During the months that led up to the elopement, Liz was in constant communication with us and made sure to make us feel at ease. When we arrived at Yosemite – we realized that Glacier Point was still open for the year. During that time, we had driven to Mariposa to obtain our marriage license and had a small window to call Liz, as cell service is absolutely atrocious inside the park. One day before the ceremony, we contacted Liz and she was more than happy to accommodate and quickly change all of our plans (including the start time) to make sure that we were able to get the photos at Glacier Point. Also make sure you know where you want to go in the park – as the sun sets at different times. Had we not asked Liz about this, we would have taken all of our pictures in the dark. She also took the initiative and contacted our officiant and coordinated the new game plan while we were heading back into the park. On the ceremony day – she arrived on time and immediately went to work. She made everyone feel at ease and almost based on all the conversations that we have had, made sure what kinds of shots we were looking for. She was extremely accommodating to our 4 guests and made sure that everyone felt included in all the photos. We found this magical location at Glacier Point that was away from the parking lot but had the full backdrop of Yosemite. No request was too big, and no shot was too difficult. After the ceremony, she made every effort to capture as many photos and once we took all the shots we needed, tried to squeeze in some more locations. Liz is someone who is truly passionate about her work and cares about capturing the perfect images from your event. She delivered sneak peaks the next day as promised and her final images were absolutely stunning and everything we hoped for. Thank you for a great time Liz and hope to see you again for our 5 year!
