Hello! I’m Lizzie, a wedding and elopement photographer based out of Telluride in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado.
I am as passionate about making images that authentically capture the moment as I am about the relationships I create with my clients. My aim is to facilitate a relaxed and joyous day. How does this happen? I work with clients and their coordinators to ensure we have a clear vision of how the day will unfold. With this in place, you’ll be able to focus on each other, on your guests and all of the wonderful things you’ve worked so hard to bring together for the unique celebration that is your wedding.
I want to hear all about your vision, and to join you when you scope out the location you’ve been dreaming of for your ceremony. I will take all of your thoughts into consideration. I will also lend direction based on my experience, so that you end up with photos you love.

are a blend of candids and posed portraits. I don’t shy away from color, I am inspired by the mountains, flowers, trees, the natural beauty of Colorado. I am inspired by my amazing clients!
I knew from a very early age that I wanted to live a life filled to the brim with art and creativity. I am a classically trained oil painter, I’ve been to Burning Man ten times, I live on a ranch with my husband and our two magical cats. Our cats are named Oats and Ivy, and we’re a little bit obsessed with them.
In addition to being my business, photography is my passion. Going out on a shoot feels like a treat, and I get excited when I know I’m going into my studio all day to edit photos. I’m endlessly grateful for this fun and inspiring work.

nd email communication. I planned this from afar and never met any vendor or saw the venue in person. Lizzie got what we wanted, we emailed a couple of times and had one phone call. When she arrived at our cabin and we talked a bit more she really saw thew vision and quickly made suggestions to really and fully bring it to life. She felt like family truthfully and delivered WAY beyond our expectations! She stayed later and later (every time we turned around we just wanted more photos). absolutely thrilled with our photos! She helped us decide on the location and was so thoughtful and thorough with our email correspondences. During the session, she was relaxed, kind, and full of ideas. We felt totally at ease and enjoyed every moment. We started off by saying our vows and signing our marriage certificate. The photos she took completely capture our emotions and our family we said they felt like they were there because of her amazing work. Afterwards, we took a short drive to a different location down the road and Lizzie kept having us stop as she observed beautiful sunsets. This was great because we got to have different backdrops as the sky changed. She has such an eye for photography and was amazing to work with!

Lizzie was flexible and understanding throughout and was open to anything we wanted or had to change. Our wedding day with Lizzie was full of smiles, laughter, and comfort.
