz's husband runs, and that was lots of fun! I think Liz is just the best dj you could pick for a reception, for a party, for any fun event you could want! The original price I thought was expensive - after all the service and meetings with us and just all around fun we had, I think Liz is a bargain! You get so much more than just a dj for the money, it's like that credit card commercial. All the fun is priceless!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have found Liz Daley and were smart enough to book her for our wedding. Our day was nearly perfect, and that was, in large part, due to Liz and her organization, attention to detail, and her creativity and expertise. When we first met with her, I was taken aback by this "schedule" she handed to us to look at for a wedding she was planning in the coming weeks. She had every detail noted- from the exact music times to start (in seconds), to little reminders about making sure candles were lit and that the setting was perfect. She is SO MUCH MORE than a DJ or even Master of Ceremonies- she is the glue that makes everything stick, and the impetus that gets everything to move when it is stuck! I cannot begin to tell you how glad we were to have her- Mike and I both wanted something different, something non-traditional, and something FUN. Liz provided all of that, and never once questioned any of our more crazy ideas. She ALWAYS provided advice and suggestions- never hesitating to offer her expertise and years of experience, and she always managed to make things work. All of our guests kept saying how unique and different our wedding was, and how memorable- and I credit Liz for a lot of that. She worked with her sometimes partner, Peter Merry, and between the two of them came out with something amazing. We cannot thank her more, nor recommend her any more highly. Liz was absolutely wonderful. She was always available for a phone call or meeting. She kept everyone engaged at the wedding and had a lot of special surprises that we could incorporate into the wedding. Everyone commented at how great she was to me!

There aren't enough words to describe how AWESOME Liz Daley is! She spent hours on end with my groom and I before our wedding planning and personalizing the reception, coordinating the ceremony, and adding special touches. She went out of her way to make this a special day. She's more than just a DJ- she's an MC, entertainer, and coordinator. You couldn't ask for better! But there's more! Liz stepped in 30 minutes before our ceremony to OFFICIATE! Our officiant was having a hard time with the ceremony (a much older gentleman), so Liz saved the day, read the ceremony (she performed beautifully I might add), and he stepped back in at the very end to do the legal part. Can you say superwoman? She might cost a little more than "any other DJ," but that's because she is SO MUCH MORE than a DJ! You will NOT be disappointed with Liz!

I cannot say enough good things about Liz. She was simply fantastic. Liz served as my all-around SUPERWOMAN. We hired her as our coordinator as well as DJ. During the wedding planning she was always on top of her game, answering emails within minutes of my sending them. She also met with me multiple times to work on timelines, entry scripts, and a special recording for my father. Over the wedding weekend, I absolutely loved how she corralled my wedding party. Because of her presence at the rehearsal and ceremony, I was able to relax and not worry about everyone being in place. She gracefully took charge and made sure we were timely and on track. When we faced several small hiccups, she again took charge and made sure everything ran smoothly. During the reception, she switched hats to DJ and kept the dance floor filled. Playing a mix of older songs, slow songs, and contemporary music kept the entire crowd pleased. I cannot gush about Liz enough. Quit looking for other DJs/Coordinators and hire Liz!!!

Liz Daley is AWESOME!!! Everyone that went to our wedding was complimenting our DJ. We had so much fun with her. She really knew how to work the crowd. She is worth EVERY penny.

Liz was our DJ for the reception -- and she was just great. She's very warm and friendly -- meeting with her to discuss the wedding was a pleasure. She took all of our suggestions and after our discussion I really felt that she understood the kind of atmosphere we wanted for the wedding. She played great music -- definitely felt the mood of the room and played music that worked for it. She was a great MC too - sweet and funny and never cheesy. I totally trusted her to take care of the agenda for the evening and keep the party moving!

I called Liz because I have a small budget and wanted to see what her prices were. They were way out of our budget and when I told her she asked what the budget was. Then she openly mocked it by saying "Well for that you can just go on youtube and search for bad DJs and that's what you'll get." She continued on about how anyone I would hire wouldn't know what they are doing. She handled the situation very rudely and it was mean spirited to say that I wouldn't find a good DJ.

