Liz... what can I say.... she truly turned me into a Disney Princess for my big day. I honestly didn't what to take the look off, but after midnight the big day was over. :( lol BUT Liz did absolutely amazing! She conducted my hair and make-up trial so we could see if my vision would work and it did! Day of the wedding she did me, my 4-year-old, maid of honor, and my sister's services! She communicates with you and really invests in you to get the look of your dreams. I just want to also know that she creates looks that just again make you look so dreamy and beautiful but she's also is able to highlight the natural beauty that you already bring to the table. I receive so many Great comments on my wedding day look. I was so worried about my hair, as my wedding was outdoors. But I had no issues with my hair! Every strand stayed where it needed to be even once I got back home. My makeup stayed flawless for about 14 hours without needing to do any touch-up. I cannot wait to work with her even more in the future! Please book her for your wedding as you will not regret it.

Unprofessional - Rescheduled me 2 times then “double booked me”! I had high hopes for Liz as we met at an event and I was very excited to book with her because her portfolio was amazing. She suggested doing my bridal trial the same day as my engagement photoshoot and I thought that was a fantastic idea. She instructed me to book through her online website, which I did that day. She then lets me know that she cannot honor my bridal trial date that I picked in March because she is getting surgery done and will be out for 3 weeks. I thought it was strange if something as big as surgery that would prevent her from working, that she would NOT FORGET to block it out on her online booking system or that she didn’t mention it to me before I booked. Oh well, I decided to keep her and push my Engagement Photoshoot 3 weeks later to April just for her so she could do my bridal trial. April was not ideal for me since it starts to rain in the afternoons, but I took the chance because I understood she made a mistake with her booking. I then get an email a few weeks later saying my appointment has changed from late lunch to the morning. I was quite surprised because she did not ask me if this was okay, which I really was not okay with because my engagement photoshoot with the photographer was not until sunset (I told her this but it did not seem to matter). The morning appointment she chose was also during my work hours. BUT, she insisted that she was “busy” and it needed to be done in the morning. So again, somehow her scheduling was not correct, and I had to suffer. This is now the week of my engagement photoshoot. Its 9am on a Monday the morning. I have my usual work meetings and I get a “text” (not a professional phone call) from Liz saying “Hi Ashley there was a schedule conflict, the salon double booked me, what other day would you be available?” At first, I thought it was a joke because surely she knew how important Friday was to me and this would now be the 3rd time she has moved my time and/or day. I told her to immediately call me and she had no explanation for the cancelation other than it was the salon’s fault, which I find hard to believe. She did not say sorry or show any compassion. She also had no explanation as to WHY I was also the “runner up client” in her always changing my times and days for this trial. I booked 2 months in advance so there is no reason why I had to suffer due to scheduling conflicts. I did let her know I was not happy and see if she could make it work. She ended text me and telling me we could go with the original time but she was not happy with my “tone” and the way I spoke to her. I felt I had all the right to let her know I was disappointed. I did not yell, I did not curse, I did not raise my voice, but I was firm in telling her I was not happy. She also said how she “forgot” it was my engagement photoshoot on Friday but I mentioned it to her several times over the phone and through text which I have proof of.

Liz was so wonderfully helpful for my wedding in February 2020! She fit me in after my previous artist cancelled and I was so thankful because her services were convenient, simple, and my bridesmaids and I looked amazing! So thankful for you and your services Liz! If you can book her do it!

Liz is incredible. I actually saw her do my friends makeup for her wedding and knew I had to book her right away! She did my makeup for an event I had and my wedding trial makeup! She’s attentive, listens to what you want, and will work with you and adjust if it’s not what you wanted. Liz is an artist and both times people would complement my makeup nonstop!

If you want to be admired and look your best hire her. She has a great personality, will listen to what you want and deliver even more. Awesome job!!
