The good:
-Decor was beautiful for my two events and I was grateful.
- Wide selection of things depending on your style
The bad:
- Liz was arranging bouquets for me (the bride) and all my bridemaids and family and she left them in another location. While we understand Liz had a family emergency it was unacceptable that there was no one to handle her business and we were left scrambling that day trying to find at least one bouquet for me (the last thing you want to do the morning of your wedding). The rest of my party walked empty handed and I didn't like how it looked.
- she also asked for hotel rooms the week of the wedding which was never brought up until then and not in the contract. When it's the week of the wedding you have no choice and I didn't appreciate being put in that situation so last minute on top of other stress.
She felt terrible and compensated us but as I look back on my photos months later it always makes me feel so sad that they're missing.
Liz is nice but it was a BIG miss on my wedding day and I wouldn't recommend this business
A friend referred us to Liz & she really came through! Our wedding was on a farm & we had a traditional Hindu ceremony as well as a separate reception at a different location of the farm. We provided Liz with pictures & descriptions of what we exactly wanted & Liz was able to make all of it work within our budget. We were blown away when we saw all the décor & florals - she really went above & beyond. We recommend that when working with Liz, it's important to have ideas of what it is that your looking for & expressing your expectations from the start so it's smoother to work with her. She's very knowledgeable & you can tell that décor is her passion & it shows. Again, she really transformed the experience for us & all our guests couldn't stop raving about the décor which was perfect for a farm Indian wedding!
Liz executed our mandap design so beautifully! We were really impressed by how it all came together, we truly loved it. I would recommend working with Liz if you have a very clear idea of what you want and can show pictures to her. She can re-create anything you show her. It is a little challenging to communicate with Liz and she did mix up some of the final changes we made to our contract bringing additional things that we decided not to use and forgetting to bring items we added (like tables for our reception) but she handled it extremely well on our wedding day making sure everything was in place in time. Her pricing is affordable and reasonable.