Liz Daley made our wedding an amazing event - so much more than just a party. We would love to recommend her to anyone who wants to get married in the Williamsburg area. My husband and I were reminded just how awesome Liz made our reception when we attended another wedding recently. The groom had asked us to share with him the music requests from our wedding because he and his wife had such a great time dancing at our wedding. I shared with him the request lists we gave Liz, including much of the actual playlist she used, and he shared this same information with his DJ. (I'm sure he added a few of his own requests, but his list was quite similar to ours.) At the wedding, the DJ was fine, but he did not create anything like the same energy we had at our wedding. His mix of songs would often stick too long on one genre, and he emptied the dance floor more than once. My mother-in-law actually came up to my husband at one point and said, "Why is the DJ playing this music? Tell him to play something more like what they played at your wedding!" This just goes to show that a DJ is soooo much more than a good playlist. This DJ had all the same information Liz had, but Liz used that information to create a party! Also at another recent wedding, my husband's 13-year-old cousin asked me, "Are all weddings as fun as your wedding?" Kudos to Liz for helping to make our reception an event everyone will remember and talk about for many years to come!

Our DJ was wonderful! Liz is so great and easy to work with. She has a huge library of music and was able to keep the dance floor going strong all night! We had people of all ages – from our grandparents to our friends entertained all night. You can tell that she really loves what she does! She was also our coordinator on the big day, and everything was perfect and went off without a hitch. We also used her for our ceremony music, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend Daley DJ’s!

We are so happy that we had the Williamsburg Photo Booth at our wedding! We really wanted to have a fun and memorable reception for everyone. Steve and Liz were a blast and everyone loved them! They brought all kinds of fun props like feather boa's and funny glasses for people to use in the pictures. All our friends cant stop talking about how much fun it was and I even have a picture of my grandma making silly faces - this stuff is PRICELESS! We cant thank Steve and Liz and the Williamsburg Photo Booth enough!!! You guys rock!!!

Liz is an amazing DJ and did a wonderful job at our wedding. All of our guests commented on how friendly and entertaining our reception was...all because of Liz. Yes, I will agree that the price for Liz is on the high side of the price range for DJ's BUT Liz is much more than a DJ and worth every penny! Liz had several personal meetings to make sure we got what we wanted for our reception and we got every bit of it and more. Most of the guest were from out of town and they all ranted and raved about how great the DJ was. She even had people up dancing that was a surprise to us all. She not only played music but games with the guest! She help set the timeline for the entire reception and kept everyone on track. I would pay the money for Liz without any questions ask! Liz is awsome!!!

From the first moment we met Liz, we knew that we were in good hands. Even though Liz was not handling our event on the day of the wedding, she showed a special interest in helping us plan out our wedding day and make sure that every moment was perfect and tailored to us as a couple. She spent hours planning out the timing of our wedding reception, and helped us choose music that enhanced each special moment, from the introductions into the grand ballroom, to the garter/bouquet toss, to the cake cutting, etc. Not only that, but Liz also served as a liason between my husband and I and the staff at the reception site. She facilitated emails, sent schedules, and helped get everyone on the same page. Not having hired a professional wedding planner, this turned out to be a huge help. On top of that, we got to work with Charles on the day of our event. Charles was incredibly warm and fun-loving from the first moment we met him. Importantly, he obviously stayed on top of musical trends and was aware of what were the "hottest" songs to play at our reception across a wide variety of musical genres, including country, R&B, and pop. My husband and I wanted to include a lot of nontraditional moments in our wedding reception to liven things up a bit for our guests, and Charles made that desire a reality. Charles played along with every oddball request we made of him, including our desire that he round up all the children present at the wedding and encourage them to engage in a dance-off. Charles was able to get all the children excited, and even passed out gag gift prizes to the children who participated. There were countless other examples of Charles going along with every request of the bride and groom, and making our dream of a unique and fun reception a reality. We received a lot of compliments on how our wedding was very fun and very "us." I know that the special musical touches and moments we designed with Liz and Charles are a large reason for that. By hiring Daley DJs, we got more than just background noise-- we got a PARTY! Finally, Charles and Liz were the most professional of all the vendors that we worked with during the wedding planning process. They return every email and phone call immediately, they are always on time, they are always well-dressed and professional, they are always kind and attentive. Believe it or not, this cannot be said for all vendors in the industry, and working with true professionals makes the life of the bride and groom very easy!

As we were planning the wedding, my mother's biggest concern was that everyone would have a GREAT time. We had guests from France and the U.S. and there was a language barrier. Accordingly, my mother scoped out as many DJs as possible in the Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton Roads area. When she found Liz and we talked to her, we immediately decided to hire her. She did not let us down! The music was amazing, the mix and the ambiance among the people could not have been better. We had lots of married guests come to us and tell us it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. This was all thanks to Liz's expertise. She mixed french and american music beautifully during dinner and the selections for the dance floor were outstanding. If you are seeking a guaranteed good time at a wedding, Liz is the woman for you! If you are stressed about everything running smoothly, Liz is also the woman for you! She kept things on track and on time. Her service could not have been better and I would recommend her to everyone looking for a good time on their special day!!
