“Liza” and “Evelynd” are absolutely terrible. Liza has neither talent nor social skills for this business, so he “makes up for it” by being nothing short of a bully. Take a look at...
his review replies when he goes completely ad hominem as opposed to addressing the substantive issues. Liza is legitimately not mentally well. “Evelynd” is just ignorant and compensates for that with attitude.

Liza was a gentle guiding presence and after hearing that the engraving was important to us, she offered engraving in both English and Chinese characters.
